I tried my first donut from Dunkin Donuts and wasn't impressed. They were expensive compared to other places around town. My donut had apple filling but it was a pretty scant amount. My wife and I both thought our donuts were dry. We did go later in the afternoon, but, with the crowds they had during the opening week, I would assume that they would continue to make donuts throughout the day. As we ate in the store we heard an employee tell a customer that they don't make the donuts in the store. They come frozen and they simply warm them up (maybe they add the frosting). Any donut store I've ever gone to makes them fresh in the store. There's plenty of other options in Logan that I'll go to (Schaffer's, Spudnuts, or even Macy's or Lee's grocery store) before I bother with Dunkin Donuts again.

Ordered one glazed 1 brownie filled cream and one Bavarian cream. Took one bite from each and threw them in the trash. For real donuts try spudnuts. Save your money.

Pulled through the drive up on a quiet Sunday morning on our way out of town. This was our first visit to a Dunkin Donuts and with a car load of kids, we needed a minute to compose our order. The girl taking our order was drill sergeant-like with us and was rushing us (even though no car behind us until mid order). We got a few breakfast sandwiches but since their donuts aren't on the menu and we didn't want "bother" the girl any more, I ran inside to grab a few donuts to try. In short, the food was unimpressive! Especially the donuts for being a donut place they were all dry and old tasting. The bagel breakfast sandwiches were over toasted and hard. We like to support new business but unfortunately will not be going back! Like another commenter said, if you want donuts, go to Shaffer or Johnny O's!

Nothing to completely die for. But then again, maybe I didn't quite know what to order. I went through the drive though and took a look at the menu, it was slightly confusing because I couldn't find what flavors, all I found was the $1 pricing. I ended up asking the magic woman in the speaker what was available and settled on Bavarian Cream (the yummy yellow cream-filled doughnut with chocolate icing) and Boston Cream (the exact same thing, except with powered sugar on top) and "two waters please". That was where I went wrong. Apparently they do not just do cups of water, but bottles. Bottles that cost an arm and a leg--in other words, more than $2. That's TWO tacos somewhere! THAT'S A FULL MEAL FOR A COLLEGE STUDENT! My total ended up being more than $6. And being the type of person I am, that type being someone who doesn't question anything until the leave the vicinity, I handed over my money with the enthusiasm of a zombie. The service was fair, the doughnuts okay. I wish they had been warmer but they were in the shape of a heart so I guess that counts for something. Honestly, I wouldn't drop everything because I'm craving a Dunkin Doughnut--if I was craving a pricy water though, that is a totally different story. TIPS & TRICKS: * Don't eat the Boston Cream doughnut in your car. You get white powder everywhere and since you're eating a doughnut, you'll definitely be swerving around the road. What's that going to look like when a cop pulls you over? * Run home and microwave your doughnut for 7 seconds, I promise it will be better.

I drove by Dunkin' Donuts on what must have been their opening day and decided to stop. It was packed. I ran back to my car and took the drive through route, very eager to get a cheap cup of iced coffee. While I waited in line, I decided to add a chocolate doughnut to my order as well. However, when I ordered a raised chocolate doughnut, I was informed that they didn't carry them. I skipped the doughnut and just stuck with coffee, which wasn't stellar, but at least only cost $2. I was up north again this week and decided to give their iced coffee another go. This time, I walked into the store. Their display case was packed with raised chocolate doughnuts. I suspect the girl taking my order the first time just didn't understand what I meant. I added one to my order. Super mediocre. I wish Banbury Cross would just open a Logan location already. As for the iced coffee, sugar is self serve at Dunkin' Donuts, but unfortunately cream is not, and I received differing amounts of cream each visit. While I'm sure this is an exception, not the rule, I'd still like control over what goes into my coffee when I take the time to come into the store. I'm never going to go out of my way to patronize Dunkin' Donuts, but I will probably return from time to time when I'm in the area. I have a hard time passing up my favorite beverage, especially in wintertime when it's hard to come by.

Not a fan.... Donuts way to expensive and not tasty. Schaffers bakery has got you beat all the way ...
