Really. It's Chili's. You need a review??? It looks, smells, and tastes just like every other one in the country. Bleh. Get back in your car and drive to one of our locally owned dining options! May I suggest El Toro Viejo or Cafe Sabor?

The food always seems to hit the spot, but sometimes the atmosphere of the restaurant as a whole stresses me out. Buckle up, because I'm about to take you on a journey with this review. You walk in and are greeted with the delightful aromas of Mexican cuisine, pasta, and "fresh off the grill" steak. This Chili's always seems to be packed with people; however, our wait was only about 2 minutes. We were seated right by the kitchen, where all of the hustle and bustle was happening. The waitress did get to us in a timely fashion and we were offered drinks and menus right away. They updated their restaurant with these computer/tablet things on every table. Allowing you to pay for games to play while you wait, and even pay for your meal--eliminating a paper check. The only downside is that it took up much of our small table, making it look congested and I had no room to put my napkin down once my food came out! My friend and I like to go especially when we receive an email offering us a free appetizer or dessert with the purchase of an entree (just be sure to go when it doesn't expire the day before--they didn't cut us one bit of slack with that one...). All in all, we left feeling satisfied and full. TIPS & TRICKS: * Appetizer: Chips and Salsa, WITH Guacamole. Dessert: Hot Molten Lava Cake. * Sign up to be on their email list, I feel like I get an email at least once a week offering me sweet deals. And, you will get a free appetizer when you first sign up. * If you don't want to sit in a tight space and actually have room to put your fork down, ask for one of the middle booths. They are spacious and the tablet can be pushed over against the wall, allowing for more space and less stress. Boom. Enjoy.

The waitress Jen was awful she left us waiting for the refills of our drinks for ten minutes and we ordered bottomless soup and salad and she had us waiting for that too. The worst part was that we could hear her giggling with one of the other Waite staff around the corner. The manager was worse. He didn't even ask how he could help make her dumb mistakes better. She mixed up our food too lol maybe she should talk after she pays attention to her job ! She didn't get a tip from our table ....

I think I would like to have my chicken tested for the actual ingredients. It did not feel or taste like chicken. I would have given it 1 star but the employees were nice so they deserve better than that. Big chain restaurants are terrible anymore. Eat local!

Tried this location three times and the same results , under managed and over worked waiters and waitresses , always open tables and no bus kids to clean stuff up and seems there is never enough help. And the place just seems to take forever to get a seat , when you see empty tables and a crowded place it makes you want to put up a help wanted sign . However the food coming for the kitchen is always been good. This location needs help in the management department .

Gave it 1 star because they seated is quickly. After that it pretty much went downhill. Our server took our drink order and brought those promptly. Then 4 of the people I in our party of 5 + a baby ordered the 2 for $20 so she took the appetizer order. Then came back for our food order. I ordered an appetizer as my meal, but it came out with the other appetizers so I had to eat it then so it didn't get cold...therefore I was left staring at everyone as they at their meals. 2 of our party were never given an option if what "sides" they wanted with their food it was apparently just chosen for them -that being broccoli and loaded mashed for 1 person (15 year old). He would've ordered fries with his. The other person got ribs and they tastes like propane smells I would've liked to perhaps get him something else since we are hundreds of miles from home on a 6,000 mile cross country trip so food is not readily available BUT we never saw our server until we were all done and ready for the bill. My husband handed her a card as payment. She told us we could do it on the tabletop kiosk. Problem being it was a $25 gift card and the remaining we were paying cash. That is not something easily done on one of those things so after waiting 8 minutes to get help, I left the remaining balance die as well as the gift card on the table and left. In addition to all this - the 6 top tables are so close together that you really cannot fit adults back to back. And we are not talking bulky people. We are a slender family as were the guests behind us. Yet we were slammed into the area. In general - go somewhere else.

Ribs are really good; a little spicy but very tender. I ordered To-Go. The order was ready in less than 30 minutes and pickup took less than 10. Would definitely choose this option again. They also offer delivery.

Good food and good presentation. Aaron was my server and he was VERY good. Asked my name when I sat down and then actually interacted with me. I was very impressed.

The steak was too tough to eat and service was not great. We were not happy with dinner. The cookie skillet was very good.

Our server was friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there. Our food was served quickly. The food was delicious. I ordered salmon and ribs, which were very tasty. The salmon was seasoned and grilled perfectly. We will be back, for sure.

Chain type food. Mediocre. But you can get booze. It is the winner for food poisoning in Logan, I hear from a nurse in the hospital. I'm not clueless, Bevan, and I'm also not from Hyrum. Not to rub in my snobby views, but tell me Bevan, what restaurants are there in Hyrum? I'm sure compared to fast food burgers, Chili's is OK. But then again, I'd love to put you to a blindfold test with A&W's burgers compared to Chili's. We were really unhappy when our rotund waiter came by and said, "Are you done stuffing your faces?" What a dope. We got stuck there again lately and while we didn't have slob boy for a waiter, it still was bleah.

Recently went back with my children in tow. They are currently repaving the parking lot, so it took a little bit of effort to get into the restaurant. Once there, we were seated really quickly. We also got to choose our own booth to sit in. When the hostess handed us the menus, I realized that my children didn't have a menu. So I checked their main menu for a list of the children's food, so I can order some food for them. I couldn't find it, so I got up and asked the hostess. Did you know that they do NOT list the children's menu on the main menu? When I asked for their menu, the hostess said: "I guess I'm sorry, but we don't have the crayon mats for them with the menu. We won't have them until tomorrow. It takes time to print them out, you know." Wow, really? My response was: "An 'I guess I'm sorry does not feed my kids. How can you NOT have a list of their food choices?!" So, we had to hope our waiter had memorized at least part of the menu so we could order. Thankfully, he did. I always order a glass of wine with my meal. Sometimes, I spice it up and do things a bit differently. However, this time I decided on a normal glass of wine. I was carded (I'm 30 years old....), and when I offered my military ID...he denied it. According to the waiter, his boss has been firing people for accepting IDs other then a Utah Driving License. What? I'm military. I'm not required to update my license to a Utah license (Though, I was actually waiting for mine to come in the mail...it came yesterday! Yay!). I explained this to him, and offered up my temporary Utah Driving Permit as well as my out of state driving license ID. Neither were acceptable to either him or his manager. After my husband kindly offered to get the glass himself, he showed them his GA driving ID. Apparently that is more acceptable then a NJ driving ID. Really? So, apparently it doesn't matter if it's out of state. It only matters that I showed a military ID. Did you all know that a military ID is a FEDERAL ID?! It overrides ANY AND ALL IDS that you can provide!!! Talk about BIAS! Our total bill was $85.00 and we will NOT be going back there.

I'm eating my own words and removing a star. Chili's is no longer always good and at times, not good. A few bad experiences and I'm no longer going regularly. Sorry Chili's -- we need some time apart while you regain consistency.

So, Bevan E. wrote in his review that, "Chili's is always good. Anyone who says otherwise is clueless." I must be absolutely clueless then. My wife and I went to Chili's for dinner tonight, to relive our youth. BAD, BAD, BAD MISTAKE!!! The ribs? You'll absolutely LOVE them... If you love dessicated pork - like pork jerky. It was bad. The chicken quesadillas? You'll absolutely LOVE them... If you love dessicated chicken, wrapped in bland cheese and dry, oil-soaked tortilla - like chicken jerky, wrapped in bland cheese and dry, oil-soaked tortilla. Look, for half the price, you can get amazing pupusas just across the street at Pupuseria El Salvador, or a gut-busting and amazingly flavorful meal at Angie's. Or, for the same price you can have dinner at Le Nonne!!! Why, oh why, would you even consider going to Chili's?
