Kneaders is a perfect place to meet friends for breakfast or lunch! Pick up pastries and treats that are made in house? So great! I usually get the all-you-can-eat pancakes or their french toast with a side of strawberries! Their sandwiches are fantastic! The bread is fresh, the prices are pretty fair as well. I have been known to get a soup and sandwich combo on a cold day on the winter, specifically, a simple turkey (it's hand pulled) sandwich and whatever the creamiest soup of the day is.

Avoid this place!! This location was dirty with overflowing trash cans sticky dirty floors and a tub of ice with a cup in it for the customers to use...and tons of teenagers that seemed pretty clueless. It wasn't busy and yet most if them stood around talking to each other. When we complained the manager seemed pretty unconcerned and she kept adjusting her pants then touching every surface.. Wow! The kneaders chain has good food but they are pricy and for that they should honestly get better customer service and health practices. I would give them zero stars for food safety.

What's not to like?? Kneaders is a tried and true favorite. I love to meet friends at Kneaders for breakfast...all you can eat pancakes and french toast??? It's a no brainer. They have that tasty buttermilk syrup. Not a breakfast fan? Don't worry! Kneaders has you covered with tasty sandwiches, soups, and salads. With fresh in-house bread, these hearty sandwiches will satisfy with fresh ingredients and classic tastes. Rarely, can I walk away from Kneaders without grabbing one of their handmade pastries and desserts! From fresh fruit tarts, brownies, cheesecake, and cinnamon rolls...don't even get me started! All in all, it's a good place to meet friends for lunch, pick up eats to go, and find something for everyone!

Good place for lunch. But portions can be small and overpriced. However the all you can eat pancakes for breakfast helps even that out. My coworkers like eating here, so my go to sandwich has become the Triple Double. Three pieces of bread, two kinds of cheese. Its melty goodness that's decently prices.

I get to Utah about once a year, and a few years ago, friends introduced me to Kneader's all-you-can-eat Cinnamon French Toast. They say all-you-can-eat (for under $6), but given the size of the slices of the first two pieces they serve, you may not need any more. The portions are over the top and the it truly is the best french toast that I have ever had. Top the toast with strawberries, whipped cream and a cinnamon syrup and it may not get any better. There are a lot of things on the menu, at least I think, for breakfast and lunch, and all of it is probably pretty good. But I have yet to get past the French Toast. You won't be sorry.

Had a turkey ranch sandwich and asparagus soup. Not bad, but not memorable. Given a choice of Paradise Bakery and Kneaders, Paradise wins hands down.

No healthy choices. Wouldn't make a sandwich with whole grain bread because they were already pre made. Not a fan of this place

Loved their lunch, then had their breakfast, and now I just love them anytime of the day.

Recently my family and I went to Kneaders hoping to enjoy there delicious bread bowls. There were 5 of us. We ALL wanted bread bowls. We approached the counter and were told that they ran out (it is around 5:30pm). We walked out without purchasing anything. I wouldn't have been so irritated with this but this has happend at least 5 to 6 times (occurred at the Lehi, Provo and Orem location). I have contacted them by leaving feedback on there website. I have not had any responses to be reassured that this problem will be fixed.

This morning my wife met her friends for breakfast. She'd heard wonderful things about the French Toast and had to try it. She was delivered a plate with 2 pieces and was disappointed with the first. Hungry, she started on the second only to notice that it was covered with mold! For a time she sat quietly in order to spare her friends, and quietly stepped up to the counter with the offending breakfast item. The mold was clearly visible, and the person at the could was "Sorry, I can take that for you." Then the employee took her plate and was gone. There were no further attempts at restitution, apology, or recompense. Lame.

I guess you can say that I'm a recent convert to Kneaders. For a long time I thought they sold small portions of OK food for really high prices. However, over the last few weeks I've been convinced otherwise. I stopped by the other night in a rush to a friends and ordered the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado and they toasted it for me. It was REALLY good. So because of that I went back today and got a salad and loved it as well (though it wasn't that large of a salad). I will probably be going to Kneaders more often now to try out the rest of the menu, but for now you can say I'm a fan.

Iv'e been a consistent customer of Kneader's for almost 8 years. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. But what pushed me over the edge (in a good way) to finally write a review was the French Toast special they have on Saturdays. I am a Foody and, without exception, I have NEVER had French Toast as delicious in my life. It was only $5 for all you can eat. Truly off the hook! My only complaint about Kneader's that keeps them from a 5 star rating is it is so expensive (other than the French Toast)

Love the French Toast it's amazing, bonus you can get refills. Then the Chicken Ala Mondo salad is delicious too. But everything they serve is wonderful.

Let me begin by giving full disclosure.... I created my yelp account primarily for the purpose of rating Kneaders as a result of the awful service that I received this morning. There have been various occasions where I have considered this, but this morning took the cake. My family and I have been in town visiting relatives, and having been to Kneaders once before, I got up early and headed over for some French toast. I mean, who doesn't like the idea of unlimited French toast, right? So it's a Tuesday morning and not very busy, as the place is only about 20% full. Despite this, there are six to seven employees behind the counter, so I figure that I must have just caught this place at a slow time as I've heard how busy it can get. I am ecstatic because it appears the stars are in alignment for my quest of unlimited French toast. I get my first two pieces of French toast, and they are thick, filling, and delicious. The toppings (i.e. specifically the whipped cream) are the best part. At this moment, I'm realizing that it must have been divine intervention for me to come to Kneaders while there are so few people there. However, at this moment I am beginning to realize that although the idea of unlimited French toast may sound splendid, the French toast is quite filling, so unlimited French toast is only going to mean three or four pieces for me. In the spirit of being objective, if I were rating Kneaders just on the French toast, I would give it four stars. Additionally, if I would have left after two pieces, I would most likely be giving Kneaders the same rating. Unfortunately though, I was on my quest for unlimited (now three or four slices) of French toast, so after polishing off my first two slices I head to the counter to order another round. As I'm approaching, the guy behind the counter gives me a pissy look. I am not deterred by this as I'm a rather large and portly fellow (6' 7" and 275 lbs). So with the idea of getting the young gentlemen behind the counter to lower his defense shield, I politely request "one final" round of French toast as I'm sure that he was probably thinking something along the lines of "holy crap - this guy is a big drink of water, and I may be serving him French toast until noon." I'm used to this look, so I figure I've preemptively handled the situation by letting him know I only want one more round. I go back to my table and wait, and wait, and wait. As I mentioned before, there is very little activity going on in the store and the employees are gathered together behind the counter joking around and laughing. An employee comes out from behind the counter to tend to work tasks and gives me this stink eye, "what the hell are you still doing here" look. I dodge this crusty look like Neo in the Matrix, as I'm still hell bent on getting my final round of French toast. After 10 minutes, I go up to the counter, and politely remind them that I'm waiting for my final round of French toast. This reminder elicits at least three crusty/pissed off looks. These death stares are much harder to dance around than the first one, but I am quite nimble for a large man, and I return to my seat unscathed. I wait for another five minutes, (mind you that it is still not busy), and during that period I have two different employees come out to tend to work tasks, with both giving me very contemptuous "eat sh#t and die" looks. One would have almost thought I was a leper. At this point in time, I realize that "unlimited French toast" means two slices, and the irony is not lost upon me that this is a crafty business plan - (promising unlimited French toast, but then limiting the number to two). I also realize that the employees must just be kind hearted strangers looking out for my well-being, as a portly gent like myself could afford to lose a few pounds. I can honestly say that I've never been treated quite like that in all of my dining experiences, and as a result, I will never be going back to the Kneaders in Lehi, which almost breaks by overexerted heart because the French toast is actually quite delightful.

Love the breakfast beat French toast ever. It is all you can eat but I never finish my first one. Great price also

I ordered the carrot cake. I told the clerk that I would like the end piece and she said ok even typed it in. I received the cake about 12 minutes later even though they weren't busy and only after I went back up to find out what was taking so long. Then guess what, middle piece! Went back up and told them of the mistake and the rude server, not the clerk said with a snippy voice "we don't really do that, you want to speak to the manager". I told her yes and she went to get him. This is the good part, the manager came and I simply said "I requested the end piece" he said "oh, ok" went straight to the cake took it out of the case and made the girl get my slice. Good manager no hesitation in satisfing the customer. Good carrot cake (no coconut, don't know when but everyone is making it with coconut nowadays) just right.

I've only been once while visiting Utah last week. I kept hearing about Kneaders and wanted to try their all you can eat french toast special. My husband and son were skeptical that they would like it. Everyone enjoyed it and left full. The syrup is delicious. I think it's a great value for breakfast and would go again the next time I am in Utah. My daughter tried their frozen hot chocolate and gave it a thumbs up as well.

I am a fan. I got a turkey sandwich and guava smoothie and I loved it! The bread was SO soft and just perfect with the sandwich. I love that they have crushed ice! I don't see that often in restaurants. I didn't like the line, there was no organization. I think they should have separate lines for the bakery and cafe since more people were buying gifts and seemed like they were in a rush. Oh, and their chips were good. I like the thickness of them.

So glad to have this fast food alternative so close, and with a drive thru! My favorite is the turkey cranberry salad, we love the pumpkin bread and when we're really throwing diet to the wind the pastry case is always full of great choices.

I can't tell you how happy I am to have this Kneader's so close to home. Yesterday morning I made a quick trip through the drive-through, my hair still sticking straight up (I'd barely rolled out of bed), to buy some Chunky Cinnamon Bread. I brought it home, sliced it into thick slabs and made the most incredible french toast! This new Kneader's has also bailed me out of a couple of situations when I've had unexpected guests drop in. Great food and desserts, ready quickly. I've never been disappointed.

Good food but horrible service. Check your food if you go through the drive up window because they have messed up on my order plenty of times. They have also charged me twice for the same purchase so make sure you look at your bank statement. I love kneaded but this one must have bad management. Very disappointed with this location. Buyer beware!

My prior review still stands. The food is generally good.. When you can get it. Out of soup and most bread before the dinner rush? Really?!

Kneaders is one of those restaurants you can always count on. Whether you are going out for date night, a lunch meeting, or catering a big group. It tastes good every time. Today I went, just to do some work, snack a bit, and meet with an associate. Great environment, good noise level, and a fun, busy environment. It was a different experience just coming to snack. I had a soda, a couple slices of hazelnut multi-grain, and an eclair. All good! Not super healthy, but... Oh well. My only critique: be a little more adventurous with your desserts. You're a bakery. Try a few more things... Not just changing the cakes and cupcakes monthly. Thanks for being a restaurant I can always rely on!

Good for lunch and for kids.Easy comfort food. Great selection of breads, puddings and cakes that will fulfill the best of your indulgences and one of their must haves is roasted red pepper Gouda soup and raspberry pudding and anything on croissant . Recommend this place definitely for lunch but problem is menu remains same for both lunch and dinner and hence can get boring too so and too quickly and hence the 3 stars

After a long afternoon of dealing with family and medical issues, my wife and I stopped into Kneaders to get some dinner before they closed. This was 20 minutes before they close mind you. As we asked about the soups, the employees at the front desk rolled their eyes at me and my wife. We ignored the immature and unprofessional customer service, ordered our food, and sat down to rest. When our food came out, it was packaged to go. We explicitly noted we wanted to dine in. However, they had packaged everything for us to leave. It was as if they put a note on our food saying, "please leave." I spoke with the manager who was unapologetic and rude. I told him I wanted the franchise owner's info to report the situation. He pointed is toward the Orem store. In the end, I will never go back to this Kneaders. The food is mediocre at best. The service was abysmal. The management bites. All around this is a poorly run franchise. Two thrums down. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would.

Kneaders gets a lot of hype for their all you can eat French Toast but I only ate half a plate. I did split an omelette too so it wasn't that the FT was bad...but I don't think I'd double down and get a 2nd plate French Toast even without the omelette. The American omelette although not perfect (cheese not melted) was actually my preferred breakfast plate today.

  • Kirby G.

Kneader's is not the worst nor the best. It seems to have a huge following. Certain baked goods are quite good and high quality - but certain ones are lackluster. Their bread is good - but no better than anywhere else. The coffee was bad - cold and weak - but hey... Utah? Right? Awesome croissant breakfast sandwiches. I wish they were open on Sundays. Sometimes 4 stars... sometimes 2 stars.

  • Eli U.

It was 5.29 for two thick slices of cinnamon bread French toast with a cup of whipped cream with sliced strawberries and ramekin of warm syrup for toppings. The syrup was thick and tasted like caramel - the good stuff. As for the toast , it was a quick French toast - they didn't soak it in the batter long for it to absorb any custardy goodness, and it was mainly really good because the homemade bread used to make it is really good. That said, I would definitely order again. As for the toast being "all you can eat", I was scared to test it. There are no signs up saying that it is unlimited. I eventually had my wife go up and get some more , and it turns out you really can get seconds.

I'm going to make this short and succinct. God blasted babel, because the united efforts of humanity gave us an accomplishment to rival the heavens. It is only a question of time before he does the same to Kneaders. Yum.

I'll start saying that Kneaders is a favorite of mine. But my wife and went for lunch today and while the food was good the service was awful. First, during the lunch-time rush there was only one cashier. It made for an extremely long wait just to order. Second, after we finally placed our order we went to find a table. Most of the empty tables were filthy! We had to go find someone to wipe down the table and even after doing that, the floor was just awful. I was self conscious about where put my feet because the floor was so dirty. Bad form Kneaders!,,,

Really enjoyed my breakfast there. I opted for the all you can eat deal that is French toast. I struggled to get through three they were that copious. I was told that someone had managed 16. Service was great and I do like the vibe of the place.

Yum! Yum! And more YUM! I would eat here everyday if it were socially acceptable. My husband and I usually can get a sandwich (for him), salad (for me) & 2 desserts for around $20. The unlimited French toast in the morning will make you clap with joy, especially with the creme they serve with it. And, you can get a side of bacon for pretty cheap & get quite a few pieces! For lunch/dinner the creme of broccoli is delicious and their bread bowls remind me of Panera (which I'm obsessed with). Neither my husband nor I have ever been disappointed with the Turkey, Bacon Avocado sandwich (which you can also get as a salad to save on carbs). The turkey, cranberry, sunflower salad is also really good, but be warned that the raspberry dressing it comes with IS, indeed, very sweet. The only sandwich I've had that I wasn't thrilled with was chicken pesto panini, but with so many other options, I can't fault them on having one sandwich that isn't my favorite. (My husband thought their strawberry smoothie was too sweet, but I didn't try it.) You can also buy loaves of bread & have them sliced. The hazelnut loaf has ACTUAL hazelnuts in it, which at first glance was weird, but is so tasty & adds a fun crunch! Every Thanksgiving we order our pies here, and our family/guests are always SO excited. Pumpkin & the apple crumble are my favorites. Sooooo crazy good. Set your pick up time for the first time slot & you won't have to wait to in line pick up your pie (I almost hesitate to say this). Last: every dessert is AMAZING! Favorites are the mint brownie & the tiny fruit tart.

Food is great but staff were off. Floor in restaurant was dirty (and we went when the restaurant was empty) and bathrooms weren't clean. She said she had to charge me $0.50 to add a pickle to my kids meal (fair enough) but then another girl behind the counter said she couldn't do that but because it had already been entered in the register they would do it. What the heck? If they want to charge and I'm willing to pay $0.50 for a slice of pickle for my 3 year old why can't they honor that every time instead of telling me not next time?!

Kneaders is and always will be one of my favorite places. Love the food! The manager here is a brat though. I called in 2 times in the same day to check if they still have the soup and loaf of bread special, which I was told they did.

Kneaders is awesome! This morning I picked up a loaf of the chunky cinnamon bread. Tonight it will be a tasty stack of french toast. Can't wait!

OMG. Tasty. I had a Turkey cranberry croissant. Fresh light croissant with cheese was superb. I had a rich pistachio canolli.if you are in the area, worth the stop.

Really?!

I'm going to make this short and succinct. God blasted babel, because the united efforts of humanity gave us an accomplishment to rival the heavens. It is only a question of time before he does the same to Kneaders. Yum.

Big fan of this place. Haven't had anything I disliked. Their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is my favorite. I also love their turkey avocado sandwich and their Asiago bisque.

I went there with 3 children and it was wonderful. They took our order fast. There was plenty of room for us. Our food was done quickly and fast. And if course delicious.
