I was excited to eat at Noodles and Co since there is not a location in Davis County near me. However, I quickly regretted my decision! First, minutes after placing our order, they told us that they were out of spaghetti, the main noodle in 2 of our 3 orders. Um....how can you be out of a primary ingredient such as this?! Second, the same two orders had requested to not include items - no cheese on the spaghetti and meatballs and no mushrooms with the alfredo. The no cheese request is not a dislike but a dietary issue that will cause major health issues. Well - both orders were wrong, but we only sent back the spaghetti and meatballs because they yelled at each other in the "kitchen" about whose fault it was, quite an uncomfortable and unprofessional situation! Sitting at our table quite a distance away, we were horrified! No way was I sending back the Alfredo, I just picked out the offending mushrooms. The only saving grace was the food tasted as I expected. BUT under no circumstances would I be back to this location!

Thanks for the gastrointestinal distress, Noodles. I went here for lunch today and ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with no mushrooms because I'm allergic to them. The food arrived and it looked and tasted great. Halfway through my dish, I noticed a mushroom sitting in my plate. I carefully picked through the rest and discovered another half-dozen mushrooms. Though apparently it was already too late; the diarrhea and stomach cramps I'm now experiencing tell me that I must have eaten a few mushrooms before I noticed them. 2/10, would not recommend.

Worst location ever! The service at this location is laughably terrible, it's obvious when you walk in the employees do not care. I've gone twice now for take out orders and both times parts of my order have completely been left out. Today they forgot the noodles in my med salad, how do you leave that part out? Do yourself a favor and spend the extra time to drive to a different location.

Third time is NOT a charm. Never coming back to this location, which is sad because it's a perfect Thursday lunch when I volunteer in Draper. Tired of their skimpy noodles...I'm comparing it to numerous other locations in Utah and Colorado, where I feel like I pretty much get what I pay for. Today's Large sized Asparagus di Parma had 6 thin mushroom slices (doubt it was even one whole mushroom, they were so thin), 8 asparagus pieces (probably 1/4 stalk each, since there were 2 tops), 1 decent and 3 tiny pieces of tomato and certainly not enough sauce to bring it up to 930 calories. Even sadder was my Cucumber & Tomato Salad, which was half onion. The cukes and maters were chopped very small, unlike every other time when it was generous amounts of large chunks. I saw the cook weighing things...I have to wonder if this manager is trying to cut down on food costs by cutting down on the corporate serving sizes? My previous meals of Alfredo MontAmore and Steak Stroganoff were equally lacking in ingredient portions. The staff is smiling and efficient, though one girl's side braid kept brushing against people's dishes, and maybe even food.

Super slow service. Every time I have been here it's been slow. They need to train the teenagers better. Nice people but slow and in trained. Kids Mac and cheese tasted like water. Med chicken sandwich was small for the price. Good soup. Place is dirty.

I ordered my food online for pickup. When I got to the restaurant they said they had no record of my food. For my troubles they gave me my food, a drink, and dessert FOR FREE! I've never had a restaurant comp my food for a mistake they had in their system! Great customer service and food!

I really really want to like this place. I have given this location several tries...at least 6 or. Every time is a disappointment. The food comes with barely any sauce, and it is usually warm (not hot). Sunday was the last straw for me eating at this place. There was only four tables for my family and I to choose from because the rest of the tables had leftover food and plates on them. It was so disgusting. I went outside to eat, and those all have leftover plates on them too. To top it off, the soda machine was overflowing by the drain, so water/soda was spilling all over the floor. It was so unsanitary and nasty.

Walked out to the patio to eat and the sewer and trash smell overpowered us as soon as we walked outside. Then we went to come back in and the door was locked. So we had to hop the gate to get off of the patio. Kind of dangerous and a possible lawsuit if someone got hurt doing what we had to do to get back inside. All the seats were stained with dried up food from others. ALL the seats. The food was mediocre. Thank goodness this isnt the location that is nearby my house. One word summary: disgraceful.

Noodles N Company is one of the great tragedies of our day. When I sit on my couch and dream of a restaurant where I could get great Pad Thai on Monday, Mac and Cheese Tuesday, and Epic Udon Noodles on Wednesday, I get excited. Noodles N Company is the closest I will ever get to the realization of this dream, yet it is a missed opportunity on Every Level. The Pad Thai is so bad that the person behind the counter will go out of her way to keep you from ordering it if she knows you like Pad Thai because they have so many complaints. This is the one dish that is nearly impossible to screw up, yet Noodles has wowed us with their ability to strike out in slow pitch noodle softball. Then the Mac and Cheese, while slightly harder than Pad Thai, still a very basic dish. Theirs is totally blah, with a mild sauce and underwhelming noodles. Just a little Gouda? Some sharper Cheddar? The slightest hint of bacon or cayenne? Fail, fail, fail-o-rama. Japanese Udon Noodles: I love them, Noodles served them, should be awesome, but again, the opportunity gives way to a major miss, as the noodles are too dry, the sauce is almost not there at all and has a bitter aftertaste. Just a little more sauce, a little more ginger glaze, or a touch of teriyaki, and these could be delicious, but the test kitchen is run by my 7th grade home ec teacher, and she retired long ago. Noodles and Company, you could be wonderful, but alas, you are just a two star missed opportunity and a chain hiding behind a fancy soda machine.

Seems as though they just got a new manager in the last couple weeks, or he is more present. Either way the service is better than in past and I have always loved the food.

Did not like the choices. I was thinking "noodles" as in Asian noodles, but upon entering it was more like some Asian noodles and pasta-noodles such as Pad Thai. Had the hardest time choosing and ended up with their Mushroom Stroganoff with braised beef. It was alright, but in the end it was just a bowl of pasta with light sauce. Not very satisfying at all. I'm thinking this is trying to mimic Pasta Bravo with some Asian "noodle" dishes. Would not bother again. Sorry.

20 minutes to get our food with no one in front of us while our food sat on the counter for 5 minutes. The employee got snippy when we asked if the food was cold. The manager knew there was a problem and never came to apologize. The service is horrible and someone needs to train the manager.

I've been before and I wasn't too impressed. Some friends won a charity taste of the world. They give you a few appetizers. We had won tons and cheese bread they were both good. The pasta's included spaghetti, Steak Stroganoff, Pad Thai,Bangkok curry, Pasta Freaca, And the Mac and Cheese. We also tried some salads, Spinach and fresh fruit salad and the Med salad with Chicken. Most of the pasta dishes were average at best. I liked the Pasta Freaca and the Bangkok curry the best. My kids liked the Spaghetti and Mac and Cheese. They are a Noodle restaurant and make very average meals. I really feel I could eat the same thing at home. They do have the awesome coke 100's of flavor machine. In review the appetizers and the drinks were better than the main courses. If I was only able to have one dish I would not have been as satisfied as I was.

Staff was awesome at our visit. Food is good. Only issues is the sleep music we were ready to either get up and dance the waltz or take a nap. Got the med salad and the chop chicken salad both good

I've left a one star review for this place before, and I decided to give it another shot today. My co-workers and I placed a pick up order for dinner and when we got back to work and started eating, we all noticed random ingredients in our food. I had the mac and cheese and found a green leaf and a black sesame seed mixed in it. My friend had the chinese chicken salad (it doesn't even have chicken on it, that's $3 extra) and she had tons of dressing and hardly any salad. And we also got pesto cavatappi and it had like 4 different types of noodles in it and the mushrooms weren't really cooked. It really makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen and if they ever even clean any of their cookware. I guess people with food allergies should not trust eating here because you might get some random food in your dish.

As much as I generally try to avoid chains, I gotta admit: Noodles & Co is one of my favorites places for a reasonably priced, freshly-prepared meal. Don't expect to get "authentic" pad thai or bangkok curry here, but their versions of these classics are pretty well done. I hardly ever stray from the pad thai--it's a nice blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy. One of my favorites. The other thing I'm always impressed with at any Noodles & Co restaurant is the caliber of employees they have. They are always extremely friendly and willing to make substitutions and changes to their menu items to make sure you're happy with your meal.

The pesto dish was very bland and slightly cold. The soda machine didn't work. No silverware in sight. The girl at the cashier was not very good looking. There wasn't enough seating for everyone...

Not my favorite place, but offers a solid selection of food. I like it as a change up when I am sick and tired of burgers, Mexican food, etc.. A little on the expensive side for what you get. Music is a touch loud.

We frequent the location by our home in Sugarhouse and I guess I have been spoiled by them. They often pull together a dish with noodles and butter for my daughter at a fraction of the cost of their normal dishes but at the Draper location the employees really struggled to understand what we were asking for. They offered for us to pay full price for a small dish of plain noodles (isn't that sweet?). I wouldn't visit this location again.

I love noodles and vegis. After giving Noodles and Co two tries (at two different locations) I have to say that I'm only moderately impressed with the food. Three of us went in and not one of us was raving about the food. It was good, but not great. Good things: Clean, bright, well decorated. Friendly staff. Fast service. Plenty of seating. Excellent presentation on the food. Food was tasty. Gripes: Music was too loud to carry on a conversation in a normal voice. Portions are too small. (maybe that's a good thing for most of us) Bottom line. I think I'll keep searching for a great noodle place.

This place is good when I'm wanting something different than the usual. I'm a fan of almost anything noodles and obviously this place is good for that. It's reasonably priced and has a casual atmosphere. The food is good and they have a lot of healthier selections. The food won't knock your socks off or anything but it is good for an occasional lunch now and again.

Most everyone I talk to loves Noodles & Co, so you can ignore my review of it. I just don't get the hype. It's very pricey for being fancy fast food, and I just didn't like my food. The Japanese style noodles were way too sweet, and the pad thai style were just...yucky. I really didn't think they had a good selection for kids either - I mean, they have mac n cheese, but it's got weird cheeses in it, and kids aren't really known for their versatility. Eh, I'd survive just fine if I never went to this place again.
