Frustrating. Okay, so the food there isn't great. Would your expectations really be all that high? There are a couple things on the menu that are okay. The drinks are fun (especially the ones with the Nerds), and the ice cream isn't the worst. Of course, you could do much better, but overall for fast food, not horrible. My wife likes the toaster sandwiches and my kids love the dogs. I have been to Sonic's in a couple different places, and while mediocre food is something they all have in common, poor service seems to be their most shared attribute. Always check your order before you drive away, if you opt for the drive-thru. If you do the curbside thing (which is kind of fun, especially for the kids), beware. You may be parked waiting for your food for a while. This locations service is particularly abysmal. I know that their hiring criteria is probably pretty lax, but honestly, the children working there appear to have very little understanding of what they are doing - and - what they aren't doing, which is making a trip to Sonic worth my time and money. Come on Sonic, you can do better than this!

If I could post a negative star rating I would. My husband and I came to this Sonic to get a couple shakes on our way home for the day. It was around 8:00 so not a super busy time of day but we were still in the drive through line for 30 minutes waiting. We had ordered our shakes gotten to the window to pay. I was sitting in the back seat with our baby to keep her entertained and noticed the woman who was inside making our shakes was on her cell phone. That bothered me in itself but then I watched as she accidentally put too much ice cream in the shake cup so that it was overflowing the lid and instead of getting a spoon or something to clean it off she used her FINGER to SCRAPE the ice cream, and PUSH the ice cream BACK INTO THE SHAKE!! She's still on her cell phone while doing all of this and switching hands. DISGUSTING!!!! So I tell my husband who is nicer than me and kindly asks them if they wouldn't mind making another shake and they told us "they had washed their hands and whatever I guess." The girl at the window gave us so much attitude and was so rude when my husband was very calm and nice about it when he could have been more rude. The next shake they made us was not half full but after the finger display I didn't have the stomach to eat it. I will not be going to back to Sonic, probably ever.

This was a comically awful experience. They had two cars in the drive through and my wife and I were at a a pull in station. The kid taking our orders had no idea where anything was. It took over 5 minutes to place 2 separate orders. We timed it. The first was 6 minutes. The 2nd was over 15, with him just disappearing, forcing us page them again. Between both check, we ordered 4 items. The girl that then finished out our order was very standoffish and treated us like we were idiots for not just being cool about our food being cold and shakes being melted. We didn't ask for them to free, in the end we just drove off, but we'll never, ever eat here again. The trip was so bad it was funny. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

They don't deserve even one star. Completely mismanaged and horribly run. We waited 35 min for 4 shakes. Inside the restaurant. People that came 10 minutes after us got served before us. 1 guy who had been waiting even longer than use demanded a refund after waiting so long. When he got hs refund they decided to finally give him his slushie....and of course it was the wrong size. He left with his money and left the slushie on the table for whoever wanted it. After 35 min and multiple people coming from outside to complain, we received our shakes, and the cups were all sticky on the outside. Ridiculous excuse for a restaurant.

The only consistency in this sonic is that they are slooooow and the food is cold! I too have driven away with the wrong order, took it back and waited way toooo looong for the correct order ( a hot dog no less) and had to inquire twice of it where abouts! The other day I pulled up to the car hop side, placed order to "mr have a super sonic day" guy, After 20 min, and noticing that no one was even at the drive thru, I pushed the button, and was greeted super sonic style, I asked where my order was, and was told,,,,,,Oh it's right here I'll bring it right out",,,,,,,5 min later,,, and it was cold! I guess "have a super sonic day" means,,,,,, wait. Until your food is cold and we'll get it right to you,,,, maybe! Oh. One more thing. Beware at the drive up window when the gal practically hangs herself out the window into your car and wishes you "a super sonic day" In my opinion some serious training needs to go on at that location! Maybe some observation at "in and out" burger???? They are consistently Awsome!

I used to work at a Sonic Drive Thru in Colorado and had a lot of fun. There weren't that many students if any working at the one I was at so maybe that was the difference between what I have seen at this Sonic versus what I saw at my job. I few things: -No one knows what they have on the menu. I went to order a very popular drink know as Ocean Water ( blue sprite with coconut) given Utah's obsessions with making drinks "dirty" (adding coconut flavoring) I thought for sure they would know this drink but was met with blank stares and a round of "huh?" Continuing with that there is the Chicken Strip dinner that should come with a hot white gravy. For some reason, no one can tell me why, they don't have it. At all. It's on the Sonic website and is not listed as a regional option. So why? It's one of the main reasons why people like that dinner. -There is no consistency what so ever. I ordered a chocolate chip shake for my dad which he liked and said was delicious and then went back to order it again a week later and was informed by the drive thru that they don't have that item. Period. Not that they ran out, they don't have it all. So one minute they make something and the next they don't. Odd and frustrating. There is a fairly simple solution to all of this. Have experienced people on staff to train and monitor younger inexperienced personnel. Not that hard.
