Stopped by after passing it multiple times driving down Gilmer... Purchased cookies & muffins. The taste was spectacular. Fair pricing. The girl behind the counter was especially friendly and gave me a card, informing me that they do special orders for "anything you'd like". I will definitely be returning soon, and noticed they ship! Great gift idea.

Absolutely spectacular job on our wedding cake. Calley provided us with exactly what we wanted and the cake looked phenomenal. They were great to work with and the process was very easy. The sampling process was great and they completly delivered what was promised. Highly recommended if you're in the east Texas area!

Customer service is terrible. We went there to order a cake for a birthday party. They could not even give us a general idea on the price of the cake. They told us they could tell us after it was made. That makes no sense to me. We left a deposit and was told what the remaining balance was. When we came back we were told the remaining balance was much more. We asked how much the cake was total she could not answer. She could only tell us what the remaining balance was. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have not tasted the cake as yet but it could taste like Paula Deen and a host of angels baked it and I will never return there. This is the kind of problem that makes a local business go out of business. I support local businesses and sincerely hope they resolve these issues.

Extremely rude customer service. They are horrible about getting back to you when you place an order. When I called to ask about my online inquiry, the girl on the phone (sounded young) was nice, but the owner or manager whom she was speaking with about the order was completely rude and pretty much saying she didn't have time for me. I could hear every word she said over the phone. After holding for several minutes, I hung up. They called me back and when I let them know I had taken my business elsewhere due to the rude customer service, the girl apologized and because they didn't realize the phone wasn't on mute. I couldn't believe they didn't apologize for speaking so rudely, but for the fact that I could hear them.
