I come to this area twice a year on business and I always stop in to this Ruby Tuesday's. I have had nothing but good experiences; never had to wait for a beer, order was taken and received in a timely manner and friendly staff.

I have to say, my usually feelings about Ruby Tuesday are lukewarm, but New Years Eve there really made me love the place more. We sat at the bar (they had a deal for $5 cocktails and appetizers for NYE) and enjoyed every minute of our time there. Shawna (excuse my spelling if its wrong) was our bartender and she was very attentive and held nice conversation with us! We had 3 appetizers, the Asian potstickers (delicious), the grilled chicken quesadillas (very large portion and also delicious), and the shrimp fondue (pretty good, but a bit hard to manage with the chips). Our drinks were equally pleasing. I was intreged by the idea of beer cocktails, so I tried the raspberry moon (blue moon, raspberry liquor, and raspberries) and the golden moon (blue moon, grand marnier, and an orange slice). Both were very tasty and I would order them again. I also had the lavender lemon drop, which I found wonderful but probably wouldn't be enjoyed by someone who doesn't love lavender. Overall, very pleasing. I really do suggest the bar, especially if you enjoy watching the game. Also, make sure to sign up at their website for their email deals, they are very good! And no need to print them, I simply show them my phone and they've accepted it every time.

This was our first an last time here! Our app showed up after our dinner an only when we said something, my husband was missing one of his sides, still eating after 10 mins for it, my broccoli was so salty neither myself or my husband could eat it. And it's not even busy yet! And when he finally got them there's hardly any there an they're way over cooked along with his spaghetti squash. We won't be back after this an it's a shame cause this was our first time here Manger Richard came over an spoke to us, apologized for everything an took off our app. But our server continued to ignore us having to flag her down to get the check when she saw that we were done 15 mins ago. Serve needs to be fixed, she has avoided us since the mess up on our food. Think her name was Jessica. 20 mins later were still waiting on our check. And she's now becoming snappy an rude with us when I asked her if we pay her

If I could rate 0, I would. Order to go order "online". Got to the restaurant they ask me too many times the name, when I just finally showed them the email confirmation. Received order and items were missing. Had to go back in and they had an attitude with me. Seriously!?! Just plain bad service and food was below average with taste and temperature. Will not return

Let me first start by the food. Not great. Barely good. The salad bar has old produce. Much of it seems frozen or kept cold for extended periods of time. If you don't believe me, look at the bottoms of the broccoli. Its old and brown. Been trying this place since its nearby to my hotel for almost a year and its always lousy. Second, don't go there because they have a "bar". Apparently they are a "family establishment" and not a bar according to the manager. FYI, there is a bar section. I was there for almost 2 hours and ordered food. Salad bar and a quesadilla. I ordered 2 double whiskey and cokes (measured pour). This is frowned upon here! I was asked by the manager after sitting there quietly, not talking to anyone including the bar tender, to slow my drinking down... After 2 hrs... Honestly, I was subdue as I had just read 10 minutes prior to talking with the manager that a friend of mine had passed away and was in shock so when the manager asked me "watch my intake" I told him to close me out and ill take my business elsewhere. FYI, the bartender "reported" me to the manager. I know because she asked me if I needed anything else (code for "go away") and I asked for another not realizing she was trying to get rid of me. Then she came to me afterward the manager talked to me trying to keep her tip by saying " Im just a worker bee, I had nothing to do with that". Regardless, nobody was tipped in that place after being screwed like that for no reason. Don't waste your time here.

It's okay, better than hotel food. The meal was actually pretty good, the service was not close. The salad bar was good.

I had dinner with friends at this location of Ruby Tuesday on 2/27/13. I had never been to this location and went to have dinner with 5 other friends. The ambiance was cheaply pretentious, the music was so loud I felt like I could have been in a honkey tonk bar not a restaurant that offers " gracious hospitality". It seems they are trying way too hard to impress someone but, with paper napkins and vinyl table clothes, there was a poor impression being made. They are very stingy with the 'complimentary' garlic cheese biscuits. They served a baked potato that was burnt and black, and crusty and dried out and dark inside with the "Chef Inspired" Caribbean Chicken & Coconut Crusted Shrimp (They charged $4 for 3 small shrimp), The waiter disappeared after that and when he finally came back we had to ask for another side, and by the time that side came out it was nearly time to leave. They served (for $3.49) Peach Iced Tea with a very strange chopped up peach concoction in it that was only refilled one time. All in all, this was a very disappointing visit and I personally can think of other restaurants within 1 mile of this one to get a better meal, better service and much higher quality of food such as Cheddar's, O'Charley's, Longhorn, Chili's, Logan's Roadhouse, Hickory Falls, etc.

The wife and I have been here a couple times since we moved into the area. We've had the ribs, chicken, tacos, salad bar, and a few others... The food has always been good, plus they have pretty good drink specials. The wife and I went tonight (St. Pattys Day/NCAA Tourney). They had $2 miller lite, $3 blue moon, $4 margarita's, $1 ruby mini's and $2.99 salad bar. Not much to complain about there.. Service was OK, nothing special, they got the job done. No major complaints here, we will be back.

Food was OK, but the service was the worst. Don't think I will return to this location again

Whenever my coworkers want to go to lunch and we are choosing between strip-mall chains, I hate Ruby Tuesday slightly less than Chili's. Here are some thoughts: Salad bar - I am in control of my portions; nothing is fried. If you can catch the croutons when they are fresh and warm, they offer some semblance of pleasure to consume. Combo meals - Now you can have the warm croutons with two tiny hamburger for less than $10! "Chicken BLT" I ate this recently. I mean, it was what you expect. Some kind of pre-formed chicken cakelet with a slice of bacon and literally 360 degrees of cheese smothering it. The bun was oddly squashed flat when I received giving it the overall appearance of "right out of the McDonald's bag." The lettuce was way wilted, I think this guy sat around for a bit before it to my table. Bummer. Our waitresses were really very nice and got our huge parties through the lunchtime motions with smiles and efficiency. This is a huge bonus. Thank you.

I actually told my dinner partner that is you suggest this Ruby Tuesday location ever again I will punch you in the face!! All I had was the salad bar. The simplest dinner you can order. I do all the work. Get a plate and put my food on it an eat. You would think how do you mess that up? Check my photos!!! I could understand if if they were crazy busy but it was 5:30PM and the place was fairly empty. On top of that most Ruby Tuesday locations are offering the salad bar for 7.99 but this one is at full price. My service was excellent!! My waitress was pleasant and attentive and she fixed the salad bar by my second trip to the bar but the bar was so bar that it took 3 people and the manager 20 minutes to get it restocked.

Slow. Slow. Slow. The grass outside grew faster than the service in here. We arrived at around 1:30 & there was no one else there. That should have been clue to get out. Four other tables filled up after us. We were ready to order when our drinks were delivered but the server said she'd be right back & ran off before we could protest. I ordered raspberry tea. No tea could be found in the glass. It was a sort of raspberry liquid. It didn't remotely resemble tea. The kids ordered burgers. They had been here with their grandmother & were dead set on having the mac & cheese too. At first I didn't think they had it. Finally found it on the adult menu for $2.69. I ordered them a side to split. When it came the server said it was very hot but when we investigated it after she left, we discovered they'd have to scarf it first to keep it from getting cold. I had the California Chicken Flatbread & it was dry. There were a few spots with pesto but they need to up the pesto or learn how to make moist chicken. And it took them an hour to make it. The server repeatedly disappeared & only had two other tables. Our drinks had more ice than liquid. Cups were emptied quickly and only refilled once. Thankfully she did give us extra biscuits but that just risks the kids filling up before the meal. Someone needs to light a fire under the kitchen line & learn how to expedite. I get the feeling that Ruby Tuesday is trying to be more upscale than it is.

Normally, I am a fan of this place. However, I was on a road trip with my kids and we stopped off here to eat dinner. Didnt want to do the traditional fast food, we wanted to sit down. The place is well kept, and the staff was very helpful. It was a Sunday, so not sure if that had something to do with my experience. We first came in, and they put us at a table. When you walk through, the salad bar is on the right, you turn let and there is the seating area for the meals. The hostess put us in the first table, in the middle, closest to everything. Was not thrilled with the location, so asked for a booth. The closest unemptied booth need cleaning, so hey asked us to sit out front until they cleaned it. Normally, not a big thing, but why wouldnt you clean the table after removing the dishes? Anyway, we sat down and started looking through the menu. We ordered the artichoke dip as our appetizer, followed by our main meal. We got some nice biscuits in addition (reccomend these). Our entree arrived before our appetizer, and when I asked the waiter, he apologized and went to make sure they started. How could you not know this? Why would you bring out the main meal before the appetizer? My son and I ordered the burger, well done, and my daughter got the chopped steak. When our burgers arrived, not well done. Not just pink, there where spots in it that were darker red, although the outside was fine. Of course, I was 3/4 of the way done when I noticed the redness, so no point sending it back at that time. By this point, I was a little turned off by this place (although we ordered the Cheescake and the yogurt parfait for dessert, and those were good). I might be overly critical on this, but as it was Sunday and only saw less than 10 tables occupied (with at least threewaiters, plus he hostess in the dining area), I kind of expected better. The waiter apologized a few times for the lateness of the meal, and maybe I should have pointed out the burger isue. I am not sure I would come back to this location in Smyrna again. Hope you have a better experience than I did.

Visited this Ruby Tuesdays with friends recently. I had spaghetti with squash (I don't think it had meat FYI). Pretty decent food, visual presentation, ambiance, and service.
