It's...okay. They have some unique flavors (they at one point had a salted pretzel flavor that was AWESOME, but they cycled it out and idk when or if it will be brought back) and their tart fruit flavors are pretty good. I feel like they could put more effort into the toppings bar. There's lots of nice selection...-but none of it seems very fresh. I wanted to put some fresh fruit on mine and neglected to do so because of the sorry state of the toppings bar. Also a bit pricier than I would like.

We went here for a treat. The frozen yogurt is very tasty. It is like a buffet bar for the perfect sundae. They have a lot of different topping and flavors to choose from. They have little taste cups so you can taste the yogurt before filling up your cup. Everything is self serve ( well played Menchies!...ill explain in a second) Topping vary from fresh fruit, nuts, brownie, fudge, carmel, whipped cream, fruit loops, sprinkles, and the list goes on. Now, they charge you per ounce. Thinking ok so its X for an ounce no big deal until you put your yummy cup of goodness on the scale and its $6.00 for a cup of yummy goodness! If you are like me you are saying to yourself, I could have bought TWO cartons of ice cream at Kroger for that! Yeah well its the convenience of it all and the experience it guess. They do have a punch card which tends to fill up quickly with a family of four. We go here when its a special occasion for one of the kids or they have met a personal achievement like honor roll, principals list, game ball, sports win, etc. We enjoy it, give it a go but dont walk in there expecting your total to be a buck or two!

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt Genie Place joins Sweet Cece's and Berry Bear froyo in Smyrna. Food trends seem to straggle into the town of Smyrna but the important fact is there is now choice. It's conveniently across Sam Ridley Parkway from Sweet Cece's which makes it easy to do your own taste comparison. This Menchie's is lessor than Sweet Cece's but about equal to Berry Bear in variety and quality. Smyrna Menchie's is part of a national chain that offers to let me swirl my yogurt flavors myself. I'm capable of serving myself and I prefer it that way, thank you Menchies.

I'm a big frozen yogurt fan (my favorite being Red Mango, but sadly there are none here in Tennessee) so I was excited to try out Menchie's since I had heard some pretty good things. This store in Smyrna is really clean and just an overall nice looking store. My boyfriend and I went on Pi Day (3/14) so naturally I had to get the key lime pie froyo, which actually had a really good, tart flavor. I also added some vanilla, which was pretty much just vanilla. The topping selection was pretty good as well, although they were out of a couple things. I don't blame them though, because it was around 8 and I believe they close at 9, so not a big deal. Overall, definitely a good place and not the most inexpensive (none of these places really are) but somewhere I will visit again.

After trying several different frozen yogurt places, this is my family's favorite. The yogurt is very flavorful and yummy. The topping selections are easy to access and plentiful. The store is modern and clean. Also the employees are friendly and happy. Our favorite flavors are Cake Batter, Ice Cream Sandwich Bar and Cookies and Cream. Be sure to get a Menchie's Smileage card to earn points towards free frozen yogurt. Who doesn't like free?
