Tony and I decided to go to " Buffalo Wild Wings" in Smyrna for lunch. We like this place. Tony can drink his beer and watch any and all sports on the many televisions on the walls. I like the place because I like their tea, fast service and the BUZZTIME game on the televisions. I enjoy playing this game. Tony ordered the drink draft special "Coors Light" they had the large draft glass for only $3.50 and I love their Unsweetened tea with Lemon and Lime..Tony ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Ranch dressing and Medium Spicy Wing Sauce with Tomatoes, lettuce and onions with French Fries. I ordered the Fish Tacos with Chips and Salsa..They are so good!!! I love these..I don't think I can order anything else here except these from now on. Tony and I love this place. I recommend the Fish Tacos..if you love Fish tacos..go here !! and if you play Buzz Time..go here !!!

I want to like this BWW location, but I have been twice in the last two months. I went once for lunch and waited for 45 minutes for my food which I had to get to go because I had to be back at work. I went again last night, the server was very inattentive. The food is decent, but service is really slow. This location is larger than Murfreesboro, and in a central location for our group that gets together. I have had good experiences at times here, but they are too inconsistent.

They abruptly dropped Trivia with Seth on wed. The food is ok, but I really enjoyed Seth and meeting friends there and hanging out with Seth. It is a serious disappointment they decided to drop him. If they decide to pick Seth back up, I will go, but there is no reason for me to go there now. There are better food options. I mainly went there for Seth.

Poor service, false advertisement. This location is everything that the Buffalo Wild Wings brand is not! Pros: I like the fact that this location is not overtly crowded. My friends and I can walk in within an hour of UFC Fight night starting to find a supply of tables. It's BWW - good wings, good variety on menu - wings, quesadillas, nachos, etc. Cons: False advertisement - BWW advertises free Fantasy Football draft kits for hosting the party there. Upon our arrival on Aug 31 (10 days before the start of the season), we were told that draft kits are first come, first serve and they gave their last one the day prior despite that we booked our party 5 days earlier. When I explained that our draft party had been booked days earlier and a kit should have been set aside, our server shrugged her shoulders and didn't really care. After an hour, the manager stopped by to ask how things were going. Another member of my party had to ask for a discount to which the manager reluctantly gave 10%. Parking hassle - if you come during dinner time or wing night, the parking lot can be a nightmare to navigate as the aisle closest to the door can be narrow for large vehicles to maneuver in parking spaces. Poor product management: On 1 visit, they were out of mozzarella sticks and caribbean jerk sauce for wings. It wasn't until 5-10 min after we ordered that we were informed of each of these items being out.... on separate visits from our server.

The service is terrible, even when the restaurant is empty. The roasted garlic mushrooms were a frozen, deep fried lump of dough. They were breaded, not roasted. Sent them back. Same thing returned. The manager does everything except manage. Gave him feedback. He went into hiding. The chicken Caesar salad was good.

Don't waste your time coming here. The food took forever, and not just our table, and was cd when it arrived. Service was mediocre. My husbands nachos were soggy with cold cheese. The restaurant itself is clean. That's about the only good thing I can say.

Why bother? With toots across the street... Seriously why bother with this place?? Bad service, appetizer came out AFTER the meal, apathetic manager who gave no apologies and only excuses. I'm going back across the street. Where the food is good, management is responsive, and the servers do their jobs.

The service is awful. If you are ok with watching your waiter make small talk with the hostess, then this is the place for you. I have been twice recently. After the first time, I was hoping it was just my waiter. Nope, 2 for 2. As far as the wings are concerned, they are very good. But in the last year or so the menu was redone. The prices increased quite a bit. If you order 15 wings and a water be prepared to drop $20 (with a tip) which is just too high in my opinion. The wings are good, but with the terrible service. It's not worth it at all.

The wings are good but not great , I come here about twice a month and for some reason the food is always different which is upsetting One thing I can say is that the waitresses are really nice , They are very attentive and very kind to my son who loves attention

Awesome waitress for a group of 7, very conscience of our needs and consistent with asking if we needed anything.

My wife and I stopped by here today for some great wings. Our waiter was Chad and he was very nice to us. I would have given 5 stars but Chad was letting his co-workers distract him too much and my tea wasn't refilled for about 10 mins while my mouth was on fire. I had ranch with me so that helped, but when Chad broke free he was quick to get me taken care of.

Service is bad. We were sat and waited 13 minutes. Our waitresses actual first words were, "Alright, Go"... No "hello I'm so and so".. nothing. just "Alright, Go". When our eyes met she could obviously see the subconscious look of "Is this for real?" on our faces. We smiled politely, She apologized and said she was having a crazy night. (Side note, If you work in the service industry, never say you're having a "crazy night", It only makes your guest feel as if they are now inconveniencing you). My BF ordered wings and I got a salad that comes with hummus and sounded great. Fourty Seven minutes later, food arrives. Wings come out the typical BWW wings. The salad was not the same one I ordered.. pretty sure... No Hummus, tomatoes, olives, or peppers.. it was pretty much chicken covered in so much lemon pepper seasoning it hurt to eat, (I love spicy food, love it) It hurt to eat because the sheer amount of seasoning almost chokes you, literally. I felt like a person who took the "Table spoon of Cinnimon Challenge" and inhales while it's still in their mouth and can't stop coughing. (YouTube it, You'll at least get a laugh) Now for the ambiance... the kitchen actually yells .. very loudly.. "Game On" when food is up. I know, I know, its a sports bar, it's going to be loud. That's why we sat in the dinning area and not the bar area, so it's a little quieter... they sat us immediately out side the kitchen door. So every 10-15 minutes someone would yell at the top of their lungs feet away from our table. The forty seven minute wait did not help this reoccurring "Nails on the chalk board", we would get our hopes up that it would be our food... Nope, it's the table of four that sat down six minutes after you, but their server got there at a reasonable time. Then the kitchen manager, who we had the pleasure to watch eat right inside the kitchen door instead of assisting the team to get orders out. Nice BWWs, Nice. The best thing that could happen to this location as a business: if the entire staff goes and works for the competition so they can drive their business away. They are doing a great job of that here !

Smaller than the one in Murfreesboro, but same great wings and raucous crowd, especially on game nights! The projection screens looked like they were HD and had great picture quality. The wings and service are still great, and I will keep this one on my list of places to go in Smyrna.

I use to get the same waitress she was very good. but lately I don't know if they are new or what but it has just been the worst service. The only thing they are fast at is bringing the check then you have to wait on the change. It used to be very good service I don't know what happened .

I have been to a couple of different BWWs around town including downtown, mt juliet, and hermitage but I have never had a bad experience at any of them except this one. My fiance had never been to a BWW and the kids were screaming WINGS, secrectly I was too! So he agreed to go. We order like 30 boneless wings, soft drinks, and a plate of fries. People were seated after we were and many of them got there food before we did and one couple even ordered, ate, and left before we got our meal. Finally the server brings us our food, the whole meal was cold. Its as if they put it in the window and left it there for 20 minutes of so. I hate complaining to management but this one I couldnt bite my tongue. The manager came over and appologized for and offered to make us another batch of wings and fries. Well considering my kids ate (it could have been ice cold and they would have munched away lol) and it took so long to get the first one, we both declined his offer. He took 15 wings off our bill. Honestly 15 wings at what we paid for our meal including drinks wasnt much of a "im sorry we sucked today" gesture but we accepted it. Bums me out because we love BWW but the Fiance is scorned for life, lol. His first impression was not a good one so looks like our wing spot will remain Hooters.

You know what i love about this location???? Is the fact that there are SO MANY TITAN FANS that come here!! Myself well I'm a die hard NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS fan...one of the few in Tennessee..! I came here with my jersey on tall and proud cheering for my team as we DEMOLISHED those Titans 34 to 13, and felt right at home!..lol There wasn't a lot of African Americans at this spot actually my wife and I were the only ones that day & time frame yet our waiter and the staff were very friendly as well as the other customers there,....I bring this up cause I was told other wise that this place had some underlying racism but that is FALSE!! maybe the person who told me this was just being an ass that day! Whatever the case was my family and I had a great time, our food was really good and the service excellent!! will be back!!

I feel like a broken record with my reviews sometimes because I always emphasize 'EXPECTATIONS'. Buffalo Wild Wings (or as most people call it - BW3's) is not a place for a romantic dinner with wine service. It IS a place to watch the game, eat some chips and salsa, wings and beer. Its a huge open space with a ton of TV's - with a couple of them dedicated to trivia games which you can freely play. With all the TV's on and people talking and yelling about 'the game' that is on - logic would dictate that you probably aren't going to have a nice, quiet dinner. They even show that in the commercials with all the people watching the game and cheering and yelling. I'm not saying its for everyone. Certainly not. However, it is a good place to get some wings, a few drinks and enjoy whatever game you are coming to watch. So, don't expect BW3's to be more than it is. I most recently went to BW3's for the NCAA tournament Sweet 16, Elite 8 and Final 4 games to cheer on the University of Kentucky. Our waitress saw where we were seated and thought it wasn't good for watching the game (it wasn't) - so, she cleared off another table herself and sat us at that one instead. That went a LONG way with me. The server got our drink orders and some appetizer orders from us and pretty much let us be - checking on us occasionally to see if we needed or wanted anything else. When our drinks were empty she asked if we wanted another or, in the case of a friend who had some soda, refilled it quickly. Some people like it when waitresses are in their face every 2 or 3 minutes. Personally - I don't. Bottom line: It can be rowdy, loud and hard to get a seat sometimes. Especially for big events (super bowl, BCS Championship games, NCAA Championship, NBC Championship game, etc) - but, get there a little earlier than the start time (I recommend 30-40 minutes before start time so you can get a seat before it begins) and you'll be fine. Don't go in expecting fine dining. Its buffalo wings, burgers and things along those lines. You know, stuff you'd have if you were throwing a 'game day party' at your house. But its not as bad as some would lead you to believe. I'm sure they had a bad experience - but not every experience is bad. A quick way to make a bad experience a good one is let the manager know if it is that big of a deal. I think of it like voting - if you don't vote, don't complain later. If you didn't talk to the manager or let anyone know your experience wasn't satisfactory - it's your own fault if you leave unhappy.

I am something of a recovering buffalo wing addict, and in my times of relapse have been here a lot. What can I say, wings are awesome! Sometimes I dined in with friends, sometimes grabbed a to go order on the way home from work, but always left happy. I have never had to wait long or received bad food. It's honestly one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to as far as service. When I ask for extra sauce I get it . When I order a drink with my to go order I never hear after arriving or paying that they already dumped the sweet tea (which has happened to me at most locations late at night). Their employees are always friendly and its always a good experience. The place can get packed on the weekends with big games, but they are surrounded by parking, even if their lot is full.

So many choices... Where is it? Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) is a franchise, and are all quite similar as far as food goes, but inside activities vary, from darts to video games, to other activities (see below). So pick the closest one to you, or go a little further out if you'd like. Unless you're in Utah. 38 states have a BWW location, but Utah is one of the other 12. What is it? Is BWW a sports bar? I see a full bar with about a dozen or so brews on tap, and big screen plasma tv's everywhere. But I don't smell cigarette smoke, the place is decently lit and I see children. So maybe it's a family restaurant. It also has video games and "cornhole" (a horseshoe like game using beanbags), so now I'm getting confused. What flavor? Sure, the menu has other food, like burgers and sandwiches, but when the place says Buffalo and Wings on the sign, why would you get the crispy fish sandwich? Save that for a place called Crispy Wild Sandwiches. What flavor? Ok, ok, I'm getting to that. There are 14 sauces to flavor your bird appendages with, thoughtfully arranged on the menu by the amount of pain it's likely to inflict upon your tongue. What to do? Trivia, Free Poker, video games, some sort of music thingy, and every channel you can think of, your entertainment options are pretty vast, but I'm good with just the food. Beer? About a dozen or so on tap, plus more in bottles. Service was very good, but they distributed napkins like they were made of gold. Silly them. Gold isn't very absorbent. They also have moist wipes at the table, so while you may be messy when you eat, you can be clean and lemony fresh on your way home. My visit only scratched the surface of my possible options, but at least I know where I'll be headed for the big games this year.

I visited here twice this week in hope to catch Stage 1 of the Amgen Tour of California. Unfortunately, this bicycle race was cancelled due to the weather. While at Buffalo, I had the Black and Blue Burger on visit and the Chicken Tenders the other. Both were good ... burger better than the tenders. On the other hand, the Blue Cheese burger at Red Robin is superior. Anyway, I learned to play the trivia games which I enjoyed. I will return both for the trivia and Amgen ... food too.

For a chain restaurant, the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are good, with a decent selection of sauces to choose from. It's a fun place to go and play some video trivia over a few beers with friends and family. With plenty of big screens to catch a game on and lots of distractions to keep the kids occupied, there's sure to be something for everyone here.

If you are a senior citizen avoid this place. They will not serve you a beer unless you show them an id. Then, when you object, saying that you are obviously over 21, they will lie to you and say that it is the law. It is the law in TN in grocery stores, but not restaurants. I used to be a regular here, but not showing respect to senior citizens is something that I will not tolerate

I prefer this location to Murfreesboro usually. Service is hit or miss, there are a couple of servers that are pretty absent when it comes to checking on customers. Tonight's visit was exceptional. We had Kellie as our server and she was very attentive the entire time. Our food was brought out promptly and Kellie was nice enough to put our requested hockey game on two separate screens for us to watch. She also asked if we wanted to put in additional beer orders before happy hour ended so we could save some $$$. Trivia is always fun on Wednesdays, Seth is an awesome host! I will continue to come back and hopefully avoid those servers who could care less.

I thought I would be safe and visit a chain restaurant for some wings. This place sucks! I sat at the bar because I was alone. The bartenders were complete assholes. The food came out cold and wasn't what I ordered. This place is NOT worth visiting.

  • Tom N.

Same as any other one you have been to. Clean good service. The big screen was fuzzy and that annoyed me on game day. I still think prices could be cheaper for what you get. Wings should come with fries period.
