Meh. The place is clean and their health score is 98. The staff members were not very friendly. They weren't rude, but just blah. Some of their blah must've been cooked into the pizza and bread knots. The bread knots were decent and the pizza is decent. It'll do in a pinch if you don't have other options. It's definitely convenient but I won't go out of my way to go there again. There is no restroom inside the restaurant.

Restaurant states it opens at 11, we arrived at 11:45 but the doors were locked. No lunch buffet as states and the service was horrible. The girl made us stand outside in the cold while she continued taking down chairs. She rolled her eyes when I asked a question about the menu. Sandwiches are supposed to come with chips but she said she was out and that I couldn't sub another side but was expected to still pay for the chips. When I questioned further about this, she said she would give me .10 cents off. The staff was unkempt and had on dirty clothes even though we were the first customers. Don't waste your money on this place. We left without even trying the food.

Good pizza. Slow to nonexistent service. They should learn to cook more than 1 pizza at time. No bathroom inside building.... WTH. Very over priced!!!

Don't waste your time or money. I got the supreme pizza and it was $20 total and the pizza was small and un eventful. Not polite staff either. Skip this place...

Decided to try this place out since it was close to where I was staying. A small pizza is 10", a medium is 12" and a large is 14". Just me, but those are small sizes. a 12" with topping is almost 12$. Little much for a 12" pizza if you ask me. I ordered a medium pepproni and also got some wings and garlic knots. The crust on the pizza was dry and flavorless. The sauce on the pizza was good but it was so thin it didnt fill me up at all. Being from the east coast I am a fan of thin crust pizza, but this just seemed like it was made that way to save money. The wings tasted good and were just the right ammount of hot. The garlic knots were dreadful. Not enough garlic or butter it was like eating rounds of dough with no flavor. The interior of the place is kinda neat. Black and white photos of new york adorn the walls. There are some tables and a TV. You walk to the counter to place your order and the staff is friendly. I mabye should give this place another star since it is in the middle of the mountains but... I just cant bring myself to do it.

Charming inside, gorgeous patio with mountain views. Great service, decent pizza. Could have used bigger cups but that was a minor gripe. Would recommend it over any of the crowded "tourist trap" places closer to Pigeon Forge.

Most expensive pizza ever and only mediocre at best. $51 for three medium pizzas and breadsticks. Crazy!

I came here on vacation and was tired and wanted to get something fast. With the family we did get a few pizzas, wings, and garlic knots. The pizza was average not very many toppings and tasted like a canned sauce, the crust I did like thin and crispy. The wings r a whole nother story. They tasted frozen and they just do them in the oven. So when we got them they were so dry its was almost like jerky. I did get a refund on the wings. The garlic knots were good but not enough garlic or butter. This place is average at best slightly over priced and ok food. If you need something in a pinch its ok, but don't go out of your way for this place

Not very good sauce, rather bland pizza. A 14" out the door cost is $18 and change. Pricey for the size and taste. Convenient to where we are staying, but wouldn't go there as a destination.

Service good. Average pizza, that could use a better sauce. A quaint family operation.

Pizza was ok, the price of the pizza is fair until you add the delivery charge of $ 5.00 and your tip of least $ 3.00 then you looking at $22.00 pizza for a 14 inch.......

This was our first time at this restaurant. The decor was nice for the area and the food was decent...but not amazing. However, the service was lacking. Even though we were the only customers in line, it took a long time for us to even be acknowledged by anyone; and the staff members were not overly friendly. They weren't unfriendly, but it seemed as though they were indifferent to having us as customers. We will most likely not return in the future.

Ordered two pizzas, some cheesy breadsticks and a Philly Cheesesteak sub...enjoyed all the food. Quick service would recommend the place based on the food but the fact that it is located away from highway 441 is a plus.

After day full of travel, we arrived around 9pm and the lady at the counter was very friendly. We ordered large vegetarian and chicken wings. Tasty thin crust pizza and quick service.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
