I have probably only been to one of these chains to meet up with friends and watch football before now. It seemed like a decent choice for a family with variety of tastes to grab lunch. Although it appeared there was enough staff, it also seemed like the staff was at times overwhelmed. I guess a rush hit all at once? We received apologies from our server, which I thought were unnecessary seeing as we were just killing time during the day. I was happy with my food choices, the pretzel appetizer to share and chicken quesadillas. They prepared the quesadillas as I requested which was without the pico de gallo and they were tasty. The "cheese" with a the pretzels had chunks of peppers, a little too spicy for me, you don't have to put a "twist" on everything to make it special or stand out. Two of the four in my party attempted to eat French fries with their orders and they were way too salty. I was full and satisfied although I don't think we will go out of our way to eat at a BW3 in the near future, the bill was $20 per person including tax and tip and no one even ordered a beer!

We had a great time watching the World Cup game here. Food was super fast considering the place was packed. Bartenders were quick and friendly. The managers were running contests while we were there to generate excitement. A god way to spend an afternoon

Terrible service. They were out of all the flatbreads. Then they told us we couldn't order anything that went in the oven. We didn't get any utensils or napkins until we asked. Overall, the worse Buffalo Wild Wings location we have ever been to.

Higher up standing 5 feet away from the host stand, leaning over a banister looks at us and yells loudly in an almost empty restaurant for someone to get the door. SOOoooO unpleasant. Our waitress was nice and food was solid though. I just can't shake how rude that welcoming was.

Wings were very good but service was unacceptably slow. Would go back for wings but only when I had 1-2 hours to waste. Ordered wings extra crispy with hot Buffalo, they were perfect.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. The hostess seemed annoyed that we didn't want to sit outside. It was drizzling and hot and steamy out. There was plenty of tables inside so I don't know what her issue was. The servers were nice, but it took over an hour for our food. All we ordered were wings and fries, nothing that should have taken that long!!

I can't give less than 1 star. The food was delicious but it would have been quicker to hunt, kill, butcher, marinate and cook my own food. In a group of 8 people, we waited an hour and a half for food, and 45 minutes for our first refill. We asked for napkins 3 different times before we got any. We watched a group of 4 beside us arrive, eat and leave before our food arrived. They didn't have boneless wings, chicken tenders, shrimp, and they were soon going to be out of ranch. So this is a no-star review.

Was ok- not one of the best I've eaten at. Ordered the lunch special of traditional wings. Wings & fries were great as usual but the meal was supposed to have celery/ carrots. They were missing. Also no discard basket, wi-fi & toothpicks. Hopefully they may improve but just FYI in case you may want to ask first.

I remember great service and food quality for the price several years ago at other locations and I don't know if this is now representative of the whole chain but the quality, portion size (I'm not looking for insane amounts of food here) and price leave a lot to be desired. I don't write bad reviews for one underwhelming visit but this location is close to me and I have caved many times previously to get take out from here. Today, that has ended. Buffalo Wild Wings will not sucker another dollar from me again. The prices are insane for essentially bar fare. Small wings (often way over cooked) Drink prices are equally hard to swallow, and a side of fries with a sandwich seems to be consistently counted out by hand or weight. There (on average) is a sprinkling of fries beside the sandwich unless you pay an insulting amount for a side order (sprinkle and a half in a separate wasteful cardboard container) of generic shoestring fries. How can fries or the lack there of create enough passion to write this you may ask? When it's CONSISTENT with EVERY order and Accompanying an over priced chicken sandwich or ordered SEPARATELY with an order of lack luster wings. It didn't used to be this way but it's always this way at this location. Read the other views.. There is one consistency here. Don't go here.

I honestly expect a better restroom experience with a national chain. They have the money and the staff to keep it up. The men's room reeked of urine. Not sure what they need to do to fix it. My waiter was overly concerned about the additional sale, to the point of being obnoxious - obviously not his fault, but the training. Wings were 8/10, the company is going in the wrong direction though. Needs to get back to its roots.

We have been to several BWW in the past. This location was great for us to visit while we were vacationing in Gatlinburg, TN. The service was a little slow, because the restaurant was so busy, and our order was a little off. It was nothing major, but that could have been a result of them needing more staff for the lunch rush. I would go back to this location. It is a very convenient part of the Sevierville. We got here at 10 and it's now 11:17 and we're still waiting on our check. When we got here we waited 5 minutes to be seated which is normally not an issue, but there were lots of empty tables and several waiters walking around aimlessly. Our waitress was quick to get our drink and appetizer orders. We got our appetizer 15 minutes later. We ate it. She bussed it. We still haven't put in our order for dinner.......... Another 15 minutes goes by before she even came near our table again and she asked... "I took your order already, right?" . UM NO! She had to ask several times what I wanted. Just small traditional garlic parm wings. So simple. She was very snarky and had NO personality. I don't know what her name was, because she was not wearing a name tag. She was blonde and had black rimmed glasses. I feel terrible giving a 1 star review because we are locals and always enjoy the food. I must give a 1 star review to make sure this is seen and read. Worst service we've had in this town (and that's really saying something)

Apparently the music was too loud for our server (Chris R) to understand that I clearly stated "no queso" on my flat bread pizza. I told him twice (just to make sure he got it). My flat bread was served with extra queso, really? Typical BWW, marginal to crappy food for far too much. Waited for a table even though the place was not busy. Service was marginal (that is being generous). Server forgot to give me my credit card back, if it wasn't for my wife I would not have gotten it. This is after I waited over 5 minutes for him to pick up my check. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. The TGI Fridays up the road had better food and better service. Overall better value then this place. This must be a new location. At the rate they are going they will have their grand opening and closing in the same year.

We agree with most of the other reviews. The food is ok but we can get ok food at plenty other places. The bar staff pretty much sucked. We think he was having some kind of trouble with his love life and followed some girl and left the bar for about 10 minutes with no one else there. When he came back he hung out at the end of the bar texting then kinda got smart when we asked for something. Restaurant managers take note......if you wanna loose business let your wait staff stand around playing on their smartphones.

We love Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is always great. The bar does the drinks just the way we like them and the atmosphere is as expected for a bar/restaurant... But there is something afoul lurking in all that goodness.... Our waiter the past 2 times we stopped in has cost the branch a blemished star on this review. Our first encounter with him saw us having to wait a very long time to get our drinks from the bar. We were given several "sorry bout the wait" and were given free togo drinks as a compensation. We thought nothing of it and blew it off .... Until yesterday when we were once again placed in the waiter's section. We came during happy hour and were told by him about the drink specials and to enjoy the half priced appetizers.... We placed our order for drinks, appetizers and main course... everything came in good time and then we were faced with a bill that included our appetizers at full price! I asked him and he said "Oh the ones you ordered were not on the half priced deal" I then explained he should have told us while we were ordering that the items we were telling him were not included. Once again we got the "sorry" and two free togo drinks for our troubles. Last time we left him a generous tip... this top his "15%" went back in my pocket to pay for his screw up... in other words no tip! We will be back but I will ask not to sit in his section
