The Yellow Deli

This place was so awesome, I do not know where to start. First off, they are a 24/5 restaurant, so although they are closed on weekends, it is a perfect option for someone who travels during the week and is looking for a quality meal without having to worry if you are going to piss off the cooks in the back for ordering right before close. A lot of the food is organically grown in a garden out back. The sandwich I ordered was excellent, and they have multiple vegetarian options. This restaurant is worth taking a detour to visit. I have been traveling for work for the past month, and this is the first 5 star review I am giving. Definitely worth a detour to stop and experience this place! I would write more, but you have to go and experience it for yourself.
I am from Orange County, CA and visiting Pulaski for Christmas and this place is the gem of the city. I had the waffle the first time I came and it was thick, buttery and had some amazing syrup. I am here again and had the Rueben. The sour kraut on the corned beef was amazing. I will definitely come again.
1st time in...wow! Delicious! And a great unique atmosphere! Definitely will come back! A must try!

Best restaurant in Pulaski. Their menu is limited, but what they excel at what's on it. There is a daily special that's not on the menu, which adds to the variety. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. This is the place we take visitors from out of town.
The best restaurant in Pulaski, hands down. I'm not sure why it's not always packed. Everything, including bread, dressings, chips, etc. is made from scratch, and you can tell. We like to go here for special occasions, when friends are in town, or "just because" on a Friday night. They are constantly making improvements: new furniture and bar seating, rotating artwork, and I heard murmurings of a liquor cellar and hotel in the works? wow! Anyhow, the food is consistent and great, and the servers are friendly and attentive (and put up with the antics of our toddler). I'm a vegetarian and finding something on a menu that is interesting is difficult in this town, but I like their mac n cheese (sans bacon), the greek flatbread, the salads, the chicken pasta (minus the chicken) and especially the AMAZING tapanade and nacho appetizers!
Tonight my mother & I came here, unknowingly, of how absolutely amazing it would be. We came a few years ago, when they first opened up. It's was not very great. But the improvement is unbelievable. Great vibe, great music, great FOOD, and our waitress, Alexis, was out of this world. I feel like I'm not even in Pulaski. Worth every penny and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend this!

Sarge’s Shack

Fayetteville Hwy

Reviews:
Sarge's is a great find just off the Interstate on I-65 in Tennessee at MM 14. We stopped for lunch and decided to try Sarge's and loved it as soon as we walked in the door. Great food and great service.
Road food at its best. Service was Southern sweet and prompt. Food came out timely. Portions are generous. The BBQ was so flavorful there was no need to add the sauce that came on the side. Fries perfect. Cole slaw good but unremarkable. They do their fried pickles a little differently, frying a whole spear instead of a chip. My son said his hamburger served on bread instead of bun was "outstanding".
I grew up about twenty minutes away from Sarge's, and it was an integral part of my growing up. Whenever something important happened in my life, 99% of the time it's where my family would take me. I moved away from the area five years ago, but I still come back a few times a year. And, happily, Sarge's hasn't changed. It's still as awesome as always. Their steak is awesome, although they're not always the best at cooking it to the requested temperature. If I ask for a rare steak, it usually comes out closer to medium (which works for me, since -- while I prefer my steak to be red -- I can still eat it if it's cooked more than that). If you really want a steak that's rare or medium rare, I highly recommend making it *very* clear to your server that it will be an issue for you if it comes out cooked more than that. Let's see... if you even remotely like rice, I very much recommend theirs. Their dirty rice is absolutely delicious, and it goes amazingly well with steak. Other than steak, their catfish is almost always delicious, as is their BBQ. On the negative side, if you go on a weekend or during the traditional "dinner hours", there's almost always a crowd. It can sometimes take awhile to be seated (although it's nothing compared to wait times in larger, more urban areas), and once you've ordered it can be some time before there's food at your table. It's always worth the wait, though.

No 1 Chinese Restaurant

Reviews:
The restaurant's bathroom, buffet and seating area's are kept clean. The food is served hot and presented well. However, if you arrive late-ish for lunch or dinner time, you may have to prompt the servers to freshen up the dishes you are interested in. The carpeted areas need to be replaced with unstained carpet or linoleum.

Tony and I was driving around today outside of Nashville. We drove about 1 1/2 hrs south of Nashville, and ended up in a small town near the Alabama border off Rt 64 in a town called "Pulaski". It was such a great quaint little town. We decided to get out and walk around and take some pictures. On our way out of town looking for Rt 31A off Rt 31..it was getting to be about 1pm so we decided to grab a bite to eat. We found a diner called "Rusty Spur Diner". It is a small location, but said it was family owned and operated. We went in and it was very rustic decor making you feel like you were out west!!! In the front entrance was a bar with about 6 stools and three high top pub style tables and then floor space is sort of "L" shaped, so down the side was about 10 tables. We grabbed a table. The place was about half full. The waitress approached us immediately and asked how we were. She was young and friendly. We told her we were passing through and liked the name and opted to stop. She thanked us for stopping in and asked us for our drink order. Tony got a budweiser in a bottle and I took a sweet tea with lemon. She asked us if we would like to try the special of the day, which was "French Dip" with Fries and Tea for only $6.99. We took two..but of course Tony's was a beer and not a tea...for only a $1 more...great deal..both plates piled high with Roast Beef so tender it melted, with Swiss cheese melted and gooey, with mushrooms and thin slices of onions, on a hoagie bun. Big ole French Fries deep fried golden..and a gravy au juis for dipping. IT WAS AWESOME!!! OMG..my only problem, my stomach wasn't big enough to eat all of mine!!! I would definitely order this again, and I would definitely eat here again!!! Taxes and all, drinks food everything less than $18 plus tip...if you are in PULASKI...stop at the RUSTY SPUR DINER off Main Street...you will not be disappointed !!!!

We went here on Father's Day/ my husband's birthday. It's close to the place where our son was born & so we thought of giving it a try. We love the salad buffet & the steaks. Very delicious & juicy. We highly recommend this awesome place. We will be back
Love Legends! Great food no matter what you get. Anytime we are in town we make sure to stop in. Salad bar is well stocked and fresh! Lots of options. Dinner tastes great and is a great price. My go to is the grilled chicken with lemon pepper seasoning and a baked potato. Best thing on the menu! So flavorful! Burgers, quesadillas, nachos and chicken parmesan are all amazing as well! Definitely the best location of the chain!
Place is a real hit / miss. .. the waiters either serve you promptly or at a slow "wait in line pace".. I would not eat here again, as your meal may be ruined by a waiter more concerned about texting or chilling in the kitchen. ... good food when you get it...

Waited 12 min and wasn't acknowledged after we received our waters. A gentleman came in after us got his food while we were being ignored. They weren't busy to where they even had an excuse to not take our food order. We walked out and they didn't say a word. This is a result of laziness. On a positive note I love the volcano rolls, best around.

Reviews:
I have been to this Pizza Hut twice and will never go back. The service was practically non-existent, and complaints to the manager on duty (who looked no older than 20) went unheeded. The salad bar was full of near empty bowls of wilted lettuce and soggy vegetables. Our drinks weren't brought out until we were nearly finished our cold pizza. And that was only after numerous complaints to the manager. Don't waste your time or money.
