Definitely not my favorite course in the Nashville area. It's a decent place to go if you're looking for something close to town and a change of pace from 7 Oaks or Cedar Hill. The course was redesigned, and I'm not a huge fan of the layout. There's a lot of back and forth and the course doesn't flow that well. Most holes are in the open and the technical aspect of playing at a place like 7 Oaks or Sharp Springs doesn't really come into play. 7 and 9 share a long carpet tee and it's just a cluster. A lot of random old tee pads litter the playing area. The new pads are a mix of concrete and carpet. The carpet pads are in poor shape and a safety hazard. No benches and garbage cans are few and far between. Also, this park is home to a lot of walkers and bikers, so you really need to watch your throws on the front 9. If you're a Nashvillian and can play anywhere, I'd save this one for something different to do. If you're passing through... pass this course up.
