Convenient location. Service varies. Last time I went was fine, but this isn't always the case. Their hygiene procedures are not where they should be. I watched an employee make a sandwich, handle the money, and then begin on the next sandwich without ever taking off her gloves. Subway pays min wage and the Patel's (who own most of the Nashville locations) are very rude and treat their employees like dirt so it's no wonder no one stays long. Not to mention the only things that are actually fresh are the onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Even their guac squeezes out of a bag. It's all frozen just like any other fast food place. And they overcharge on beverages and it's like 60 cents more for an extra piece of cheese. I most likely won't return.

Subways are generally pretty solid and I would give them 3 stars overall as a chain due to their healthy options. However, some locations are better than others, and this one is the pits! The space is tiny and cramped, so if you're looking to eat in the Subway, you might want to get it to go. The sandwich bread and ingredients weren't as fresh as I've had at other locations, either, and they certainly skimp on the fillings. But the main reason this Subway gets 2 stars is because the service is terrible - the two employees were incredibly dour and unhelpful and acted simply disgusted to be serving my girlfriend and me (maybe they just don't like same-sex couples). I don't go to Subways often, but I definitely won't be back to this location.

Rude, and poor business practices - Every other Subway in town (I have been to three others this week) charges $4.00 for a footlong sub when the 6 inch is on special for $2 - EXCEPT this one on White Bridge. Store operator/Cashier very rude when I brought this up.

Come on Subway, for what you charge I expect more than a dozen tiny thin slices of roast beef and five or six slices of provolone on a foot-long sub. Topping that with a thin drizzle of lettuce, half a dozen scraps of red onion and maybe a dozen banana peppers is just insulting. And then you have the nerve to charge me over $10 for that and a large iced tea? Guess who's going somewhere else the next time they feel like a sub sandwich? In case you can't guess, I recommend to anyone reading this review that you go ANYWHERE else but here.

Chipotle steak and cheese with avocado: Ahh, nothing says "eat fresh" like avocado squeezed straight out of a bag. But it is Subway -- you could do worse for fast food.

Weirdos work here! I've been to this subway twice and encountered the same rude employee both times. The first time I went I told him the type of sub I wanted CLEARLY at least 6 times, and he continued to repeat back a completely different sub to me. At first I thought maybe he was deaf or something, but then I realized (after he laughed and smiled) that he was just being an ass. Second time I went I encountered the same guy. I told him the type of sub that I wanted and he just stood there and stared at me and shook his head as if to say "no." Wtf? Then he looked at another employee, laughed, and proceeded to make my sub. Ain't nobody got time to deal with these childish games when they're trying to get their grub on! I will not go back to this subway until they decide to hire actual MATURE adults here. I will make the trek down to the West End Subway where the employees, though younger, are much more professional and polite!

Dear Subway of White Bridge: When people order a Veggie sub, they expect to get a little more veggies than normal, because they don't have any meat on their sandwich--the veggies become the "meat", get it? Also, you may be trying to save money, but I have never been to a Subway that gives you JUST ONE NAPKIN! (One????) I have been eating at Subway since 1990 and this is the first one I have been to that is so stingy (ie cheap) with napkins. 3 napkins is reasonable--those sandwiches can get messy.
