This location is no different menu-wise than any other Starbucks. I visit here frequently on my way to work, this location is rather large in comparison to others and offers nice outdoor seating as well as the indoor cafe. They do not have a drive - thru and mornings can get busy and parking a bit tight, thankfully there is ample parking in the adjacent Wal Mart parking area as well as the strip mall. You may encounter a long line any given morning, however the staff here are incredibly friendly and move fast. I always enjoy coming in and being greeted warmly.

Friendly and clean. A lady took my drink I'm sure by mistake and they gladly replaced it. There was a misunderstanding on the food item I ordered and again they gladly fixed it. They need outlets along the glass wall. There are limited outlets at the bar and back wall, disappointing due to the actually large store. That's the only reason they went from 5 to 4 stars because service this visit was awesome. What a pleasure.

These guys are great. We come here all the time for work. The staff are friendly :-) This is a great location to meet up with potential clients (if you're a business owner). It's also a nice place to just hang out. There's plenty of food places nearby, and the neighborhood is super nice!

Love this Starbucks for the quality of their drinks, spacious seating, and location. The staff? I can completely pass on them. I haven't encountered attitudes like that since I was in Manhattan. And I used to be a regular.

Im not one to rave about Starbucks- in fact they're more of a roadtrip/in a pinch kind of place for me usually. But I live by this Starbucks at Nippers Corner, and have found myself going to it often. It feels more friendly and comfortable inside that the vibe I get from most Starbucks (more fast-paced in and out), and I actually really enjoy staying here to sit and work, or chat with a friend. The barista are really friendly and kind- which probably contributes to the comfortable vibe I get. I dig getting a black iced tea or a nonfat iced chai when Im in!

It wasn't b/c I ordered a fancy coffee, they just literally past mine over which caused my stay to be 15+ minutes. There was no apology and no urgency to fix....maybe 4 people receiving their drinks prior to me who ordered after is suitable for this location, but not suitable for me

JUST moved to Nashville. (Literally yesterday.) This was my first Starbucks stop, as its closest to my new house. The baristas were so friendly and welcoming! The service was fast and efficient. Looking forward to many more visits!

My coffee spot for almost four years now. Love the locals too, but this is close to my daily grind. The baristas here make it feel local for sure. With so many people going in and out, parking lot confusion happens quickly - especially on weekdays. Not to mention the entire shopping center is a pain to get out of, regardless which direction you're headed.

These guys are spot on! I'm a light coffee drinker because I prefer tea but they always make sure to make me something that won't give me the jitters. The baristas are amazing, sweet and friendly. It's such a quaint little location in my neighborhood and during the warmer times of year it's always happening on the patio. I love this location.

Very good customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile and hello. It's a bit crowded feeling on the inside. There's not much room to move around so I usually get what I need and go. I do wish this location had a drive-thru but it's on the corner of a shopping plaza. Their outdoor seating looks cozy. My only real complaint is they never have the spinach/feta wrap. Never. It's not just this location though! I'm starting to think that the wrap is an urban legend. I've been to several locations around Nashville, Clarksville, Milwaukee AND San Antonio and I'm always told they're out! No lie! Other than that, its close to home so I'll keep going back.

Spent the entire day here recently. I came in bright and early at 8 am and found some prime real estate against the wall next to where orders are picked up. It was a great spot to do all my people watching as I worked, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the good beautiful people of Tennessee make their way in and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the cafe was clean and tidy. Music was very good, provided a nice mix that enabled me to take my big headphones off and give my ears a rest while still enjoying fine music as I basked in the ambiance. Top notch locale, for reasons I can't say here, my favorite Starbucks ever!

I'm not going to tell you anything about Starbucks you don't already know. But I regularly stop into the Edmondson Pike location, and have never been let down. It's not the sexiest SB I've ever seen, but in my experience the service is good, the coffee is hot (or iced, whatever), and the wi-fi is free. There is plenty of outdoor seating, and the parking lot is huge.

Hey boys behind the counter stop talking with each other and do your job!! They don't provide customer service as they are to busy talking band crap! I have to say WORST iced coffee I ever had!! I went back in and they did nothing to fix their screw up! It's times like this I miss home! Nothing like the Starbucks in Pikes Market!!! Seattle couldn't screw up coffee if they tried! Lol I won't return, and this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth for Starbucks :(

First time going to this Starbucks, and probably won't be going back. I ordered an apple juice and a bagel for a quick breakfast, and I waited for probably ten or 15 minutes. It wasn't even that busy - they just forgot that I ordered. My sister told me the same thing happened to her, too. She ordered a drink and had to wait a while because they forgot and then made the wrong thing. Not going back.

I love Starbucks...IT doesn't matter to me which location...Any and all are Great for me!! Caramel Macchiato GRANDE is my favorite..but there are so many that I have tried and liked. I enjoy the comfortable feel of the locations. I enjoy just sitting there sipping on my drink enjoying my laptop or android tablet. Sometimes I just like to sit and read my kindle while I enjoy the peace...much like a library but you can drink here..lol!! some say that they are going to start serving alcohol..I don't like that Idea personally. I don't want it to turn into a bar atmosphere..If they get into this business they need to branch off and name is something else ... Anyway, I enjoy Starbucks!!

This place is your average Starbucks. It does not have a drive thru and does not carry Starbucks Reserve coffees. The inside is pretty small with not a lot of seating. If you're planning on hanging out with friends inside, you should pick a different Starbucks. This place is often crowded because it is attached to a Wal-Mart. It stays pretty busy, but their outdoor seating is nice and their baristas are consistently very friendly. I use this Starbucks for occasional meetings, but most often I just stop in for a quick coffee to go.

I am big fan of local coffee shops such as Bongo Java, Abba Java, Frothy Monkey, Ugly Mugs, etc. However, this joint is near my house so the convenience is great to grab good coffee. The best part of this spot is certainly the baristas! ALL of them are friendly and good at their craft.
