Staff is great, very friendly. Service is quick. The only negative is the size of the location. Otherwise it's my Starbucks of choice.

Great staff! Always polite and helpful. Rarely do they get a drink order wrong. However, space is almost always an issue at this particular location. It's not like the ambience is bad. It's just that a lot of people don't understand how to use proper 'line etiquitte', especially when the weather is cold. There are two entrances to the store, so I think the potential for awkward encounters is high. Personally, I've had some people think I was trying to cut them...when in fact, I was trying to manuever the line so the waiting line wouldn't trickle outside. Honestly, if you can swing it, I'd go for a different Starbucks...IF the wait is long. While the staff's attitudes are great, at the end of the day, the environment is way too claustophobic. Thus, more often then not, you'll probably get a whiff of some of the negative demeanors that mark certain downtown employees. On the other hand, IF the wait is short...then I'd still recommend going here...just because you'll have a great experience with the staff and open window seating (if available).

This Starbucks does a great job of getting you out the door quickly with the resources they have. It's quite a bit faster than most Starbucks that I frequent, and I've come here when there was a line of 3 or 4 people waiting for their drinks. Don't plan to sit and work for 8 hours, the location is very tiny and there are 2 tables in the whole place. Also, the bathroom is locked, so don't plan on stopping in to use the bathroom, paying customers only! Probably the most efficient Starbucks I've visited!

Tried the PSL. Full disclosure: I don't like pumpkins, pumpkin pies, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin strudel, or anything else you can could slap together to mask the nasty flavor of pumpkin. HOWEVER, PSL FTW. It's more spice than pumpkin, so it gets a thumbs-up and a slot on my weekly to-do list while it's still around. This location is small very fast. If there's a line, don't get discouraged.

eh. they got both our orders wrong, but we don't like wasting food like pretentious folk, so we didn't say anything and consumed it anyway. maybe they misunderstood my request for a frappuccino to mean iced-late, and maybe they misunderstood whatever it was my husband ordered...i don't know, i wasn't paying attention--apparently neither was the person taking our order... it's starbucks, can't really vary the product, it'd be like going to mcdonald's and ordering chicken nuggets and getting a big mac instead, in the end, you know what everything on the menu is, no matter the location...this location just happened to make me a yuck drink i didn't ask for....

There are a few local places i frequent more often than Starbucks, but as a member I receive great rewards and discounts, so every once in awhile I'll pick up a venti nonfat double shot no foam this that or the other without breaking the bank.

I've always been impressed with the service and quality of the coffee at this location. It's VERY small, but they move customers in and out with ease. The staff is always very friendly and even inspired me to send a note about them to Starbucks corporate at one point. So, it suffices to say that I like this location and recommend them. Sadly, my building has a Starbucks "cart" thing that can't really compare to a full store. So, when I have a desire to get Starbucks and I'm downtown - I head to this store and I'm never disappointed with the experience.

Just a pocket Starbucks. This is Starbucks and less. No parking, limited seating. It's about location, location, location. If you work downtown and want the predictable known quantity of this international chain, come here to be quickly serviced. At least you can always get the New York Times at your neighborhood Starbucks.
