Was not great. We were the only people in the restaurant and got next to no service. Prices were high. Portions were very large BUT the food was cold and very salty. Also not a very clean place.

I ordered a sub sandwich combo that included chips and a drink. I also ordered a salad which did not include a drink (so I ordered an extra). When I received my order I was missing a drink. I called about my drink and the owner refused to give me a credit or even to send the missing drink to me. Instead he lied saying that the combo did not come with a drink (even though my receipt clearly showed two drinks). Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority with this restaurant. I even tipped the driver $5 (silly me!)

This place is THE BEST for customer service and Pizza! Always efficient and pleasant on the phone when ordering, never rushed. Never a long wait time for delivery and they always beat the quoted time. We get the Greek Pizza and Greek Salad which are both amazing!

This is our standard Sunday night, we'll I'm not cooking, let's order out, place. Roma's is definitely known for it's pizza at all of it's locations in Nashville, and the owner seems to always be seen singing and tossing a pizza crust on the local news. I typically take the sandwich and salad route when ordering from Roma's. I always order the raspberry pecan chicken salad which is really tasty, especially with the raspberry vinaigrette that comes with it. At first glance you're thinking, seven bucks for a pizza place salad? The difference is, these salads are HUGE. I'm talking three servings in one Styrofoam container that I somehow shove down my gullet in a single meal. Their Philly cheese steaks are good too, and I'd say definitely try the pizza, it's their specialty. If you're ordering from this location, have your phone on hand, they sometimes get lost or call to tell you they're about to come to your door, which is kind of nice I like to think.

Horrible place to get pizza from. Order a pizza, 15 mins later they call and tell me to bring it back... On the way back they asked if I ate any of it and how far away was I? First if I'm on my way back how could I eat any of it?! Second why are you going to try and resell it?! I just took the pizza back and told them to keep it. To top it all off they advertise fire roasted pizza, all I saw was a standard pizza oven you would find at Pizza Hut. So not pleased! If I could give zero stars I would.
