The place is clean and not too crowded. The service is excellent. The staff is nice and pleasant. But the food...I ordered the Frontega Chicken Panini, which is something I order all the time at panera. The meat in the sandwich was cold. The cheese was not completely melted, so part of my sandwich did not have cheese. It just seemed that the chef rushed in making the sandwich, so the quality was not up to the normal panera standard. Hopefully this is just an one time experience. I would give this location another try to see how well they prepare their food.

I've had a decent time here overall and a friendly staff. That said, I have two key concerns that would be potential issues to improve: 1) Around the lunch hour (from 11am to 1pm) I believe they put a 30 minute limit on their internet. 2) How they calculate prices on their 2 for 2 menu items--being tabulated separately is just silly from a consumer perspective. This should be fixed and/or simplified. [You will be charged for two 1/2 sandwiches if they are from different parts of the menu--or at least that was my experience at this location. If this is the policy it should be clarified on the menu.]

I love panera bread I don't like paying 12.00 to 15.00 everytime I go but the food is good and always fresh so I do know everytime I eat here I know I will get good food nice place for single guys like me or the family

I order from Panera at least once a month (at this location) for catered lunches and breakfast buffets. Their customer service is outstanding. I had to place a last minute lunch order an hour before needing it delivered and they rocked it! Great job guys!

Oh Panera, you may be a chain, but you are solid in delivering what it is I need. There are far better and far worse choices. But I know when I walk through your doors I will receive good food at a reasonable price. I like that you have many selections from which to choose. I like that your website has a nutrition guide (although I do not always care how many fat grams there are). I like that the staff is courteous and efficient. I like that I get to swipe my Panera card and earn freebies. I like that you have the great option of a "pick two" because a whole sandwich and cup of soup can wind up being too much for lunch. I like that I can mix and match this option anyway I choose and am not just limited to the classic items. Yes, there is an upcharge for selecting a premium item, but I can read the prices right there and guess what? I like that. I like that you can cater for me. For a mere $10 delivery fee, I can have all my box lunches brought in for meetings and it is consistent in quality. Yes, Panera, you are one of my "go to" places for ease and convenience. You are solid and I like that.

Panera is fresh and tasty...everywhere. However, the staff make this place a great one to enjoy. They are friendly, helpful, and conversational. Disclaimer: I have only had breakfast at this location. I use this location to do office work and study and it's a great place to be in the mornings. Lunch, however, is pretty busy!

Talk about a whole new Panera. This Panera seems like the Hilton as you compare it to the Panera on 21st Avenue at Vanderbilt. The staff are always friendly. There is always ample sitting area (both indoors and outdoors). Generally when I am there, I have an empty table next to me.

One might think that a Panera is a Panera is a Panera but only true Panera connoisseurs have the intrinsic ability to distinguish a good Panera from a "not so great" or "could be better Panera". Fortunately, I am one of those people. Today I ordered a YP2 of black bean soup with a baguette and Mediterranean veggie sandwich. I must say in favor of this Panera located in Green Hills, the black bean soup was piping hot which I've never experienced before at Panera. And on a cold day it was just what my tummy was needing. So thank you, Panera in Green Hills. Thank you. This Panera gets a 6 on my overall Sarah Panera Scale (SPC) for short. The food was good and prepared just how I like it. The staff was friendly and moved the line during lunch at the mall quickly. The only reason they fell short was the seating. Unfortunately, their seating situation is quite awkward. We got stuck behind this wall structure for lunch with about 6 other folks. It seem like they have just too much furniture and not enough space.

Oh, PB, you are a great spot to get a quick bite when I get my shop on. It was super hopping though at lunch time. It kinda made me laugh because people were walking around with there trays looking for a spot to sit (almost like high school I must say) . So word to the wise, if you are a single diner or a two party, don't take a booth or a four top if the two tops or communal table is available. Other than that, food is good. It is consistent with all the other Panera Breads, and with quick service eateries, I feel like consistency is more important over quality.

Hello my name is "C" Thunder and I'm am an addict of Panera Bread in Green Hills...THERE I SAID IT!!....Being from TX i am use to southern hospitality and just being courteous to others. Every time I go into this establishment I'm greeted by my name and even though they see thousands of folks every day, they always know what sandwich I'm going to order and how i love a side order of barbeque sauce to get my dip on!..lol everyone there from the person taking your order to the guys making the sandwich or whatever you order is very friendly and helpful!! I am trying to cut back on them but hell its just that GOOD! Always clean and organized no matter how early or late you go.

Bland city from a chain that's trying to strangle Nashville. I hate how many of these things are popping up. I like tasty salads and sandwiches and interesting bakery items as much as the next guy, but Panera has none of these. Their pastries are tasteless with bad textures, their sandwiches are gross, their coffee isn't good, and it's all pricey. Bagels are OK, but I'm no bagel snob. I'd rather have a Big Mac than most of the things on their menu.

I walked in, dazed from hunger and ordered a half Mediterranean sandwich (no onions), with a bowl of creamy tomato soup. Before I had even picked out a table my order was ready. I carried my tray to a secluded spot and took the BEST DAMN BITE OF SAMMICH OF MY LIFE. What kind of crack do they put in the dough? What was in that hummus? My meal was also served with a hunk of French bread. After a taste of that, my soup became little more than bread dip. I'm totally coming back next time I'm at the mall.

This Panera can be hit or miss but it's usually a hit. My only real qualm with it is it's location, meaning you have to deal with mall parking. They have probably the best Panera patio in all of Nashville. Food is the same as the other locations, but is usually spot on. I once had a problem with the order, not sure what it was, pointed it out to the manager and he was great. Since we had already paid he gave us vouchers for our next visit and took care of the problem. I find that the best way to handle those situations.

While i will admit that Panera is tasty they still have frozen food. Ever wonder why you can't subtract items from a panini. Its because they are premade and frozen. The service is usually good and accurate and quick. I also applaud them on their selection of breakfast pastries ( wonder if they are frozen as well), but the breads that they sell are not worth what they charge. You can get a much larger loaf other places for the same if not cheaper. Overall Panera is a good spot, but lack of customization and frozen keeps it from being higher.

This Green Hills Mall location of Panera Bread is patron-friendly. I like the acres of free parking and quick service. Not worried about your carbs? Try the soup in a bread bowl. It's a bit spicy, but not too salty.
