Krispy Kreme has the best donuts out of all the chains. Their original glazed donuts melt in your mouth. The store sells them fresh and hot!

I haven't been to a KK since but I still remember my experience here. I ordered quite a bit for my family and the kids to snack on after the wedding we were about to attend down the street. I picked up the original glazed for myself and a bottle of milk. The CSR was friendly and was patient as I decided what to order for my half dozen box. The restaurant was clean and you can stand near the windows to see the doughnuts being made. Order coffee drinks as well such as a vanilla latte. Now I want a doughnut. Damnit.

Doughnuts rolling down the line...litrerally raw dounuts drop in a fryer...float along...a flipper turns them over to cook the other side...up, up, up the conveyer belt under a waterfall of glaze....boom, scooped off into a box and handed to me....hot, fluffy, goey, sugary wonderfulness... This krispy cream runs the line continuously to package for area stores and if you want Hot Doughnuts, they intercepted them as they come down the line...can't get ant freasher than that...Hot coffee, hot doughnuts.....yummmmm

Bad service will probably not be back. Workers are rude, they where laughing at the customer in front of the manager and she seem not care

I live Krispy Kreme and this one especially because u actually get to see how they're made!!! The only thing that i would change would be the fact that they should wear gloves on both hands while making the donuts because I caught them pushing along the fresh donuts before they were glazed...

The Donuts are great and up to par with all other Krispy Kreme stores, however service is terrible. I don't know if they are under-staffed or poorly managed, but something is wrong. On several occasions I have waited for 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be handed a box, no bag, no napkins and definitely no apology for my wait. Today, the car behind me cut out of line and appeared to leave the premises. It's sad when a company you love and enjoy can't seem to putt once they get on the green by providing good service.

I love the donuts but service is always horrible. Never get my order correct and I could barely understand what the person is saying thru the drive thru. After repeating my order over and over again still wrong donuts.

First of all, I have to say that I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts in general. The hot glazed doughnuts fresh off the line are one of my favorite desserts and bring up great nostalgia for trips to Krispy Kreme with my grandfather when I was a kid. That being said, I visited this store twice and did not have good experiences. The first time, the problem was with an iced mocha latte that I ordered. The machine was broken, but they insisted on trying to fix the machine. The main reason I got the drink was so that I would have something to drink with my hot doughnut and the "brownie batter" doughnut. After waiting for the drink, I gave up and ate the doughnut without the drink and wanted to leave. So, I went to the counter to request a refund and then they insisted on substituting the drink for iced coffee + mocha syrup. At first this tasted ok, but 10 minutes after I left the store it was gritty and pretty gross. I wish they had just given me the refund I requested. On top of this, the brownie batter doughnut was the first Krispy Kreme doughnut I tried that I legitimately did not like. The filling was way to runny and the doughnut was far beyond the normal level of sweet. The second time I went, they got my order wrong. So, the donuts are as good as any other Krispy Kreme, but I wasn't thrilled with the service.

I want to be one of those Yelp reviewers who just types in "They were rude to us so I'm giving them a crappy review" but I've been here enough times to know they aren't ALWAYS rude. As it was, it was a Sunday and they were very busy. The Better Half and I had some questions about the Cheerwine Krispy Kreme donuts and they didn't appear to want to answer our questions when the cashier summarily responded to our question with "This is what we have" and indicated to the donut case. At this point we were encouraged to depart to another KK location. My previous visits here have not been as disappointing however, and I imagine I will eventually be back, but overall I'd say this is one of the less friendly locations in town.

We came here for a quick treat and goodies first later. The woman was very nice. We ordered glazed dozen and she asked if we wanted to go now or wait couple minutes for fresh batch. That was really nice of her instead of giving us the cold ones in case. I then ordered an ice cream cone and got it for free. Either for being nice or maybe she thought i was military. Either way veryyyyy pleasant. Also ice cream cones are only $1.49 and taste better then dairy queen down the road and almost $3 cheaper!

This is my neighborhood Krispy Kreme and my boss loves, and I mean LOVES doughnuts. Running late or need to break some bad news to her? Yup, bringing a dozen ;) The treats are standard KK goodness and I've never run into a spoiled product. Even in the height of morning business I never wait long or encounter 'sticky' table tops or counters. The drive through is efficient and always get my order right. Can I ask for more from a chain doughnut place? Turnover can be high in these types places, so I never expect grand customer service, but my coupons and requests have always been honored without any sass. My only beef with them is the coffee cream still comes in tiny little garbage causing packets even when you order inside. Why?! Coffee is decent, but Dunkin' coffee is WAY better. Basically - KK serves in a pinch and I'm not mad I have to go there, but if it literally weren't 2 blocks from my house I'd go to Dunkin' Donuts instead ;)

I guess in the cut-throat chain doughnut world of the South, you're either on the site of a Krispy Kreme or of Dunkin' Donuts. Having lived through the first withdrawal of DD from Nashville, I carry bitter memories of the reason the franchise originally failed here and left Krispy Kreme to reign Doughnut Supreme. When I was younger, and before the Thomson Lane location was remodeled, I used to go in there and sit on their chrome and red stools and watch as the doughnuts were made. You can still sit there these days and waste time watching 4000 calories per second glide by, but in my memories the stools made it better. I've attempted to forget the unkindness that was Dunkin of the 80's and just give them a chance, but I can only love Dunkin for their coffee... KK has at least one of my aortas, possibly two. It's a lot cleaner than I remember it, and still quite fun to go in and have them stare in disbelief as you order 1 doughnut and leave. I think the average person going in there must order about 11 dozen. One thing, I do not think KK's standard glazed hold up as wel as DD's standard glazed, but I believe that if the doughnuts are sitting around long enough to get old you're probably one of those bosses that wants to torture their employees by making them sit through a couple of speakers before you unleash the doughtnutty goodness upon them.

The "Hot and Fresh" sign is false advertising! I have already paid for a whole dozen once when the light was on, only to find that they had been microwaved. A few months later I decided to try to give them another try, and bought two singles just in case. Boy was I glad because they were NOT fresh! Unbelievable. Check out Shipley's if you're looking for good and fresh pastries!

I got a mixed dozen and a mocha. My daughter got a chocolate milk which was expired....the mocha didn't taste very good, almost as if the espresso was doubled (very bitter). The donuts were amazing as always though. The new featured oreo donut was my daughters favorite.

FALSE ADVERTISING! This location (#64) does not honor discounts or combos. Their combo # 2 advertises two dozen doughnuts for $12.99 + add a "brew box" for $7.98. They charged me 11.99 for the Brew Box and when I pointed out the error, "Yeah, I know that the sign says that, another customer complained about that, but the brew box is 11.99." What?!
