Just opened up and all I can say is finally a good breakfast spot near Hillsboro/Music Row that doesn't have over an hour wait (Pancake Pantry)! Try the Eggs Christopher for a great twist on Eggs Benedict or their Billy Goat omelet is awesome. Being a low carb dieter now, I can appreciate the Atkins substitutes and low carb platter.

Delicious food (the whole menu is great, especially the crunchcakes !), very friendly service, and comfortable atmosphere make this place a go-to for breakfast and brunch.

I went here with my dad and aunt and wow... this place floored us at how amazing it is. I mean superficially, it just looks like your standard family breakfast place that is new and tastefully decorated. As with most things in life... its the character that makes or breaks a place. First off, the food was delicious - perfectly well made and very importantly... came out lightening fast... I had the parfait and grits - and I thought you couldn't get better than standard fair stuff... but no they added extra flavor, texture, and the whole shebang to it. You also have amazingly fun waitresses who are very attentive and willing to strike up exciting conversations (not in any annoying way, but more like adding some sunshine to your morning type way) if you woke up on the right side of bed and are ready to smile. I don't do 5 stars much... but the place deserves every shiny star morsel.

The diner-style ambiance was nice and the manager made an extra effort for Father's Day. We ordered the Billy Goat omlete, which was dry, as well as the Christopher eggs benedict and regular eggs benedict, both which were ok.

Finally after 20 years I have found the only breakfast and lynch eatery in Nashville that serves authentic Eggs Benedict with a perfect room temperature Hollandaise sauce....Canadian Bacon and perfectly toasted English Muffin. Their delicious coffees are dark Roast and Regularly Roasted (Royal brand) specialty blends. Oven roasted potatoes were spot on, lightly seasoned and a bit crisped and served hot. Their cinnamon roll really put me over the edge. Ask for Maria, the GM. She's a sweetie and compliments a great staff focused on personal service!! Moderately priced....great value.***** Kernel Ben, Nashville,TN

Great breakfast spot with super friendly and accommodating staff. We were a large group (hockey team) and we were served quickly! CHorizo scramble was delicious.

I was super stoked to see one of my favorite Cool Springs restaurants come to Hillsboro Village which is badly in need of more options than Noshville and Pancake Pantry for some eggs and bacon. J Christopher is clean, bright and has a great selection of standard fare (french toast, eggs, oatmeal) and more fun things including skillets and eggs benedict. Parking is super easy with a convenient side lot and even though I have been a couple of times during the week, I have yet to experience a wait. On the plus side is a mini counter for single diners and solid service. On the minus side would be consistently undercooked bacon (something that one doesn't want tar tar!), lack of WiFi and teeny tiny drink cups that are 3/4 ice. All in all, if you want a quiet clean place to get some conversation in with your food, here's your new spot.

BE VERY WARY- My family and I ate at the Nashville J Christopher's yesterday 12/28/2013 for a late breakfast around 10:30. We along with everyone else in Nashville were hopeful for another good choice for breakfast. Decor is interesting, a mismatch of different artist. Interesting concept, and I liked some of the pieces enough to get artist names. Service was meh. It took 5 minutes or so just to get water and coffee. We ordered the following items 1. The Huevos Avocado, English muffin, with poached (well) eggs, avacado which actually turned out to be guacamole, sour cream, and black beans in a cup. Presentation on the plate was fair. However first bite was luke warm. I remember telling my wife throughout the entire meal that I really wish the food would have been hot. 2. The Pantry Feast- two eggs soft scrambled, potatoes, bacon, and a "crunch" cake. My wife first commented on the cold and limp bacon. We both agreed that either warm and soft or cold and crunchy, but never cold and soft bacon. The eggs were luke warm, the potatoes were lack luster. No real seasoning. The looked like they had come out of a Sysco frozen potato bag and put in the convection oven. Unevenly done, some crispy and some soggy. The crunch cake was dry, like it had been under a heat lamp for quite some time. 3. Grilled Cheese- My youngest daughter wanted something more lunchy, so she chose the grilled cheese, which was oddly grilled, but the cheese wasn't melted. You could still see the edges of the american cheese slice, which normally should just be a gooey delight. Same mediocre potatoes. We ate the meal, and when we left we said to ourselves we probably wouldn't come back and would stick with your tried and trued places. Now for the fun part. After about 2 hours after eating, i began to feel a little queasy. This meal was my only meal that day, so I just figured, it wasn't sitting well. I continued to feel worse through the night, and then the diarrhea started and on going nausea which eventually lead to a four hour puking session. I had to take a dose of nausea medication that a chemo patient would have to take, to eventually cause the vomiting to stop. Seeing what I had for breakfast/lunch in front of me seven hours later pretty much determined the culprit. I frequent many establishments in this fair city that we call Nashville. Each one that I goto I, TRUST, that they are following safe food handling practices, and I trust that cross contamination is mitigated at every chance. This clearly is not the practice at this J. Christopher. I won't go back. I will be calling the health department, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. If you go, make sure it's WELL DONE, and Hot when you get it. Else you will fall victim to the vomit diarrhea nightmare that i experienced last night.

We walked here for a working lunch and were thoroughly impressed! The re-designed interior has a great eclectic, causal, vibe with bright colors and plenty of seating. The menu is full of great breakfast items like Steak & Eggs to wonderful salads & sandwiches. The manager was very nice and made a point to come over several times and reach out to see "where we worked" because he is trying to get to know all his "neighbors". Great place can't wait to try everything on the menu!

Nothing earth shattering but a satisfactory breakfast choice if you're in the area.

Brunch was good. Tried the Commodore Skillet. Also tried the cheese grits. Grits were nothing special at all. Didn't even taste cheesy. Skillet had an abundance of freshly diced veges. Waitress gets 5 stars but my big complaint is that the food should have been hotter. So the food only gets 3.5 stars.

Great southern comfort food breakfast. I came from Chicago and had the Bubba. It was so good. Service was amazing. Friendly and quick. Came back the next day and ordered the same thing! Recommend. :-)

I LOVED this place! Yum!! Away from the crazy traffic surrounding Vanderbilt, this is in a great spot with great parking. The breakfast menu was so good it was hard to pick! I got the eggs benedict AND blueberry crunch pancakes, all delicious. Although the hollandaise was a bit heavy on the lemon, I was still scraping the plate! Can't wait to come back and bring friends and family!

I wish there were a way to separate service ratings from product ratings, but there is not - and therefore I am going to split it somewhere down the middle. The food is good. Always fresh and hot. I would rate it 3-4 stars because it is about what you expect from a breakfast/lunch restaurant. Nothing as fantastic as Monell's but far better than IHOP. On another note, I recently had a memorable experience that led me to write this review. For the last 2 months I have been ordering breakfast to-go from J Chris a couple of times per week. 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of turkey sausage. It is $5.24- you cannot beat the price for what you get! Anyway, each time I come in I ask for tobasco to sprinkle on my eggs. This morning one of my co-workers picked up my breakfast for me. When I opened the box there was a tiny container of tobasco in it. I asked my co-worker if he ordered the tobasco and he said no. I know that may not seem like a big deal, but to me that is excellent service! 5 stars!

HOly cow, I've lived in Nashville for 9 years and didn't know this was hear but I regret it. Brunch was amazing. Coffee alone is worth coming for. Food is stellar. Worth trying at least once.

  • Katie I.

Definitely a Meh. Used to go to J Christopher's sometimes when I lived in Atlanta. I remembered it being better than this one... The eggs benedict is ok, but the hollandaise on top is not good- way too lemony and too much sauce in general. The kids liked their pancakes. Bacon was soggy. For the love of God why can't people serve crisp bacon!? My husband had some sort of egg, hash and potato scramble in a cast iron skillet. He said it was "ok." I would say it's similar to Le Peep, but Le Peep is waaaayyy better. Oh, and the coffee said Bongo Java? no freaking way. tasted like McD's coffee. I'd stand in line at pancake pantry before going here. Or Fido. Or LePeep you get the idea.

Excellent breakfast! The monte cristo is awesome! Fast and friendly service, clean diner-style environment, good value for the price. I will definitely be coming back.

I used to eat at the J. Chris in Cool Springs pretty regularly, and I always really, really liked it. For some reason, the food at this one just isn't as good. I get the skillet usually, and everything is just kind of soggy. It really bums me out because with the location and the menu, it could be really wonderful, but the food is never executed the way I want it. Service has always been good though! Every one is nice and attentive. I'll be back, but just to see if they've finally upped their food game.

I went there for their grand opening and was viciously disappointed. Their strawberry crepes were literally just that: strawberries on plain bland crepes. The bacon, I couldn't finish. Too salty. Their chai tasted like it was straight from a carton. Which it likely was (let's face it, no breakfast place is going out of their way to make their drinks special). Luckily, their fresh squeezed orange juice did in fact taste freshly squeezed. In conclusion: I'll take my breakfast needs to Pancake Pantry... where there's always a line because THEIR crepes are always delicious AF.

Super amateur food. Eggs Christopher had the potential to be good but tasted like it was just warmed in the microwave. Hashbrowns tasted and looked like they were dumped out of the frozen store-bought-off-brand bag and just warmed for a bit. This is off my list of breakfast spots.

    (1)
  • Walter H.

Service was great, but the food was bland and boring. If I wasn't such a food snob I would give this place 4 stars, but the lack of interesting menu options makes me wish I had gone elsewhere.

Great Place for breakfast!!! Good service. I recommend the Sailor Omelet. I love you get a choice on coffee bean. Prices very fair. Potatoes were not favorite. They could have used some more spices.

Great service on a Sunday brunch! We had a large party, but the staff was super friendly. The menu had a great variety; mostly breakfast items. When we got our food, it was delicious but not over-the-top. You can't go wrong with breakfast anyway! The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. I hope they add more outdoor seating soon as the weather warms up! Great breakfast food and customer service without it being overwhelming....I'll definitely be back!

We stopped in for lunch last week after wanting to expand our Belmont/12 South dining routine. The décor reminded me of IHOP sort of, but the bar near the front was really cute. We sat in a booth towards the kitchen and were given menus and drinks quickly. Our server recommended the mint tea to my husband while I stuck with water. I had the Cobb salad and my husband ordered a breakfast skillet that came with a biscuit. Our food came out SUPER fast and was relatively good. The salad was really filling and the avocado was excellent. My husband inhaled his food so I'm assuming it was also delish. The only reason this place gets 3 stars instead of 4 is price. My husband requested gravy for his biscuit which ran us $2.50 and the one bag of tea he used was also $2.50. It wasn't a specialty tea or anything, just standard Bigelow. Anyway, the food is okay and if it's your only option, it's not bad. Just a bit expensive for what it really is.

  • Veronica V.

Hmmm nothing special here. Service is iffy... Way too pricey for what you get (two slices of a 'so called' maple toast a.k.a french toast for 8.00 is just not worth the trip). Much better places to eat breakfast in in the city. It was an IHOP without the chain restaurant factor. Don't think will be going back unless, of course, it is the last place open for breakfast! Again nothing special!

  • Taylor W.

So amazing! Keep in mind eggs are difficult to cook in mass quantities. Even if they aren't perfect just let them fix it for you. dont Just sit there mad if something is wrong. Its really easy to get something fixed. They're always friendly and wanting to keep you happy. Great coffee and specials! Love the waffles and the fact that they have parking available!

    (5)
  • Alex P.

Meh. It was alright. The waitress wasn't really with it. She made a few mistakes. The eggs benedict weren't cooked enough. My strawberry waffles were kind of plain. They gave me 3 pieces for the side of bacon. When asked which sides were included, the waitress said "cheese and grits" but at check out, she charged extra... The manager did give my friend a gift certificate for a free entree in the future since they really messed up her breakfast. I think the plus side was that the restaurant was brightly lit and warm and there was enough parking. But the taste of the food, the quality of service and the price all together wasn't great. I might go back in the future, but not any time soon.

I've been three or four times and the food and the service have been consistently great. The waiter recommended the pancakes (granola) said they were his fav in town--now they are mine too.

This newly opened breakfast place is spot on. (Located in Tayste former location) We work and attend church walking distance and have had the pleasure of dining here with all adults and as a family with small kids (preschool ages) The food is good, hearty, breakfast fare. The Bongo Java coffee is offered in a bottomless carafe. We had good meals on each visit. They are newly opened and there were a few little kinks that I expect will resolve as they get into the groove. Our waitress was so nice but wasn't as familiar with the menu as she could have been. We plan to return and I foresee this being a regular Sunday stop for our family since both kids ate all that they had ordered. The Blueberry crunch hotcake is filling and delicious. My Toddler devoured the Dinosaur Egg combo. The cinnamon roll satisfied my preschoolers sweet tooth (kid loves a donut) And I have had the Billy Goat Omelet and Turkey Avocado Skillet. Both were well prepared and I plan to order them again.

This place will now compete with Fido for my breakfast business since both are within walking distance of me. Menu is extensive, service was great, atmosphere was appropriate for breakfast. I found it to be a great place to have breakfast. I enjoyed the dish I ordered. High recommended.

  • Jeff M.

I must admit to going here looking for a Sunday morning breakfast spot after Fido and Monkey were packed. The turkey and avocado skillet was excellent as well as the blueberry crunch pancake. This place was a nice find and certainly glad I didn't wait in the long lines of the other locations. I recommend!

  • Janet M.

My husband loved the Sailor man omelet, he thought is was delicious with the speciality cheese. I had the Eggs Christopher for the first time, being an eggs benedict lover, it proved to be an excellent contender. We had good service and no line to stand in. We enjoyed and will go back.

My friend and I have a habit of making our way to Fido and Blvd for breakfast on Sunday mornings. One week we decided that we would do something preposterous. J Christophers helped us accomplish this goal. The store doesn't have a real theme. There are a handful of mismatched paintings on the wall, and the rows of booths are arranged in traditional diner style: two things that slip the scent of 'chain' and can cast a shadow over a great brunch stop (where would Bongo productions be without its flipped-antique theme?). But if you can get past the atmosphere, not be taken in by the $2 bottomless coffee, and finally open the menu, you find multiple pages of mouthwatering descriptions. And the best part is that the food these descriptions are linked to does not disappoint. The most difficult part of the experience--it is a real challenge--is deciding whether you want a skillet, an omelette, or a brunch platter of some sort (like their eponymous Eggs Christopher - something like a breakfast Kentucky Hot Brown). If the restaurant were Downtown, the food may come off as novel. Being just down the street from Fido, it's hardly anything you won't have heard of before, and you may find yourself wishing that there were more goat cheese and avocado on the menu. But for the casual foodie, there is a lot worse brunch to be had than J Christophers.

  • Tom J.

A bit pricey, $30 for a skillet, an omellete and a thermos of coffee. That's when I realized it must be a chain restaurant originating from a pricier zip code (they're from Atlanta). Zero charm or ambience. The potatoes weren't even toasted brown. The skillet had diced raw onions, which didn't really work for me. When I asked to leave the bacon out of the skillet and substitute an extra egg, I got charged for the extra egg. The coffee was good, as was the service. For a big chain restaurant breakfast, try Le Peep in Belle Meade for better food, price and ambience. But I'd rather suggest Marche or Fido (or Noshville if you can get past the bad coffee). Note: there are no vegan choices save maybe pancakes, so unless you eat eggs, go elsewhere.

Boring and uninspired. Doesn't not fit in the neighborhood. Brentwood would suit better. With all the new restaurant choices...average or subpar dining experiences will not do...even if breakfast.

  • John L.

Love this place. I've been 4 times in the short time it's been open and it fills a need in the Nashville market. 4 stars instead of 5 due to slow service during peak hours and soupy oatmeal on 2 occasions (The other 2 have been perfect). One can eat with health or decadent abandon. A welcome addition to Hillsboro/Belmont.

Great new breakfast spot near Hillsboro village area. Fast service and great breakfast and coffee. I recommend the billy goat omelette and my husband loved the eggs Benedict. Will be back!

We ate breakfast there, because the pancake pantry had a line around the corner. The food was good. I had one of the skillets. It was a little pricey for what we got but not to bad. I would eat here again but would not drive out of the way to get to it.

Had breakfast at J. Christopher's today...excellent service and food. I had the western omelette and pancakes. Both were delicious, as good as you will find anywhere. My friend had the original PotBelly Bennie, and he assures me it was wonderful. We do brunch almost every Saturday, and this was as good, if not better, than anywhere we've been. The service was friendly, the food came out hot and in a very timely manner, and any request was handled with a smile. The menu was varied and intriguing. Definitely worth five stars, and we will return. Anderson G.

Corned beef hash is authentic and delicious. Service is inconsistent, however, and the prices can be insane. Spent $17 this morning for a pretty basic breakfast with coffee. Add tip and you're at $20.

What a delight to find this brand new J. Christopher's in Nashville!!! We were looking for a place on 21st for breakfast/lunch. All the usual places were packed and parking was sooo crowded. We spotted J. Christopher's, parked in their ample parking lot, went inside and were greeted by their smiling new staff! The place is clean & comfortable. The service was excellent, quick, attentive and friendly. They have a varied menu: breakfast, healthy platters, salads, sandwiches & burgers. I had the chicken Cobb salad. Fresh field greens with lots if goodies ( avo, blu cheese crumbles, bacon etc). My friend had the Pantry Feast with sausage and maple toast. Delicious. Looking forward to the next time, maybe the Waldorf Salad or the Bubba Skillet! Abigail was a 5 Star server and we appreciated the Manager stopping by our table. (That's when we found out they have been open only 2 Days!!! Note: they close at 2:00pm...possibly a little early for a Nashville breakfast place....:)

Came here for brunch the day after Halloween last year. I got some variation of the veggie omelet, cheese grits, and possibly a biscuit. I wasn't too overwhelmed by the omelet, but that could be my own fault for always ordering the same spinach and mushroom breakfast items that I could just make on my own at any time. But I DO remember being blown away by the grits. Oh my god. I really should've just ordered grits because they were creamy and savory and delicious. Staff here is nice and there is a bit of a wait, but at least you're not standing in line on a Saturday morning for Pancake Pantry.

Stopped in for late breakfast, I've driven past this spot a lot, and always been interested. Casual atmosphere, with someone to seat u at the front door. I ordered eggs Benedict w/cheese grits. It came out quickly and the service was nice and attentive. Food was a little tasteless, but nothing a little salt, pepper and hot sauce couldn't take care of. I did wish the music was a little louder to drown out the unbroken banter of this girl in the booth sitting across from me..... But I understand, music too loud or too soft matters on the time of day and clientele. Overall, good place, I think I'll try it again, tho probably a different dish.

Service was great and the atmosphere is cheerful & artsy. Lots of variety for breakfast drinks, including a coffee bar. We ordered strawberry crepes- pretty typical, chocolate chip pancakes- were cooked very well, with nice crispy edges. The Bubba had a great homemade flavor to the gravy, and the maple toast was exactly what you'd expect from reading it's description. None of the food was really amazing but it was all good. We originally were going to the pancake palace but when we saw people lined up outside all the way down the block we came here instead. We would return if in the mood for a basic breakfast.

A Good Breakfast Place to Try. It's located on a somewhat busy street, especially in the morning, so there might be some local traffic on the way there. There is a decent amount of parking, but I've seen the parking lot full both times I've tried it out. If it's during breakfast hours, you might have to play parking lot Tetris. I ordered out the times I've been there. People were friendly with the ordering process, and they got most of the things right, and the food was ready when I got there, although it took me way longer than expected because of traffic each time. Onto to the food: The Eggs Benedict is good, but the hollandaise sauce seems to lack a bit of flavor. I couldn't really taste much of it, and just seemed a bit plain to me. Since I was vegetarian, I asked the "Benny" to be without bacon, but there was bacon on it anyway. It wasn't that hard to remove, and I'm not one of those hardcore vegetarians that feel the world is ruined if some meat touches the bread (although I'm not fully vegetarian either, Hello Nathan's I got my eye on you!!) so it wasn't that big of a deal. The potatoes that come with the dish were very plain, and lacked much taste at all. I pretty much drowned it in ketchup after awhile, because it just had no flavor. The quesadilla with mushrooms were actually pretty good, and a decent option to have other than eggs in the morning. The guacamole wasn't good though, and very apparently not fresh. After a few swipes, I left that alone, and just added hot sauce instead. I think with fresh guacamole, this would be an excellent egg alternative dish. The Huevos Avacado was good, probably the most well done of the dishes among the three that I tried (I skipped the Benny after the first time) and also feels lighter on the stomach afterwards. This comes with black beans, and it was actually some good beans for a change, definitely had some flavor to it and goes well with the dish. The pricing is a bit higher than I expected honestly, although I'm guessing it's because it's closer to the city than most of the places I eat at for breakfast. I'm not sure this place stands apart enough for the prices to be slightly higher, it's pretty much standard affair that you can find at other chains as well. I liked the service and parking lot (on a busy street), but otherwise I can't really say it was exceptional. I wouldn't complain about eating here, but I also wouldn't drag anyone here just because they have to try this place. I don't think people would be disappointed here, nor would they be wowed.

I live in Texas and I've only been to Nashville twice but both times I've been here, I've been sure to go to J. Christopher's. The place is really nice and cute on the inside (you get that Sunday brunch vibe), and the food is delicious. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The price is decent and the portions are satisfying. They have almost anything you can imagine for breakfast in addition to coffee, tea. etc. Definitely recommend it.

Coffee is terrible. Since this is a chain the food and management is uninspired. Pancakes are mediocre and staff was arguing about taking us as a table to wait on. We were just a couple out for breakfast. Pancake pantry is more fun!

Stopped in for breakfast on a late Thursday morning and was quite impressed with the crowd that was there for that time. It even got more busier after we arrived. My wife and I both ordered the maple vanilla French toast and we had a side order of the turkey sausage and fresh fruit cup. The French toast was 2 thick slices and it was just the right amount. Tasty. The turkey sausage consisted of three small sausage patties which appeared to have been cooked fresh. The fruit cup was sort of a disappointment because some of the fruit was not ripe yet. The portion of the fruit cup was kind of tiny for the price they charge. The coffee was decent and they put a pot of it on your table. We were from out of town and found this place by accident. It's easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I would certainly go back again. The service was very good and friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

It is just average Ihop style food, good for when you are in a pinch or looking for a place to bring the kids. Service is friendly, although quite unorganized and host/hostess person was either non-existent or busy elsewhere. There seems to be a huge lack of communication. Skip the coffee, unless you are the type to load in the creamer and sugar anyway. Because you will have to. The food also leaves much to be desired. Eggs over easy had very undercooked whites, they forgot my bacon and when I got it, it was straight up burned. Another time that I went I had the eggs benedict and they went super heavy on the lemon....it was barely edible. I wouldn't even call it hollandaise, not sure what that was. One time I got the french toast, which I thought was supposed to be challah but was more of a cheap/texas toast or whatever they had lying around. I want so badly to love it because it is literally across the street, but after try and try again, I am not going back.

I was hoping this would be a 4-5 star place. Instead, I found an Ihop in the old Tayst building. There is really not much to say about this place. Nothing stood out as bad or good. Nothing captured my attention to make to want to go back, but also nothing turned me off enough to keep me from returning.

This place was good all around. The kids liked it and we liked it too. They have a weird name for French toast, but we can see past that. Everything was on par with what you might expect from a local breakfast place. Nothing will blow your mind, but it's better than Denny's or IHOP for sure.

Pretty busy for a Sunday at noon..but still got a table in about 20 minutes. Service was just OK, glad they brought the $5 pot of coffee for refills without having to ask. Ambiance was clean and simple but no music was playing making for some very quiet lulls over the entire place. I ordered the Christopher's Benedict and it was just meh. The flavors were flat with the exception of the salt. The co-diner had the biscuits and gravy skillet, again no flavor. He was shocked the gravy didn't even have a hint of sausage, a typical base in biscuit gravy. Overall, in my opinion, not worth the money.

Great service and super nice people. The chorizo scramble was delicious with the perfect amount of spice. We ordered something that we didn't like and the manager replaced it immediately. The replacement meal we got was the billy goat omelet and it was darn good. Love me some goat cheese. Great place for families and bright happy atmosphere. Ask for Robbie the waiter, he is the best!

Great breakfast!! Just discovered this place and will now make it a regular place to go for great food and service. If you are a pancake person.. Pass by that hour waiting line at Pancake Pantry and enjoy the Granola and fruit crunch pancakes here.. Awesome!

Get a better cook at your Hillsboro location! Food & choices LOOK good but the taste was horrible...on both breakfasts we got. I picked this place because I thought, nobody can mess up breakfast foods right? UGH, I was wrong! Coffee was absolutely undrinkable! I took 1 sip, sent it back. I was too afraid to TRY whatever they might make next. That is sorry since it's a breakfast place, atleast the coffee should be good! I had to ask for ketchup that was not on the table, it was never delivered, even though they have a gazillion servers at this place! The Benny plate with Hollandaise had a weird taste. Not something that it should taste like. IDK, maybe they try to be too fancy but they don't pull it off! Taste is everything & this is a place I will not even give a second chance to.

'Apathy on a plate' is how I would describe my recent breakfast at J. Christophers. The omelette was nothing special, the potatoes were barely cooked through and the coffee was weak. I will not be back. (With Fido's down the street, there's no need to.)
