My only wish is THAT THIS PLACE NEVER GOES AWAY!! Let me jump right into it THE BANANA NUT BREAD IS AMAZING!!!...ok,..I'm calm now Located conveniently in the Lenox village shopping area, Grounds 4 Inspiration offers a quite, relaxing atmosphere the contains two leather sofa couches along with very comfortable table and chair setups. GREAT customer service! No matter who is at the counter they are always smiling and engaging in conversation. Very clean establishment which is what i look for the most when it comes to a place serving food, and i love the hours of being open till 10pm 7 days a week! cause that gives me time to grab some BANANA NUT BREAD on my way home....YES I AM A FAN!

I visited here during a festival in our neighborhood, the place has been taken over by new management/ownership and I had not been back in since. The young lady at the front was nice, but not very engaging. One couple stood at the counter for a very long time after she disappeared I'm not sure where. The old decor is still up and looks fine I wouldn't have changed that much either, the counter where the cream and condiments are could use some cleaning however. There is an old cooler that is out of order and covered in trash bags which might be better off retired elsewhere. My iced latte was decent, and we bought a few cookies which after trying them were obviously from Kroger or Walmart's bakery. I could see and hear the staff/owner in the back the entire time, that was a bit off-putting. I realize they may still be settling in, but there wasn't anything about my experience that would bring me back in which is unfortunate considering its in walking distance to my house.

When I moved to Lenox Village last year, it had almost everything I desired within walking distance. There were all the casual restaurant types I needed - Mexican, Pizza, burgers, dessert. There was a decently-priced gas station a block away. There was a pet grooming shop, a dry cleaner, and a small doctor's office. There was a neighborhood pub with karaoke on Saturdays. The one thing it did not have was a coffee shop, and boy did it need one. Other than a couple Starbucks that required a drive of several miles in Nolensville/Old Hickory traffic, this area was a veritable coffee desert. That's why I was incredibly excited to see Grounds 4 Inspiration open its doors late last year. From my first visit in November, the staff has been friendly, the lattes have been quality for the price, and the location cannot be beat. The coffee drinks are standard variety - Lattes, Cappuccinos, Mochas, etc. - but they are well-made with Vienna Roasters beans and capable baristas. The baked goods are tasty, and while I haven't yet tried their lunch offerings, word on the street is that they hold the line well. My one wish with this shop is that they might somehow create a space for live acoustic music on Friday and/or Saturday evenings. The location and layout of the room would be perfect for a singer with an acoustic guitar to play. There's a ton of musicians in Lenox Village that might welcome an opportunity to play close to home (me included). Just a thought.

Great location, good coffee and menu sounds enticing. One area of potential improvement is the kiddos. When we have been in they have been a bit loud which can be distracting when trying to work or hold a meeting. I hope this place stays and continues to improve!

Love this place. I go everyday coffee is always great and their breakfast sandwiches are awesome. Michelle is awesome and takes the time to greet and learn everyone's name. Cannot wait till they bring back the lunch menu. Also wish they were open on Sunday : /

A charming, warm & friendly cafe with delicious coffee and scrumptious homemade baked goods. Very nice owner. So happy to have this cafe in the neighborhood! This is a winner in my book!

I am glad to have this family owned business in the neighborhood. The reviews have been very harsh but I thought it was a nice friendly environment. They seemed a little disorganized but they have only been open a couple of days so I am sure they will work it out. It will be a great place to walk to this winter to get a coffee or hot chocolate. I wish them the best of luck and hope our community supports them. We need more nice family owned businesses in Lenox Village and less Tobacco and Beer kinda places. So thank you to the owners of grounds 4 inspiration for bringing a wholesome place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee to the neighborhood.

Dang this place is hard to get to. Yes, for the people who live near by this must be a real bonus, but it is a real chore for anyone who comes from any further than Old Hickory Boulevard. But the place is attractive, the coffee is nice, and the people clearly are into the idea of customer service. They are constantly very friendly, and really roll out the welcome mat for the people that come into the store. They're the only place I know that lets you pour your own coffee, then drop a couple bucks into the jar all without being supervised. Their wifi is pretty good, and they've got a couple electrical outlets to charge your laptop or cell phone. I am not into the roast. Never heard of it, not really doing it for me. But they pull good shots, and make the coffee work nonetheless. This is a coffee shop that I could see visiting a lot if it weren't twenty miles from where I lived.

The chicken salad is great - so tasty! Very friendly atmosphere and definitely a nice gathering place! I'll definitely be back to try more items from the menu.
