Hey it's a small time place so don't expect awesome fast service... I go here because it's convenient and i order 30 min in advance. The food is okay never had a bad order... Be aware all the people here don't speak English well so you better know what you want.

I am giving them one star for the store bought cheese cake and the store bought Root Beer. Otherwise the food they make just frankly sucked. I ordered a double cheese burger that came with fries. The burger was dry and over cooked and I am positive they are frozen pattys. The fries were limp and cold and the burger came bun and lettuce and all wrapped together in foil so that all of it is mush not to mention a double cheese with barley and cheese and it was cheap wrapper fake cheese that barely melted. Bottom line a major waste of 20 bucks I mean how do these places stay open how hard is it to make a good cheese burger gees.

If it were possible for zero stars that would be my choice. After a long day on the road, I get to my hotel and ordered food, using another service....bad, bad idea! The wait was over an hour, ok, it's late, however, I didn't get my order, The sandwich had no mayo, wrong meat and cheese which I never order. Further the cannoli were stale. How do you even sell stale cannoli? The one star is because they did manage to get the bottled soda right.

If I could make a zero star review I would. There's nothing express about this place. The delivery service is TERRIBLE. 1.5hrs for a chicken parm. Boooooo! Find a new place, and as a business, value your customers. Your food isn't worth anything past 20 mins.

Used them for delivery on June 24th, had a delivery guy that called me when he arrived with my food to tell me to come outside? !?!?!?! I said what? I'm not coming outside please come to door, he hung up on me. I went outside to get my food, furious of how rude he was to me on the phone demanding that I go outside and hanging up on me. I will never order from here again! They also took forever to come. I called to complain and the company said that he was new...ummm people shouldn't be in this line of work if they don't have people skills...Just saying

If I could give no stars, I would. I'm in town at a convention, and we ordered lunch delivered. Quoted a 35-40 minute wait, which took closer to an hour. I started eating mine, but partway through it found that several of the strips of chicken in my pasta were RAW! I immediately called back, and after a repetition of my explanation, they agreed to send me a new order (no refund ever offered), and its been over an hour now and still no food. So now I'm both hungry and get the added stress of worrying about salmonella poisoning!

Had food delivered after a night out. Ordered a gyro & fries, & after realizing that wasn't enough for the delivery fee, added on a pizza. I called after 50 minutes to check on our order (which was 10 minutes past due). I was told the order was on it's way. Our delivery guy arrived with only the pizza, so I called the store. Whoever picked up the phone recognized my number. Before he even considered letting me explain that we ordered additional food, he cut me off, saying, "We delivered what you ordered. We're closed now." I continued to ATTEMPT to explain that we got only part of our order, but he interrupted and refused to let me finish my sentence at any point. He eventually hung up on me. I've now tried to call him back 15 times, but he refuses to answer.

I just got my order from Express Pizza & Gyros Bad service & poor quality food I spoke to the resturaunt about getting my delivery and their first response was, "you want your food or not?" When I asked if their drivers were following the directions I had noted on my order. their response was: "They do not speak english and cannot be expected to read." I threw the food out it was so bad. I'm done with this kind of service

Those lemon pepper wings tho! Perfect late night, and the pizzas really hit the spot, ideal for a post night out throw down. But seriously tho that lemon pepper rub hot dam (but not spicy in a real way tho)

Wow! Express Pizza & Gyros is surprisingly great. Made a late night order, which was delivered in very reasonable time (particularly considering the storm outside) by a friendly staff person. Our two pizzas (spinach and BBQ chicken) were very satisfying, enjoyable, and not greasy. But the standout item is certainly the lemon pepper wings, which zing in the best way. Thanks Express for satiating my hunger!

If I could give no stars I would. This company went around my apartment building and left their flyers so I ordered delivery one night and was quoted a wait time of 30-45 minutes. I still hadn't received my food an hour later. I called and who ever answered the phone was rude, hard to understand, and no help at all. I quoted what the email told me about delivery time and he told me, "calm down it's coming." I had also left instructions about how to enter my building since there's a call box after hours. Instead of using the call box they called me and asked me angrily to come down and open the door for them. I will never order from them again!
