So it's okay. I'm not super crazy about this place. One of those, if you gone once, it's all good. Not hurry back. I tried the honey hot, lemon pepper, and buffalo chicken wings. The lemon pepper was super salty. It's a dry rub seasoning. The honey hot was okay. The buffalo was alright. Taste like any other hot wing. It's definitely not Hooters. They don't have an alcoholic drink menu and the waitress couldn't tell you what's in their supposedly popular mix drinks they call Donk Twister. And their so-called mix drink specials isn't exactly advertised properly. The waitress said 2*4*1 mix drinks but a jack & coke didn't qualify. Makes no sense. Paid $28 for 4 drinks. This was retarded. And the drinks was served in those tiny plastic cups served in the clubs. Better off drinking a beer, if there's a next time. We shall see.

Came here when they opened right at noon on a Sunday while visiting town with two friends. Didn't expect a crowd, so wasn't disappointed when there were just a few people in the house. Between the three of us, we got fried catfish, wings, a burger and a chicken wrap, which were all good. The fried pickles were battered too thick, but still tasty. Most of the stars in this review go to our waitress/bartender, Jazzy. She and the rest of the staff were really fun and easy to talk to, even the guy in the kitchen. Jazzy served us up some of their house specialty ("Liquid Marijuana") back in the VIP, surrounded by pictures of the bar's namesake. It was some sort of drink involving what we think was vodka, pineapple juice and green kool aid. Delicious.

I showed up at Donk's with a party of 10 after driving for 7 hours from Columbus OH. We walked in the door and were greeted by at least 3 total strangers warmly welcoming us. I immediately knew we were in for a treat. Juicy took care of us and brought us delicious fries and 5 different types of wings. I particularly enjoyed the fried pickles. This place is not Hooters. It's low key and classy. The food is good and the atmosphere is excellent. There is pool, sports and karaoke. Also excellent Happy Hour specials. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Thanks Juicy!

Went to Donks for my lunch hour. I ordered 10 wings, no fries and a Coke Zero. 10 bucks for the wings, 2 for the coke. The wings were big, the buffalo was hot, but not too hot. I really enjoyed them! I'l be back for sure.

I was looking for a place to watch a NBA basketball and I had asked around about a good place to check out. I was told I should check out Donks, but with a warning. I was told on certain nights, it can get a little rough. Don't have an issue with hood as long as everyone is having a good time. Not trying to die over it. The waitresses were very attractive( Beautiful Black Women) so that was a plus. I thought the DJ was on point. He played Rap music during the commercial. I would go again.

if your in the mood for a quick drink, a lil music or even pizza, chicken tenders and donkey legs (turkey legs) this is the perfect spot. i love to visit Donks! its in my neighborhood for 1 and its also like cheers every time i walk in the door. you have activity in just about every corner and you are free to mingle with friends or just chill at the bar or in a corner table. Now lets talk about these lemon pepper wings, fries and fried pickles....... (one word) DAMN!! if the owners are reading this review GIVE THE COOK A RAISE! someone is in that kitchen throwing down baby! the name DONKS is a play on the "hooters" theme so where one would walk into hooters and expect their server to have somewhat decent sized "breasts". you would expect to walk into donks and be greeted by a nicely shaped woman that has been blessed on her backside. for that i loose a star rating (im not that interested in backsides). i am equally not interested in "breasts" either. well, (maybe chicken).this dosent take away from the food, its amazing. so yea, if your in the trinity lane area, stop in early its more of the business crowd. or you can wait a lil while and come on at night and have a lil fun. you are more than welcome to walk on over to me and speak if ya see me!

This place is incredible. Some of the best wings I've ever had. We had honey hot and golden tangy and both were done just right. The sauces were incredible and the wings seemed to have been smoked first. The place lacks in atmosphere, the furniture is falling apart and gross so I would describe this as a hole-in-the-wall hooters but with a slightly different uniform for the gals. If you can handle yourself in a potentially uncomfortable atmosphere and get over the bad furniture you will be delighted with the food coming out of the kitchen. Also try the 1/4 chicken-it was fall off the bone delicious. Only other negative was the sauces came in kraft packets versus in small cups- even though it's the same stuff in a different restaurant the presentation was low class

Love me some Donk wings. Golden Tangy & Honey Hot are my favorite! Also the Chicken Quesdilla & fries are fye. I would agree w/ one of the reviews tho about the drinks being served in plastic cups & waiters having no knowledge of drink specials or what's in them. They should invest in a drink menu 2 advertise the bar better. But I wouldn't say Hooters wings are NOT better than Donks. I went there 4 the 1st time today & was wishing I had went 2 Donks.

After looking at the website and the 1 review, I thought I would give this place a shot. I traveled to Nashville on business 12/12/12 (should have been a sign already). Anyway, this might have been the worst place I've ever eaten. Obviuosly the person who gave the only previous review must work here or know someone. The women who waitress here were just as the pictures describe. Large butts and the total opposite of the Hooters experinces. I'll take that place anytime over this dump. The first thing I had were mozz. sticks which were obviuosly taken out of a box in the freezer and microwaved. I had to smile to myself with the sauce that came along with it. A small packet you had to peel open. The same type stuff you get at a fast food joint. The wings were next. I'm not sure how long it's been since the fryers were cleaned, but I bet Bill Clinton was still president. They were way over cooked and tasted burned. With all the great restaurants in the area I can't believe I wasted my money here. Nasty, nasty nasty.
