Consistently delicious and fresh. Staff is friendly, but not passionate about excellent customer service. I'm a huge fan of the steak entrees. Sometimes steak isn't the leanest cut. Rest of options have tons of flavor.

Food is always good but the service is terrible! I stood waiting at the beginning of the line for 5 min before anyone even acknowledged me. The girl wasn't nice to me at all! I hate that theyre not focusing on better customer service. Ive been coming to this location a little while bc its so convenient to work and it hasnt improved at all. I have to say the food is good but who wants to be treated bad to get good food?! :( prob my last trip sadly.

This is a great chipotle location. I do not like that there are so many high top tables, but the service and cleanliness are very good. Solid option if you are looking for some Chipotle.

The service was excellent and the food was the same as almost every chipotle that I've been to. I am giving this location one less star then the one on West End just because of its overall size. If your looking for some peace and quiet come to this location. Also, a good chance to dine and get away from the Vandy campus

I am a HUGE Chipotle fan and this location is an exception to everything else I've experienced. Less than stellar experience. #1 - I always order vegetarian. I have found meat in my bowl 3 different visits. That tells me that they're dropping meat and cross contaminating in all the food. #2 - They don't listen to my request. When I say, "a little bit of medium salsa," they just dump an entire scoop. #3 - They wear gloves, but they handle the food way too much. i.e. back to #1. I order meet free - they're touching the meat of the person in front of me and then they're handling/ touching my veggies right after that. I HATE IT! Quit touching my food. We continue to go back because it's the closest to where we live, but I'd happily take a different Chipotle if there was another close option.

I'm not sure I've given such a bad review. Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food chains. Healthy, fresh, we go all the time. However we always go to the Green Hills location, and they are a well-oiled machine. Fast, fresh, the long line moves quick. White Bridge Rd. is a different story. Clearly they just opened up. The build out is awful. There are mostly high top tables with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 regular height tables. First of all, some planner didn't think to realize a LOT of families go to chipotle and you can not put high chairs, boosters or small children at a high top table. Secondly, we went on a Friday night around 6. It was not busy yet, but several employees were congregating by the register on their cell phones. None of them cared to get back to work when customers walked in. The guy at the beginning of the line was a little slow, probably new, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Again, employees (girls) still looking at their phones while we move thru the line. When we get to the cash register, she finally puts her phone in her pocket. We sit down. My bowl has raw f'ing chicken. The same chicken my kids just ate in their quesadilla. I took a picture I will share . At first I thought it was just chewy. It was mixed with the overcooked last batch and the "fresh" raw chicken in this batch. I thought I was going to vomit. Normally I would go to the manager and say something, but there didn't look to be an employee over the age of 20, it seemed pointless. What were they going to do? This manager needs to lay down the law and perhaps have a MOD on a Friday night. By the time we left it had developed a big line, I felt anxiety for them because the guy doing the beans and rice was slow as can be. Oh and did I mention there were two employees eating food at a table? If they are on break or whatever, sitting at a table eating and chit chatting looks awful when the line starts getting long. Completely unprofessional. You would never see this at the Green Hills location. Will NOT be back to this location. Just awful. Praying I don't get salmonella....

Overpriced Mexican food. Nothing exceptional or horrible. It is "meh". $2.15 for extra meat when the entire burrito is $6.50. Not great service either. Four employees kept talking to each other when I was ordering & I had to repeat myself a couple times. That doesn't even happen at the Golden Arches! Messy restrooms were the final touch on an otherwise mundane lunch.

I love chipotle! This location is awesome and in a great area. I always get the salad bowl with chicken and it is always delicious. Nice staff and were very informative and told me things I was not aware of previously. Their onions and peppers are a must.

So... I'm reviewing this because 2 stars is drastically low for this location. Have you ever been to chipotle? Good. Then you know what to expect. Tremendous portions of good food that you don't have to hate yourself for enjoying (unless you're a permaculture lovin' whole foods hatin' organic junkie). $6.75 for a bowl that's gonna give me two meals today? Yes. I have personally never experienced a delay, always impressed by how fresh everything taste, and don't mind high chairs. I think I'ma go pick one up right now, actually.

Been to a TON of Chipolte's in my day but I have to say that this is my favorite location. The service is not just great it is WONDERFUL! I am very particular about my Chipolte (a little beans, no rice, and no sour cream or cheese) and every time I get the perfect portions at this location. They always listen to my portions and substitutions and get it spot on. This location is not the closest to my job but I always drive the extra mile just for the service and the smiles.

While I visit several Chipotle locations around town this one is less than a mile from where I work. Unfortunately it doesn't get most of my business. This location is not bad, not great, just okay.

This Chipotle still needs some work. Staff is a little better now, but food quality is mediocre. The rice and/or beans are usually undercooked.

Tried to go for lunch today. No chicken and super slow! One guy working the line who didn't seem to worry about pacing at all. The girl behind the cash register just stood there and watched rather than trying to help out. The music is way too loud.

Slow line, music too loud, and seating arrangement is terrible. Food is decent but there are no meaningful kid options because all meat is spicy. I eat here more out of convenience than anything.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
