This Chick-fil-a is everything that I expect from a Chick-fil-a and more! Food is always fresh, order is always correct, service is extremely speedy and the staff is always friendly. I work on Charlotte Pike and this store is visited by me once a week. Very consistent with everything I listed above. 5 stars every visit.

Chick-fil-A is one of my go-to's and this is a great location. The food is always delicious. The spicy chicken sandwich, Asian salad and chicken tortilla soup are my favorites. On Friday and Saturday night they have BOGO milkshakes! The only downsides to this location are it's always crowded (that's a testament to how great it is), and the layout/ordering line is awkward. When you walk in, the ordering counter is right in front of you so they have a line taped off which is confusing for some people. (Or maybe they just like cutting lines... Who knows?)

I crave Chick-fil-a quite a bit now for some reason. This is one of my favorite CFAs. I know that they are taught to be polite and friendly but it just seems like this one does a really good job of being friendly. I always just go to the drive through but they still talk to me as if I was a guest inside. I order the 8 count nuggets with chicken soup instead of fries with a sweet tea. For some reason I am pretty in love with that meal. Their chicken soup is so good. They always make sure to give me a lot of crackers to go with it. They also always ask if i want any sauce for my nuggets. I like a lot of sauce so I always ask for extra buffalo and they always make sure I have everything I need before I drive off.

Love the Spicy Chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets! The chicken nuggets are just different from any other fast food place and they are just really good. Expect a line inside and at the drive-thru but they are really good at keeping the line moving. Oh and make sure you get the Chick-Fil-A sauce for dipping...awesome! So simple yet so delicious!

Honestly, just like every other chick-fil-a I've ever gone to. Very clean atmosphere, very nice people, and of course enough "my pleasure" for everyone. If you have kids, Tuesday's are a good idea because every entree comes with a free kids meal. BUT, if you're like me and childless, stay away from this CFA on Tuesday's! It's nuts.

When I went here I was worried because it was so busy, I thought I would be waiting a long time. However I was pleasantly surprised when the line moved quickly and then my food was ready in an instant - it was quite disarming how quickly the food came out! I recommend this location, I'm glad Nashville finally has a Chick-fil-a on this side of town.

I never considered chicken as breakfast, but I know the hazards of shopping at Costco on an empty stomach, so I stopped at the Chick-Fil-A across the street. I had the spicy chicken biscuit, and I really liked it. I didn't see an option for a chicken and egg biscuit, but maybe I'll ask about it next time. I asked for orange juice, and got a mini-jug full of juice. The service was fast. Everyone working there was exceptionally polite and went out of their way to be friendly, even the people sweeping the floor and taking out the trash.

"Chick-A-Fil-A" is one of those staples of the south that I only got to experience when I moved away from home. I have to say, it has the best breakfast chicken biscuit I've ever had. While they are still staffing a lot of people because they just opened, they are certainly going the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. If you've never had the "Southern Hospitality Fast Food" I certainly recommend stopping in for some Chicken.

Nice Chick-Fil-A! Everyone here was really nice, and it was very clean including the restrooms. Good food, as well- served hot and well prepared.

Can you really go wrong with Chick Fil-A? I mean, the Brentwood location is preferable, but I haven't had any issues here.

What I love most about this place is they don't close until 10 pm! (Other places close at 9). Yes, they do close on Sunday but hey, there are thousands of places that close on Sunday so I don't see why this is a problem to many people. No complaints from me. They have plenty of parking spaces and 2 drive-thru lanes. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my food from here. For a fast food restaurant, Chick-Fil-As do an amazing job at customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Last week I ordered a Chik & Strip salad (they stopped making it), so they gave me the Cobb salad instead. The girl who took my order told me that if I didn't like it, I could bring my receipt back and get a refund. Well, I would never do that. The Cobb salad does cost a little bit more but it was definitely tasty! I really loved the crunchy Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Pepper added to it. The other new salads also look very yummy. I will come back for those and the best (sweet & more sour) lemonade in town! Actually I do have one complaint...there isn't one close to my house :( 2013/#56

Just in case you were wondering. This one is still closed on Sundays. AND AND AND...they have chicken in ALL varieties. Fried. Grilled. Spicey (eh not that spicey, but for fast food an A for effort). Only option that is truly missing from this Chickenstravaganza is my greatest wish from a restaurant....the always elusive "Kill it yourself" option. Wouldn't that be fun to go in the parking lot and get to choose. .22 pistol through the neck of the chicken or wring its neck out then go in the back to watch some high school kid freak out trying to figure out how to gut, de-feather (is this a word) and then cook my chicken in the same time frame they get you the fried and grilled options? It would be like The Running Man, but with Chicken.

They almost need a separate 'star' rating system for fast food locations, based on their low prices, mostly low quality food, and employees who are typically not as sharp as the plastic knives that they are probably out of. I recently asked one at a burger chain what was on a certain combo. He said 'I don't know', then stood there as if to add 'and I don't care either'. At Chick-Fil-A, it's not like that. The guy who took my order was young and friendly. They had their act together and we got our food in a couple of minutes, and they were busy as can be. My grilled sandwich was moist and actually tasted like chicken. The waffle fries were so yummy. As we left we got drink refills. They do this for you and it's cool that when I thanked the guy he said "my pleasure" .

This is my favorite chick-fil-a. Its always clean, the staff is very friendly. And the food is always good. This location is very busy during lunch but don't let that stop you from coming on in. To be that busy the service is extremely fast. But the real gold star here is Ms. Marie! Make sure you say hello to her.

Something magical happens when you move south of the Mason-Dixon, you discover Chick-Fil-A. Despite crossing that boarder years ago it has only been recently that I have savored the true value of "EAT MORE CHICKEN." It was Friday night. The hubs and I were hungry. Chick-Fil-A to the rescue (referred to as Jesus chicken by some)! Not only is this location new but it is fancy-new. I mean double ordering in the drive through, quality speaker systems for ordering and everything is shiny. No, seriously. I love having a location on the West side of town! One 12 piece chicken nugget #5 combo later and we were greeted at the window with our food. The nuggets are delightful but make sure you hit up the waffle fries! We also noticed that all the men have ties on. It is like everyone is a manager. Classy. Anyway, I'll certainly be going back whenever the hunger pangs for a quick meal. My pleasure, Chick-Fil-A. My pleasure.

Pretty much you cannot NOT give Chick fil a 5 stars. They are always the sweetest people and make you feel good about getting a yummy chicken sandwich and fries. I love that they are so close to home how! The west side really needed this. Very spacious, with flowers on the tables, and a play area for kids. Hands down beats McDonalds any day of the week. I always leave with warm and fuzzies, and I'm sure you will too! (even if its from the chicken and fries you just ate!)

Any place with the genius of making cows advertise for eating chicken is my kind of business. But then again, I'm a fan of talking animal commercials, so consider the source. That being said, not only is the chicken great here, but the location is SO in need of a great anchor fast food place. Having experienced the unique flavors of Firehouse Subs wet steamed (read: wet) subs, Chick-Fil-A is a welcome break to the harried mom on a Saturday. Kids nosh on white meat chicken that actually looks like chicken with real fruit sides and I can score a lower calorie but equally tasty grilled chicken and feed a troop of 4 for $20. The place is super clean and by owner policy, no franchise is open on Sundays. What really crushes this place though is the grown ups who run it. They greet you by name, want to have a clean establishment and wholesome quick meal. You won't see managers snapping at workers but rather pitching in. Well done Mr. Fil-A.

  • Dee B.

This is a really busy location. Although the line was wrapped around the establishment with folks parking and walking in as well, it was a quick in and out. I would say tops 7 min by drive thru. They have 2 drive thru monitors so it definately helps speed things thru.

It's a Chick-Fil-A what more needs to be said. Well a lot. Since it just opened they had like 20 people working. One helping people into line, a few walking around asking people if they wanted refills, more busing tables and even more behind the counter. It was as efficient as a Chick-Fil-A could get. Everyone was dressed nicely, even the men wore ties. Now to the other part of this trip, which I found incredibly odd and have never witnessed at a Chick-Fil-A. Someone in the back yelled, "Are you happy?" Then all the employees responded, "Yes I'm H-A-P-P-Y, woo!" It was bizarre. Even so I had a wonderful trip and the food was delicious as always.

  • David F.

Food was good but they did not bring it to my table like other Chick-fil-A I have been to. The staff seems nice but the place is dirty. Looks like there cleaning crew quit. Tables all have food on them and the walls look like they have not been cleaned for a wile. Also guess there trying to save money on the free germ wipes in the kids area since its taped up. I have been to a lot of these places and this is the first one i have found stuck on grease on the walls. If the manager reads this take a look at the back side wall in front if the play room. Its sick to look at.

The employees are always nice and helpful, especially if you have little kids with you. This place is a godsend in the winter or anytime you need your kids to burn off energy in a confined environment.

Cheap and delicious. Love it! Poorly designed drive-thru layout? Tolerate it.

Steven took my order for a party delivery. He was very professional and friendly. He assured me everything would go smoothly for a delivery out near Vanderbilt campus on a busy Graduation Day last month. The nuggets, mini sandwiches and fresh fruit platters were all delicious and huge hits with the guests of all ages. I can't thank Steven and the Charlotte Pike staff enough for making my daughter's graduation (and commissioning into the US Navy) party a great success. This is the second time we have used this location for a party delivery, and they are reliable, prompt, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Don't even lie to yourself. C'mon people, admit it. You love Chick-Fil-A! Everyone loves this place. You know what people don't love, that they are closed on Sundays! Why is it that every time I really want a delicious chicken sandwich and waffle fries, it's on a Sunday? Every single time! That's the only reason I will never give Chick-Fil-A 5 stars. I don't think there is much of a point in reviewing the food here, everyone has been to a Chick-Fil-A before, and if you haven't, get you ass there now (unless its Sunday). This location is fairly new, and extremely clean. The staff is extremely friendly, almost to friendly, if that's possible. Chick-Fil-A, I love you....except on Sundays!

Sooooo let's rethink this. In the beginning, I must admit, I was somewhat intoxicated by the idea of a Chick Fila so close to me. I mean, who really wants to drive Brentwood or downtown for some waffle fries? Sadly this particular Chick Fila only deems first impressions important. The last several times I have been there (including last night) the service was horrible. Everything from forgetting multiple items, to giving the wrong sizes of things to just making up what they thought your order was. I ordered a large fruit cup and was given small fries then shewed away. Um, ok? Last night we ordered two large drinks and fries and got one small fry, one large fry, one regular sized drink and one large drink. Not sure where that came from, Chick Fila. Untighten those creepy little ties of yours, lean in and listen to your orders. It's not hard, cross my heart. :D

C'mon, it's Chick-Fil-A, people! Being the only fast food restaurant I enjoy, crave, or consider eating altogether, you really can't go wrong here. It's also the only fast food joint that doesn't make me feel like white trash when I dine-in. I pretty much want their nuggies on a daily basis, but resist the urge because, well, it's fried. Also, waffle fries dipped in that Chick-Fil-A sauce is the jam. This new CFA is great, and clean. And the staff is super friendly. The kind of friendly that makes you question how THEY got to inject Redbull into their veins but you still can't figure it out. Hmph.

Finally made it out to this location and of course as Chick-Fil-A usually is, it was grrrrreat! :) Fast friendly service and delicious fast-food. Be advised though that this location is almost always busy, packed with hungry customers! Conveniently they have a double order station for their drive through and as I went through the other day, it was pretty quick. I'm not usually a fan of drive throughs as walk-in ordering seems faster for me, but this time, not too bad. Last tip, Charlotte Pike gets congested in this area too so just be prepared. At least you'll have your food to munch on in the car or an already satisfied stomach on the way out!

Sometimes it's not about when you fall down: it's about how quickly you get back up. Mistakes can be made, but if they are handled properly and courteously, they can be turned around for good. When I went to Chick-Fil-A, I made a simple order, #1, no pickles. They got me my drink quickly, and I chose a table. I was almost alone in the place, and my order was simple and small, so after five minutes, I was wondering where my food was. after ten, I approached the counter, I explained that I had not received my order yet. Realizing they had dropped the ball, they quickly got my order together, and gave me a not one, but two cards for free sandwiches in the future. I've been places that screw your order up, and then blandly give you your order as if nothing happened once you've pointed it out. But once I've been mishandled, I want the establishment to go a step beyond. Chick-Fil-A did just this. Beyond that, they are clean, professional, courteous, and have good wifi. I like it.

The Chick-Fil-A experience is a bit saccharin with the clearly corporate-mandated retort, "My Pleasure!" emanating from every employee. I have only had one service fail at this particular restaurant and they compensated me appropriately. Eating here I am reminded of how inorganic our poultry farms are nowadays as the meat is oddly too tender and large to be raised in a natural environment. Nonetheless, this particular location is very child-friendly to the point as coming across as a bit Disney-ish. The staff is generally friendly (although one must ponder their geniune motivation), the facility is clean and bright, and service is usually quick. It is ahamed that the corporation is homophobic. I would eat here much more often if I didn't have to have my morals deep fried and consumed with every tender, hormone-filled bite.

I love Chick-Fil-A so much and was so excited to get one down the street from me! No more sudden realizations that I'm in Rivergate or Cool Springs and should take advantage of a Chick-Fil-A. I could go any time! But. What. The. Hell. Apparently Nashvillians don't know how to use a double lane drive through. And may I ask why the drive thru goes around the front of the restaurant instead of the back of the restaurant like every other damn fast food restaurant? Though, kudos for the free WiFi that I can use on my phone while I'm waiting twenty minutes in line at the drive thru. So I avoid this place like the plague. I'll wait til next time I'm in Rivergate or Cool Springs for some amazing waffle fries.

Who doesn't love waffle fries? The employees have always been friendly every time I've been here and the service is pretty quick. I'm glad they have a Chick-Fil-A closer to where I live now. It's a beautiful thing when a CFA craving comes on. :)

It's always packed even during times that should be "off". What is the fascination? At least the service is semi-fast and the food is good by fast food standards, but not worth the wait. Avoid it like the plague unless you can figure out when they're not busy. I can't.

This has to be cleanest, nicest chick-fil-a I've ever gone too. It's like a mini-super-overly nice Disney World. Its like, this magical world of the-best-customer-service that is so over the top I feel like a total loser wearing my shirt that says "Friends-don't-friends-live-in-Detroit" because these people are just SO nice its like I'm offending them. The chicken, fries, and ice cream and sweet tea good --but the people here must be hand picked from a land of rainbows, roses, animated bubble hearts. If the DMV hired all Chic-Fil-A employees the world be a PERFECT place.

5-stars-location! I actively participate in the College Night deal of the week every Monday by inviting fellow Belmont students. Buy a large drink & large fries, get a FREE original chicken sandwich (worth $2.99). Typically, I upgrade my CFA original sandwich to the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and pay the difference in price. Also, this location is super friendly! Also, on 08/25, I was given a FREE milkshake. No reason other than, "Would you like a small milkshake today?" And promptly handed me the shake :-)

Fast food, not something I rate but... Coffee here is really really good. Bizarre huh? Better than the higher end Java places which sometimes give heartburn or are too bitter. Of course love the chicken and the frozen lemonade. By the way go for the diet frozen lemonade over the regular difference is 300 calories. The servers are so polite at this location. They wear a tie and long sleeve shirt and look very dapper. This location is family oriented. Really really like this one and again coffee is amazing.
