    Charlotte Avenue does not have enough restaurants for Monday - Friday lunch. And even fewer of those have drive thru lanes. So alllll those people who would normally be at a McDonald's or Taco Bell or some other generic place are ALWAYS at this Burger King. My office is across the street and just down a tiny bit, so I'm by here often. But I swear, always, always the drive thru lane is backed up - and the cars in said lane rarely move. Maybe it's the same ten cars in line all the time that never move? Or maybe the workers here are creatively lazy, and they craft robotic deterrents to folks who could just really use a Diet Coke and a little something? The food, the service, etc. - there's no surprises here, people. It ain't gourmet, it's Burger King. And while you make think "Oh, I'll just pull in here for just a second on my way to..." - trust me, don't. There's a Sonic just down the way that is equally busy, equally chaotic, and equally predictable... but they employ a parking lot attendant and more or less control traffic and you get in and out. At this BK, I'm out.

    Review for Drive-Thru service: They were a little unorganized here. We ordered a soft serve cone and a sprite.... they handed us a sack of chicken nuggets. We handed it back and told them what we ordered and they got it for us. So, the problem was resolved, but I'm pretty sure that's never happened to us before. Correct change was given.

    It's the simple things... ...that this Burger King can't even do correctly such as: 1. Providing an appropriate ambient temperature: Immediately after walking into the restaurant, we were blasted in the face with 90+ degree air. One of the customers said to an employee, "While y'all are cooking back there, we're cooking out here." The employee barked back that they have no control over the temperature. (However, I did noticed an thermostat with controls on the wall next to our seat.) 2. Taking an order: In the middle of placing my order, the same employee ignored what I was saying to dutifully check the caller ID on her cell phone that was ringing (not silent), thereby making me repeat myself. After placing my order, I noticed that she took the time to answer a second call on her cell phone while still standing at the register. 3. Making a Whopper: As I unwrapped my whopper , I noticed it was a little lopsided. I removed the top bun to discover that the burger pattie was FOLDED IN HALF with a slice of cheese resting on top of it. WHAT!?!??! How many of these burgers do they make a day that they still can't even put a pattie on straight? Whoever made my burger had to have seen the folded pattie because he/she put the all the other ingredients on top of it. Wow! Just wow!

    HELL TO THE NAWW!!! It was a crisp Saturday morning and i had just gotten my hair chopped up so a brotha was looking fresh dressed like a million bucks,..well at least in my opinion! So I decided since its the weekend and i have a gang load of things to do once i get back to my side of town, lets hit up Burger King for a breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito..simple enough huh? NOT!! The Good: It occupies space....THE END! The Bad: By far the most hooded establishment I've been to in Nashville! Upon walking in I could tell that the few people standing in line had the look of indecisiveness on whether to turn and run outta here or just hang in there and deal with the rude chick at the counter. I figured hey ghetto chicks nothing new to me so hey lets get this food and be out! Not that easy as it seems that she had a hard time TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE AND TAKING YOUR ORDER AT THE SAME TIME!...go figure! So once i got to the counter i asked her politely "Ma'am can you put them on hold for just a sec, I promise i want take long to order cause i know exactly what i want!" (with a smile) she replied in a aggressive voice "HOLD ON DAMN!!"......o..k... first instincts was to snatch the tracks out this chick head but decided to be none violent..none violent that day. Sooo i took the phone out of her hands and hung it up then smiled at her and ask politely with a smile, may i have my food ma'am please??! She then took my order and in about 8 Min's my food was ready probably with only GOD knows what in it that i couldn't see but what i did see was A BIG A** GHETTO FAKE RING IN MY BURRITO!! WTH!!?? ok....ok...the unbelievable part of me just laughed in total disgust and i think that's the only reason i didn't loose my kool! I put the ring on the counter, asked for my money back and just walked away (cause i didn't have bail money that day!) This place needs a whole new morning crew and in my opinion start screening peps applying to work there! So once again I say HELL TO THE NAWWW WILL I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

    Can you believe I have not been to a burger king in my adult life? Having no knowledge that they served veggie burgers there and not really digging their fries I ended up there last night for what had to be the quickest transaction in drive through history. At the end of my meal all I could think was that man that was a tasty veggie burger and wondering if Marcellus Wallace looked like anything. It probably helped that my breakfast was half a serving of noodles, no lunch, and a handful of appetizers from 1808.
