Killer, killer burgers. I have had three varieties, the bacon cheeseburger the way it is on the menu being my favorite. But all were excellent. The ambience is just non existent, but hey, if you want a phenomenal burger hit and fresh, be in and out in 20 minutes, this is in the groove. By the way not a fan of the fries, but that's a personal thing---not a shoestring fan.

The Burger was dry and overpriced and OVERCOOKED and it didn't fill us up. It was an over all waste of 20 dollars. It was the first and last time we will eat here.

Usually love Smashburger, but hadn't eaten there in a few years. Drove kind of far to go here, and it wasn't as good as I remember. I didn't finish my burger because the meat quality seemed lower than before.

Worst burgers I've had in a long time . Greasy and gross. Staff is super unfriendly. Don't waist your money.

My wife wanted to trade me in for another Avocado burger. So, yeah... I enjoyed my black bean burger. It was a tad on the mushy side, but it was still good. Service was fast. Kids meals were plenty of food. It was a bit cold in the dining hall. So a tad uncomfortable, but it was so good I'll just bring a sweatshirt next time. The smash fries are their regular fries with glorified salt. They were alright. The shakes were great! I liked the "Salted Carmel Nutter Butter" combo. Tasty.

My first time at this burger joint. I give it 4 stars. The burger was good. I just got the regular sized burger and smash fries. Couldn't tell the difference in reg fries vs smash fries. Nothing real crazy about the burger. It was a good one. That's all.

The place was ok, very very clean and the employees were great, super nice and friendly. The food was ok. I had the classic burger, it was just ok, I still can't compare everything to 5 guys, so the food was not bad but not as good as 5 guys.

  • Andrea R.

Juicy, fresh, well seasoned awesomeness! I got the smash burger with reg fries. You'd think it'd take forever bc it's cook to order but it was piping hot and ready in about five min! I usually don't go to places like this but it was the best burger ever!

  • Howard R.

Act like a pro and grab a menu from the wall as you walk in the door !! The classic burger is out of this world. But the fries are even better. I have only tried the regular fries which are always hot and very light. Smash fries are a specialty - fries coated in smash sauce. Bottled beer is available and is a nice surprise for a burger place. This isn't fast-food. But much faster service than casual dining places. DON'T MISS THE HÄAGEN-DAZS ICE CREAM SHAKES

I really liked my cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked well, still juicy, and the fries where great. The service was good and quick. One of the best burgers I've had in Nashville so far.

I saw an ad in the paper and I thought I should try it out. Burger was juicy and fresh. It was a better outing than I expected. Manager was very friendly and was always asking if everything was good since I have not been there before. Got fries with the burger and a ibc root beer. The egg bread bun was great. Beef tender and juicy. Fries were ok not that greasy compared to five guys. I like five guys better but if I want a meatier and great tasting burger I am definitely coming here. Portion size was great as well. If I come back to the boro I will definitely try their shakes. Great job now please open one in cool springs area!!

I pass Smashburger a couple of times a day wondering what kind of burger joint this is. Being there's a Five Guys around the corner, if I wanted a burger in this area, that would be the restaurant i'll go to first. Well, one day, I decided to give it a try. I was thinking it was going to be garbage, but of course like everything i assume, i was wrong again! Lunch time, around 1pm I walked in and there was no one in line which was cool with me being that I travel a lot with work. I was quickly served by a girl (forgot her name) and she told me I needed to try the Spicy Chipotle bun on anything I chose. I got the Big Smash pretty much regular...bacon, lettuce, pickles, mustard and the fries with rosemary and olive oil. The manager of the restaurant told me that a serving that large, he recommended me to sit back, chill and enjoy the meal. I thought it was cool that he came out to greet and tell me my burger was coming up soon. Took my food on the road and realized that he was right, too much to eat while traveling so I ended up parking somewhere. The burger is almost equal to Five Guys in my opinion. The fries weren't all that, but they were still good. Next time I got back I'll try other things on the menu. I'll update soon. So far, two thumbs up.

The first time my husband and I ate here, I loved it. I had the Tennessee burger (is that right? had barbecue sauce and stuff on it?) and the sweet potato smash fries, and it was delicious. The second time we went, I got the truffle mushroom and Swiss burger with sweet potato smash fries. All I have to say is either I don't like truffles or they don't come prepared properly. It was disgusting. I couldn't eat it; it smelled too bad. Maybe I should have gotten a milkshake to comfort myself. I hear they're good. Anyway, I figure those two experiences averaged out to a 3. I'll come back. The sweet potato smash fries are worth it.

  • Jenn D.

Very good! Clean! Friendly! I usually get the mushroom burger onion straws and/or fries. The last time I was there I got the buffalo fries...YUM! Keep up the good work, guys! :)

Stopped in for a late lunch..... Place serves one of the best burgers around. Also very reasonable pricing. Smash Fries are very good as well. Will absolutely stop again next time in the 'Boro!

Interesting selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches. Tried the Baja Jalapeño Burger with their signature fries. Burger was good, but not great. Sum was less than the parts. Fries were greasy and I don't prefer the thin cut style. Service was excellent. Ambience was nice though the temperature was cold. Overall - okay. May try again to have something different. Or not. Well...upon reflection, will come back to see if they fix the men's room door (it doesn't lock) and the large cups don't fit under the ice tea dispensers. (Call me a curious grumpy old man!)

Delicious fresh burgers and the smash fries are great - seasoned with garlic & rosemary with olive oil. I enjoyed the 1/3 pound Tennessee burger with its BBQ sauce and carmelized onions.

Pretty good black bean vegetarian burger. The veggie frites are amazing and a worthwhile french fry alternative. I also like the outside seating.

  • Lynne K.

As a vegetarian, there aren't many burger places I'll go. However, Smashburger is definitely an exception. The black bean patty is absolutely amazing! Coupled with some fries (flavored nicely with rosemary and olive oil...and there are a ton, so one serving is good to share with others), I had a nice, light dinner tonight. My husband loved the Tennessee burger, too.

Had a sign on the door that said "due to our systems we will be closing g at 630. We got there at 602. She was very rude about not letting us order

This is another place I was torn between 3 and 4 stars, but I decided to round up since the service was really good. My boyfriend and I went to Smashburger on Friday around 5:00 and it was basically dead, there was only one other guy in there. Looking at the other reviews, apparently this is kind of common... I actually didn't realize that this was a chain place until I was looking at the reviews after we ordered. Anyway, we went up to the counter and ordered and only waited about 15 minutes before our food came out. My boyfriend got one of the Salted Caramel shakes and it was pretty damn tasty. He also opted for the BBQ, Bacon, & Cheddar Burger with the Smashfries, which are shoestring fries with olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. I went with the Avocado Club Burger with the Smashfries as well. The fries were really good, and had a great flavor. Even though I typically like thicker fries, these were still pretty delicious. The burger was really juicy and I really liked the addition of the avocado on it. Since it was pretty slow when we got there, a couple employees came to check on us throughout our meal to see if we needed anything else. I thought this was a pretty nice touch, considering it's supposed to be a fast food place. I would definitely come here again, especially to try the sweet potato fries that everyone keeps raving about!

Delicious burgers. I ordered the Smash burger which is a cheeseburger. It was delicious. The beef patties are large but thin and cooked to a crisp. I also had their onion fries which are thinly sliced onions rings. They were good too but messy to eat. My husband had their chipolte grilled chicken burger and it was delicious too. Can't wait to eat here again. Place is clean. Service is friendly and quick.

Sept 28 2013 Tony and I went back to the Smashburger in Murfreesboro... We love this restaurant. Today Tony ordered the Tennessee Smashburger with Cheese and Jalapeno and sweet potato fries and I ordered the Chicken Baja Smash sandwich and Veggie Frittes...awesome!!! I would definitely go here again and again. I can't wait until my daughter comes for permanent visit..she is moving here and I am going to take her to enjoy some AWESOME sandwiches and sides at Smashburger.... GO GET YOU SOME !!!! YUM !!!!

Great burgers and seasoned fries! When wanting a burger and fries to go but not in the mood for a drive thru then this is your place. I love the way you can customize them and they have awesome toppings. Fries are great too!

  • Marty D.

Fresh ingredients. Clean welcoming environment. The girl at the register was world class, I'm not kidding this kid made sure I knew what Smashburger was all about. After all that I was not entirely in love with my burger...the bun reminds me of an Australian Wec Bun...which with this burger seemed to overwhelm the rest of the ingredients. The burger was cooked perfectly but was on the salty side and there were too much mustard on the burger as well meaning that it dripped and slid every time I took a bite. Next time I'll know and order sans the mustard and enjoy a perfect burger and lunch.

  • Seth O.

I went in there to use the restroom, then I was going to order. As I walked in, and headed to the back, to the restrooms, two employees blocked my path, said restrooms are for paying customers only, and they were NOT joking. I left, and will never go back. What rediculous, rude service. If that is how you will treat your customers, I have plenty of other places to go eat.

This place is great! Fast, friendly service and great food. I had the black bean burger which was mighty tasty and the veggie frites which made me feel better about the shake I had later. Yum! My husband had the spicy baja burger. The meat was perfectly cooked and tasted very fresh. We'll definitely be back!

First time here and it was amazing! I got the bacon burger with smash fries (the fries are the best!) my boyfriend got the TN burger. The milkshakes were good and we will be back. Friendly staff as well.

I was surprised about this place.. was thinking it was another fast food place (like that's all murfreesboro needs) but it tastes real. The fries were good I would have preferred them as regular fries not shoelace ones. Definitely will go back here

Smashburger has been on my to-try list since a co-worker told me she had the best hamburger in her life at this place. It was easy to find, situated in the same strip complex as Samurai. The decor was simple, modern, and casual. The menu is also fairly simple and straightforward. Sandwiches (meat or chicken), sides and drinks. The service was helpful and friendly. They did not assume that you already knew the menu and took the time to describe the sandwiches and answer any questions. Dude was friendly and took the time to stop by later on to see how we liked our meal. The hamburger was one of the better-tasting burgers I've had. There was something about that beef...it had a very beefy and meaty taste to it that was definitely stronger-tasting than other gourmet burgers I've eaten. Maybe there is something to be said for 100% Black Angus beef. The fries rivaled Steak N Shake for taste and the drinks were...drinks. They did have a small selection of beer available with your order. All in all, a pleasant experience that would bear repeating.

Wow, best burger for the price I have ever had! Hay stack onion rings were delicious and served with chipotle dipping sauce (think wafer thin bloomin' onion) I will be back! $38 for a family if 4!

Surprisingly good burger. I really enjoyed the avocado burger. Only downside was the bun, otherwise I'll bring the whole family back.

Haven't been here in a while but the place is still the same.... Great !!!! The burgers are great and juicy and made fresh when ordered I love the sweet potato fries they are perfect !today I had the new BBQ BACON CHEDDAR and it's fantastic the cheese has a great bite it's very tasty !!! Great job SMASH BURGER

  • Jamison L.

I don't get the craze for this place. Why do you want a burger that is smashed as thin as a pancake? Just not a great value, if you're into a good burger head across the street to five guys it's way better and you'll save a couple bucks.

    (3)
  • Elaine F.

Really Love these burgers! They taste fresh and the smash sauce is awesome! We have had the twice and will definitely order from them again! Yummy!!

Not sure why this is 4 yelps. Greasy spoon, fries ok at best. The burger I had, Tennessee, had good flavor.... should be added to the sonic drive in menu. Got the big size, hate to see the small! Hate to be so rough however just wasn't that good for the price.

  • Amy D.

How have I not yelpped about smashburger yet?!? I just dont know how it slipped my mind, it probably had something to do with everytime im in there and im there way to often I am completely consumed by the AMAZING burger in front of my face! So first things first, the price is reasonable you can get two burgers and two order of smashfries two drinks (that are a must well go over that shortly) for $20ish. I hear the shakes are GREAT but i haven't had them so i cannot attest to that. Now on the important stuff the food. Let me preface by saying I am not a red meat eater nothing against it its just not really my thing, that is of course unless the magicians at smashburger are serving it to me. My aunt always told me there is noting worst then unseasoned meat and obviously smashburger knows thats the truth. The meat is VERY well seasoned and it is just a GOOD burger. The ingredients are really fresh I like to get avocado club on the spicy chipotle bun. Phenomenal! I literally eat EVERY bite. The incrediants are VERY fresh :) I love this burger. I have also had the spicy baja and that is amazing as well i just prefer the avocado because avocado and cheese is the gateway to my heart. Now I cant leave without mentioning there amazing smashfries. They are shoestring fries cooked with rosemary, olive oil, garlic, and goodness. These are a must. Basically GET YOUR BUTT TO SMASHBURGER YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Well I've been back a couple of times since my first visit and I have to update/upgrade my review. I definitely give them an edge on the competition, they probably have the best burger in Murfreesboro for the price point. I've sampled their entire menu now, and while I still think I'll probably do the Tennessee burger again, the Avocado Club burger was pretty darn awesome as well --ah decisions, delicious decisions. Also, make sure you try one of their milkshakes; they actually use Haagen-Daaz ice cream...yum! The salted caramel milkshake was life-changing.

  • Bryan L.

Smashburger takes your normal burger experience just a bit further than normal. Their toppings, their buns, their meat, and the menu are more refined than the 5 Guys approach. You can get a big ol greasy burger with cheese hanging off all sides and mayo covering your fingers if you want. Or, you can keep it low key with a single burger with veggies on it. Choice is the key here. Try one of their sugnature burgers or build your own. I prefer to start with one of theirs and customize it to my liking. The Smash Fires are great! It really brightens up an otherwise typical plate of fries. Availbility of the sweet potato fies is a great addition to the menu as well. I haven't had the onion rings yet and I will update my review when I have them. The shakes.... Hell yes!!! Overall, I really liked the burgers and fries. I'll be making Smashburger my local destination when i'm craving a burger.

Hit or miss, but when they hit, it's a home run. Sometimes it's too greasy. Love the fries. Killer shakes.

Love it! Craft burger taste with very reasonable pricing! Do try the smashfries - while rosemary on fries might sound weird at first, they will blow your mind.

My first visit - we only went because we had a coupon for BOGOF entree item, so we thought we'd give it a shot. Cashier was very knowledge about the menu - he had pretty much tried everything. He had lots of recommendations and gave ideas so we could get the best value for a our coupon. My 13 year old got the reg cheeseburger, nothing fancy. Said it was great! I got the buffalo chicken sandwich - grilled... fantastic! Holy yumminess. I didn't order fries with my sandwich (bc quite frankly, I didn't NEED them...) but my receipt printed out with a smart phone survey and the cashier gave me free fries immediately with that coupon. SCORE! And their fries are those skinny shoe string fries. I'm so glad I didn't miss out on that bc my daughter was not willing to share! Super clean restaurant. Bathrooms very clean and tidy. Food was cooked fresh and severed within 5 minutes of sitting down. Nice little shaded patio to eat if preferred. I've heard their shakes are amazing too. Maybe we'll try those next time. Because we will DEFinitely be back! Excellent all around - and its nice to walk into a burger place where they are very glad to have your business and work to please you There are many options around town... WINNING in Murfreesboro!

Was craving a good burger and found SmashBurger on Yelp. They did not disappoint my expectations. The staff was attentive and engaging, the place was neat and clean. The food came out hot and fresh, they got there own taste that was very appealing. I'd give it five stars but it was kind of hard to get a parking space since it was in a strip mall location but don't let that stop you from going.

My husband showed me a Smashburger last year when we were in Louisville and said that it was a darn good burger for fast food. Well, I finally got my first taste of Smashburger about a week ago and my only problem is that they are not closer to where I live. This was definitely one of the better burgers in Middle TN - I'll put it in the top five, actually probably the top two. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other burgers and sides. At the end I was looking at the empty baskets wishing I had more like maybe I should have ordered the double and I definitely wanted my own side. The fries were thin and addictive - I only wish they had a mixed basket with a little of all the sides - fries, sweet potato fries, onion straws, and the fried vegetables - it's hard to pick just one. We are already planning to go back in the next day or so. The staff was extremely friendly and service was good and fast. I can't wait to see more locations around the area to make it easier to grab a Smashburger anytime I am craving a good burger.

  • Tho T.

Ordered local recipe smash burger and smash fries to go. They are very good. One bad thing is that I have to ask for catchup. Should they include it with my order? That's why I only gave them four stars.

  • Laura K.

Awesome food & service. Plan on coming back whenever I'm on the area!!! Not only did I finish all my food, but my kids devoured everything too. I got the cheddar bacon BBQ burger. Definitely get the smash fries, they are awesome.

I've lived in Nashville 13 years and I have never had a tastier burger. Every bite of burger was full of flavor, juicy, and good times. I got the spicy Baja burger. You can customize a lot but I didn't even need to! And the shakes! Anyway, straight sick wicked food!

First visit to Smashburger. It was ok but definitely nothing memorable. The smash fries was a nice attempt to put a spin on conventional fries, but I think they missed their mark. The burger wasn't bad but I'm not sure what grade of beef they use. It was one of the greasiest burgers that I've had in a while. I don't mind some grease on my burger but I felt as if this was excessive. Will I return....maybe. But if I was in the area I would rather have Culver's or Red Robin

My boyfriend and I were driving around town on Sunday and we were looking for a place to eat. After checking yelp we decided to check out Smashburger. We were the only customers in the place at 3 pm in the afternoon. The service we received was excellent. They were friendly, fast and efficient and had our orders out in a number of minutes. They do sell beer and I started with a beer and immediately regretted not getting a milkshake. We both ordered burgers and they came out quickly. They were hot and all the toppings were nice and fresh. It was a good burger and not greasy at all in my opinion. The smashfries were excellent. I personally prefer the steak fries at Red Robin, but these were good shoestring fries. They were fried to perfection with rosemary and herbs. As we were leaving I ordered a Butterfinger milkshake, which was delicious and filled me up for the evening. This place was 100 times better than Five Guys. I've only been there once, but I was seriously underwhelmed by their greasy burger and terrible fries, of which I received about half a bag. I'll definitely come back to Smashburger. It is an excellent addition to the area.

I was truly disappointed with the visit. My expectations were high based on my friends visit to the St Louis location. My order was cheese burger with grilled onions. The burger was sloppy could not hold it. It half the burger kept falling out and I probably used 15 napkins. I found the burger to be salty not seasoned. The fries were good and the service was excellent and prompt. Unfortunately I won't be back

Great burger and smash fries. Go there after church some Sundays and always a place to sit and able to talk with friends!

  • Tabitha S.

I heard the hype about this place. I just ordered the basic cheese burger. I wasnt really impressed. I can get a better burger for a better price else where. Their shake however was good. I might be back, but not on a " I gotta have a smash burger" desire. More than likely only when the fam or friends wanna go.

  • Brad B.

The food is ok - don't necessarily think it's any better than a Five Guys or a well prepared (and not every one is, right) fast food burger from Steak&Shake or a Whataburger. Lots of options, you can fancy it up any way you want. Shakes are pretty good. I guess I'm just not seeing a lot of soul. It has a nice menu and with passion and soul it could be pretty awesome - but it's just kind of there. The Murfreesboro location has been dead quiet each time I've been in -- so maybe that's part of it. I can see the potential appeal, just not feeling it as part of the delivery, IMHO. Just makes me wish I had gone to Gabby's in Nashville instead.

WE LOVE SMASHBURGER !!! Better than 5 guys ! In the boro, there are good/great burgers at Busters, 5 Senses and now SMASHBURGER. LOVE the fries ! and chicken sandwiches rock ! Also check out nutritional values on line- healthier than other chains... RUN don't walk !!!!

  • H P.

I've eaten here a couple of times and enjoyed my experience. The burgers are thin and grilled on a flat top (which is my personal preference if I can't get it mid-rare). You won't be disappointed nor blown away by the burgers. They are simply very good. I decided to Yelp this particular experience based on one detail. Johanna. It seems to me that great service is rare to come by these days. As a non-tipped employee of a dining establishment, it doesn't get any better than her. It's refreshing to know service like this still exist. Well done!

I dined at this Smashburger on a Saturday night in June. It was my first Smashburger, and I can't wait to have another. I had the Baja burger with Smashfries, fried pickles, and a Nutter Butter milkshake. The burger was topped with the freshest veggies I've ever had in a fast casual restaurant: delicately sliced tomato and red onion, gaucamole and jalapenos. Wow. The fries are shoestring, with olive oil and herbs. How come no one else has ever thought of that before?! I can never eat at any fast food burger restaurant again. Service was FAST and friendly. Very affordable given the quality of the food. The shake was good too. Fried pickles- I don't know what I was thinking, since I don't like unfried pickles. But the fried asparagus sounded good- I think I'll try that next time. Ohhhh and comparing Smashburger to Five Guys? No way. Five Guys doesn't even come CLOSE in my opinion.

This place beats the pants off any other burger places that I'm familiar with. Their ingredients are very fresh and their buns so soft and their burgers are perfect tasting. The patties aren't greasy in the slightest and I like that they don't hit you with a hulking 1lb chunk of crappy grade meat like the place across the street. Their meat seems to be premium grade to me, it definitely tastes top notch. The service their is also friendly; the place is airy, modern and welcoming. This is my favorite restaurant addition to the Boro in 2012.

  • Tim W.

One word, overrated. If you like over priced mediocre burgers and feeling like cattle being packed into a holding area then this is the place to go. I recommend not going here.

    (2)
  • Chris M.

I ate there for lunch. Had the large burger and fries. Very greasy. There's a difference between juicy and greasy and this was greasy. Also the large comes with a standard bun so the excess just hangs over. Won't be back!

  • Sara S.

Amazing burgers! So damn tender and juicy. Usually towards the end of a burger one tends to feel real full and uncomfortable, but here, it was filling but I didn't feel even the least bit uncomfortable!! So fresh! The Tennessee burger was just too amazing! Definitely worth it!

Our visit to Smashburger was a nothing short of a "smash". Pun intended. I had the Spicy Baja Bigsmash and an order of sweet potato fries. The burger was very juicy, the condiments of guacamole, jalapeño, lettuce, tomato, onion and chipotle mayo complimented the burger very well. Let me not forget the pepperjack cheese. However, I was most impressed with the spicy chipotle bun. The bun itself was soft and had a subtle taste of the chipotle flavor which played off the chipotle mayo on the burger. The sweet potato fries were just some killer crunchy salty goodness. I believe they drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary. This place was packed with customers. Every seat was taken when we walked in and the line to order was very long. I thought we would be there awhile, but the staff blew through customers pretty quick. By the time we ordered tables became available and we sat right down. The staff was very friendly and the manager walked the dining room talking to customers (which I like to see). The food arrived hot and in a timely manner. If I had a complaint, which I really don't it's more of a preference because I'm a burger snob. Its that you don't get to choose the wellness of your meat, I really enjoy a mid rare to medium burger. That said, I will go back to Smashburger and I would recommend everyone reading this review goes to try it out.

Service was fast and the food was out in ten minutes. The cashier Chris was awesome and very accommodating. He explained that the sweet potato fries smashed are the most popular order. I ordered those with a cucumber and goat cheese grilled chicken...it was so good and this place was awesome. I ordered the same thing to go after we finished eating and it was ready in no bs like 5 mins. Food is delicious and my friend ordered some nutter butter milk shake and he said it was the best ice cream he had ever had. Eat here, you won't regret it!

One word: YUM! - This place has got the burger down! The fries are great too and you get a good sized serving. The prices are mid-range, but for the quality and taste, it is worth it.

Hey, I liked this place! My husband and I came here when were in town and were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the burgers were fresh. Loved the avocado and bacon piled up on mine, and those rosemary fries were delish! The thing about these burgers is that the meat isn't anything to boast about- it's rather flat (smashed, I guess) and well-done. But the bun and fillers were fresh and the fries were great. Not greasy at all. Not a bad burger joint, overall.

This is the second location we have tried. The food is fresh and good. I tried the smash fries again and this time they were fresh and hot . . . my wife had the sweet potato fries with her burger and they were just as tasty. Overall great burger. I tried the nutter butter milk shake and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and prompt. I think this chain will grow and become successful.

Best burgers in Murfreesboro without having to sit down for wait service, bar none. Yes, it's more expensive than McDonalds, but not much more, but the quality is excellent. I actually prefer the stand up and order then sit down (I believe it's called fast casual dining) restaurants because it takes out a half hour of waiting for your check and drink refills. This restaurant is always kept immaculately clean, and the service is always top notch and friendly. Been going for over 1.5 years, and never had a normal service, it's always been excellent. They seem to really care that you came.... and the food is great.

Great burger. Lots of options. Milkshakes were soo good. Fries were ok. Service was spectacular! Owner Joseph really took care of me and made the experience remarkable. Misty was very pleasant. Very refreshing to have such great service.

  • Gregg H.

Great tasting angus burgers! They are smashed on the grill to give the patty a crunchy seasoned outside, thus sealing in the juices....yum! Sweet potato fries rock, and the service is fast. Puts 5 guys to shame. Just add an eating challenge and this place would get 5 stars

Very good fast casual concept..lookin forward to more locations in the nashville area..mcewen area cool springs and west end avenue, possibly in the mall at green hills/hill center corridor

  • Emily P.

First time here and it was amazing! I got the bacon burger with smash fries (the fries are the best!) my boyfriend got the TN burger. The milkshakes were good and we will be back. Friendly staff as well.

  • N S.

I was surprised about this place.. was thinking it was another fast food place (like that's all murfreesboro needs) but it tastes real. The fries were good I would have preferred them as regular fries not shoelace ones. Definitely will go back here

    (4)
  • Steve E.

    (4)
  • Atom G.

The Burger was dry and overpriced and OVERCOOKED and it didn't fill us up. It was an over all waste of 20 dollars. It was the first and last time we will eat here.

    (2)
  • Ashley H.

Usually love Smashburger, but hadn't eaten there in a few years. Drove kind of far to go here, and it wasn't as good as I remember. I didn't finish my burger because the meat quality seemed lower than before.

  • Robert D.

Worst burgers I've had in a long time . Greasy and gross. Staff is super unfriendly. Don't waist your money.

  • Gregg G.

Tasty.

  • Casey C.

My first time at this burger joint. I give it 4 stars. The burger was good. I just got the regular sized burger and smash fries. Couldn't tell the difference in reg fries vs smash fries. Nothing real crazy about the burger. It was a good one. That's all.

    (4)
  • Jennifer B.

The place was ok, very very clean and the employees were great, super nice and friendly. The food was ok. I had the classic burger, it was just ok, I still can't compare everything to 5 guys, so the food was not bad but not as good as 5 guys.

    (4)
  • Andrea R.

Juicy, fresh, well seasoned awesomeness! I got the smash burger with reg fries. You'd think it'd take forever bc it's cook to order but it was piping hot and ready in about five min! I usually don't go to places like this but it was the best burger ever!

    (5)

    (5)

    (2)

  • Rachel M.

Very good! Clean! Friendly! I usually get the mushroom burger onion straws and/or fries. The last time I was there I got the buffalo fries...YUM! Keep up the good work, guys! :)

Great burger and smash fries. Go there after church some Sundays and always a place to sit and able to talk with friends!

I heard the hype about this place. I just ordered the basic cheese burger. I wasnt really impressed. I can get a better burger for a better price else where. Their shake however was good. I might be back, but not on a " I gotta have a smash burger" desire. More than likely only when the fam or friends wanna go.

I ate there for lunch. Had the large burger and fries. Very greasy. There's a difference between juicy and greasy and this was greasy. Also the large comes with a standard bun so the excess just hangs over. Won't be back!

  • Art D.

  • Mike K.

One word, overrated. If you like over priced mediocre burgers and feeling like cattle being packed into a holding area then this is the place to go. I recommend not going here.

Ordered local recipe smash burger and smash fries to go. They are very good. One bad thing is that I have to ask for catchup. Should they include it with my order? That's why I only gave them four stars.

Avocado club burger was good but the sweet potato fries took the show.
