The experience earned one star because of the fresh salad bar. After 45 minutes, I'm still waiting on my sandwich. Server just told that the person who was making my sandwich quit in the middle of making it. Guess that explains the raised voices we heard coming from the kitchen.

Like my reviews of all the other Sir Pizzas, I am a fan. A huge fan! Their pizza simply has a cult following.

Horrible. The wings were disgusting, and they totally ignored the fact that we ordered a pizza. The only decent food was the salad. The server (Antwain) was non friendly and never came to check on his tables. We never even got an offer for a refill. When we paid, the lady asked if everything was ok and we stated that it wasn't. She acted as if we were bothering her, and never even offered to rectify the situation. Stick to the one on Main St. It's 10 times better.

Nice staff and friendly atmosphere but save your money. Frozen pizza of just about any variety is as good or better.

Not sure if the pizza is suppose to taste like an over cooked Tonys brand pizza. But it's pizza that will cut the roof of your mouth. $5 for cheese sticks?? Not worth it. They are the size of toast and hardly cheesey. The service was slow. I didn't think it was possible to ruin pizza. Never again

I wish I could give a lower rating than one star. Such a shame I can't. Trashy trashy people run this place. I loved Sir Pizza growing up. Years later came back home to try it again and not only was it terrible, the whole place was filthy and the nasty employees were rude. Shut this pile of horse crap down

I have to change my review from 4 stars to 1 star. I don't know what's happened to this place. The service has really gone downhill. The last THREE times we've been there - we've had to wait for over an hour just for our appetizer. Pizza in this town is a dime a dozen. I can go somewhere else.

Don't do it! I drive by all the time and the parking lot is always full so we finally decide to check this place out. We both got the buffet and I was not impressed at all, in fact I was disgusted not only by the cardboard pizza but also by the workers. One lady came out from the back to make a pasta to go dish and pulled the pasta that was hanging off the bowl with her hands and dropped it back in the metal server on the buffet. Then this dude came from the back with a napkin in his hand and started fishing In the meatball container so he could put it in his hand to eat, course there weren't no meatballs and it was empty the entire 40 mins we were there, maybe he ate them all. Anywho, we definitely won't be back.

Okay, let me say this first. I really, REALLY want to like Sir Pizza. They have a cool logo, their restaurants have a fun decor - cute 2-person booths with nice lamp lighting (and HELLO knight mural!), and my first experience there was decent. We went there again tonight, and the quality of the food was completely different (and worse) than the first time we went. Both times were at the Memorial blvd location, so I can't speak to the other locations, but if there is inconsistency at one location, I can only guess there is also an inconsistency among the various other locations. The pizza was short on toppings, and the toppings did not cover the entire the whole pizza, which according to their menu (and other reviews), Sir Pizza is supposedly KNOWN for edge-to-edge toppings. I also don't think they flavor their toppings enough. In an ideal world, the toppings I ordered (green pepper, onion, shroom) would be marinated, or carmelized, or SOMETHING. But instead they were just on top of the pizza, totally flavorless. Second complaint: we decided to try an appetizer this time, so we ordered the garlic cheese toast. It tasted pretty good, but we got four TINY pieces (maybe 2x2 inches and not super deep) for $4.29. Complete and utter rip-off. I would have maybe paid $2 or $2.50 for that. Overall, I don't understand the pricing at Sir Pizza. With Mellow Mushroom on the other side of town with their premium ingredients and high pricing, Sir Pizza is in a perfect position to be the local blue collar pizza place, and they should prize their pizza as such. My husband and each got a 12" pizza (his 2 toppings; mine 3); along with the rip-off garlic toast, and our bill was $37 and change without tip. What the heck!? Also, the service wasn't great... empty sodas for 15 minutes, etc. This place obviously just wants you to get the $4.99 buffet and eat and go away. My husband and I are simply not buffet people... so maybe it's our problem, not theirs. Anyhow, I'll be going to Mellow Mushroom next time, and I really am kinda bummed about it.

Best pizza in the boro at both locations. They have a lunch buffet during the week but usually the pizza on the buffet isn't that great. If you order a pizza you'll have your mind blown. Their toppings are finely diced and spread all over the pizza so you know you'll get a blast of flavor with every bite.

Eat there quite often. Always good food and service.
