Chipotle has a lot of hype, and for good reason! They serve whole foods that are so fresh and delicious! A lot of people are saying that they don't have good variety of food and they think that because they are keeping things simple and clean! For "fast food" this is my new favorite place!! Everything is very flavorful and so delicious. I don't leave there hating myself for what I just ate. I interacted with 4 different people while I was there and they were all very energetic and helpful!!

The chicken was undercooked and tasted a little weird. The restaurant actually ran out of rice, causing the line to back up quite a bit. I'm thoroughly unimpressed.

Ok, everyone loves this place. Quite often I hear the chatter "Chipotle is so good!" "Let's go to Chipotle!" "Oh dude, this place is so great" "they use the best ingredients!" (Not true, but I digress) So, I sucked it up and and kept going here with my friends and occasionally with my boyfriend. I can't take it anymore. What does everyone see in this place? I just...don't...get it. The food is bland, hardly any flavor, and there's nothing on the menu I couldn't make myself. I'm starting to think the real reason people like this place so much is because of their marketing. The "tug at your heartstrings" animated commercials. And don't get me wrong, I'm all for better ingredients but c'mon people, read their website. They do not serve ALL organic or locally harvested produce. Says so right on the website. It's as if people hear the word "natural" and they flock to it with blinders on, whether it's true or not. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's better than McDonalds. But let's face it, Moe's is right across the street, they're nearly half the price, the chips are free...and they offer the same exact product.

With so many other places to choose from, today I decided I can do much better. I will often stop in to get something to go because this place is in a good location. Most of the time is is good and when I first started going here the food amounts were ample. It seems the quantity of food is going way down and the tacos used to be busting are now less than half full. I understand they have supply issues but today the cheese shredder was out, when stuff happens they should offer the customer either a discount or substitution. Cheese of all things is kind of important to my order.

First off, I LOVE CHIPOTLE.... However... This location sucks. They don't give the right portions on anything. They snub you on the meat, rice, and beans, then try to fluff it up with the lettuce and salsa . I've been 3 times to this location and was not happy all 3 times. The employees lack hospitality, the store isn't very clean, and they need better quality control. I've been to other locations and they have great food and service, so I KNOW it is this store and not the chipotle as a whole. I'll drive out of my to the Nashville locations before o go back to this one. Get it together, guys.

Probably 10th time to this location. When it opened it was subprime. They have somewhat gotten their stuff together. I believe I have discovered the main problem. 80% of the folks I get behind have no idea what Chipotle is or does. They don't know how to order, and are full of questions. Today---" I guess I will just have a cheese quesadilla" after 20 questions. Ggaaaaahhhh!

I have been a fan of Chipotle for years. If it were not habitually poorly managed I would be a fan of this location as well. Tea is often empty. Tables are often covered in food and trash. It seems to be run by college freshmen and people with piercing and tattooing as hobbies.

I guess I don't really get the hype over this place. I've been twice and it was just okay each time. Menu is limited and the food itself wasn't anything spectacular. I do enjoy that their chicken is somewhat spiced and the service is fast. The downside of the fast service is some of the employees were literally TOO fast, I had to ask a girl to repeat herself multiple times because she got into the swing of the scripting and spoke a mile a minute. The drink area was filthy and was finally cleaned once we were leaving the restaurant, after about half an hour. For two burritos, one drink and chips + salsa it was almost $19. I think I would much rather stick to Moe's across the street. They have a bigger variety of menu items, toppings and better service, in my opinion. Plus their chips and salsa are free!

Do not waste your money at this Chipotle location. My husband just placed and picked up an online order for two bowls and both ended up being completely wrong! Unfortunately, this discovery wasn't made until after he drove all the way back home with them. To make matters worse, this is actually the THIRD time in recent visits that multiple mistakes were made with an online order we've placed there. Now, to quickly summarize the issues with our latest order: 1) They apparently ran out of bowl containers so both orders were made in the foil lids. The use of the foil lids combined with the fact that they didn't even bother to try to fill them resulted in SIGNIFICANTLY less food. 2) We paid for extra meat in the 1st bowl (steak + barbacoa), but it ended up having ZERO barbacoa and the regular (meager) serving of steak from this particular location. 3) The 1st bowl was also supposed to have pinto beans, but they were incorrectly added to the 2nd bowl. 4) The 2nd bowl was supposed to have sour cream and cheese, but these were incorrectly added to the 1st bowl. I honestly don't even know how it's possible to make that many mistakes in the same order. It's astounding. With limited places to pick up a quick and at least relatively healthy meal, we tried giving them multiple chances, but shame on us for continuing to give them business. That ends today. The 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc.) chances for this place are over. We will no longer throw our money away at this poorly operated and managed Chipotle. It's frustrating because we've frequented several other Chipotle locations before moving to Murfreesboro and none of them have had the issues that this one continues to have. My advice: avoid this place like the plague and wisely spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

The food here is great, the problem is it's always trashed. There are always plenty of people behind the counter, but the dinning room is never clean: no clean tables, trash & food on the floor .... And it's always that way no matter when you go. If I am going to pay $8 for a burrito, the least you can do is wipe down a few tables and sweep the floor. I would hate to see the kitchen.

I have had an issue with this Chipotle location literally every single time I've gone here. I stood in line for the first Chipotle on West End when it came to Nashville. I am a huge Chipotle fan! Sure, every once in awhile the steak is kinda off or the chips are stale... acceptable one-off issues. With the Murfreesboro location, either the folks are not trained properly or they've gone rogue because there is something seriously wrong here. I've shared my thoughts with corporate and will gladly update my review when they solve some issues with this location.

I was so excited to see Chipotle was finally opening a location in Murfreesboro. That excitement has since faded. Visit #1. My wife went there at opening and waited along with some other patrons for the manager to open the door. He unlocked the door and walked away. He didn't open the door, he didn't greet the people waiting outside. How about acknowledging your customers? Visit #2. Food was good, service was just enough to take our order and the music was so loud that you couldn't talk. Visit #3. Ordered food to-go. Nothing good stood out but also nothing bad. Visit #4. Again experienced the worst staff. Had to repeat our orders multiple times. The dude would repeat it to us, and then within 5 seconds have to ask us again what kind of meat did we want, etc, etc. We were also shorted on our kids meals, but thankfully the cashier asked the other employees where the rest of the items were. They were out of several ingredients but didn't offer to sub in any of the other premium ingredients ( still had to pay extra). While we were waiting another patron asked for his burrito to be cut in half and the staff had to have a conference about it and told the guy "NO". What??? Who do these people think they are? You work in fast food just like a burger flipper at McD's or BK, get over yourself. Long story short, this place has an attitude problem. I have eaten at 20+ different Chipotle's across the country and this has to be the worst ran restaurant in the chain. I'm sure they will do well for a while based off of the Chipotle reputation but they are going to need a culture change/attitude adjustment if they expect continued success.

Went there once, never again. Staff was very rude and slow. The food was cold when we got it. When we complained they said there was nothing they can do unless we wanted to buy another plate. Go to Blue Coast Burrito or Moe's. This place is terrible.

By far, the worst Chipotle in three states: TN, CO and CA. I should have known things were going wrong when the line was wrapped outside and the line wasn't moving. When I finally made it inside, there were 6 employee's behind the counter standing around. They all acted like they didn't know what to do and it was clear, no supervisor was around to take charge. After waiting more than 20 minutes before they took my order, it was another 10 minutes after they heated up my tacos and placed the chicken on the tacos before the next person continued the process. To make things worse, the person who was supposed to have taken my order, turned around and started wiping the counter and quite taking orders. Again, not one person was working and even the person behind the counter went in the back leaving the cash register unattended. After I finally paid for my food, it was so cold I ended up throwing it out. Heck, the food was colder then my beer. I highly recommend NO ONE vistit this place.

Unsatisfactory restroom. Unsure if door is actually locking. Sink sporadically works, and when it does it's too hot making it extremely hard to wash children's hands. No changing tables. This restaurant is not kid friendly. Ordered two sides of rice for the kids and got maybe the equivalent of ONE side split between two cups. Had to order two more.

Nice Chipotle. A standard location like the others I have visited. Staff doesn't have the assembly line down pat yet, but no big deal. No problems with the men's room look the older review. Clean and normal. They could go five stars with more attention to the grill. Meats were a little inconsistently cooked, but not bad at all.

I can see this restaurant is hyped up quite a lot. I recently tried it out for myself. It's a decent place, i think. It's convenient to get to if you're driving between old fort and the avenue. So on to the actual experience! I was greeted warmly by the employees behind the counter. I was slightly unsure of what i was ordering, but the menu was not too difficult to read. I was able to place my order with no questions. Friendly as they are, they do talk fast. This might be because the restaurant has a fast speed of service standard. You will need to pay attention if you don't know the names of some of the ingredients. I did get guacamole, which they gave me two heaping spoonfuls of. I liked that. I got to paying for the meal, which i got chips and a drink with. The bowl was ready before i finished paying. I was satisfied with the speed and courtesy of the employees. My dinner was a bowl. I can't recall what the meat was called, it was a type of pulled pork. I enjoyed it. I wouldn't hype it up though. It was filling, which was good. The chips were warm, making it a great side. I had no issue with my dinner. I did not use the restroom, as i didn't need it that night. I would hope that it's decent too! That's my take on the super hyped Chipotle Mexician Grill. It's a decent experience, just not an impressive one.

Worst. Service. Ever. They were so rude that not only will I never go back, I tell anyone who says they like Chipotle. Don't waste your time, go across the street to Moe's. You'll get about the same menu, but FRIENDLY service!!!

Closed New Years Day. They left a sign with little font under the lettering on their glass door, so you couldn't even see it from the curb.

Food is good and healthy. Service is always friendly and fast. Prices are much better than Moes. I always get the rice bowl with chicken, Pico, cheese and guac. Delicious. My husband normally get 3 chic tacos with Pico and cheese. He always asks for jalapenos on the side and they never have a problem cutting some up for him. By far our favorite fast food place.

The meat and rice have a great taste and the ingredients are fresh! A little sad that guacamole is nearly two dollars a side but I will go back because I love the food. I do wish they had a drive through!!!

The food is ok nothing great i would rather eat at Baja Burrito same thing with more selection and better food. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The cost was about average, little high for the extras. But not crazy. Over all I prob will not go back unless I got nothing else to do. I would say its worth a try at least if you never have eaten at Baja Burrito u might like it.

My first (and last) experience at Chipotle was absolutely horrible. I had heard so much hype about this place from the news to word of mouth that my family and I decided to try it out. First off when we arrived at about 7:30 p.m. on 12/6 the parking lot lights were out. Then as we entered the store it looked like a riot had just taken place. There was trash on every table that didn't have people already sitting at them and an enormous pile under the table we had to clean off just to sit down. The dining room looks like it was designed by a group of wasted frat guys. There was a fold out "wet floor" sign someone put over the ice and soda spill in front of the drink machine. THIS PLACE WAS DISGUSTING! Not one employee came out to clean anything while we were there. I felt like I needed a shower after being there for five minutes. During my ordering ordeal I was informed that the kids meal came with two sides and cheese counts as a side, yes cheese is a side dish. Pathetic! The guacamole is a $2 extra....really! Don't get me started on the sorry excuse for chips and salsa. The chips: cold, bland, stale, and about 1 cup worth. The salsa...well it's just the pico de gallo from serving line. Pico de gallo is NOT salsa! So after spending $60 dollars at a craptastic snooty burrito joint we should have just went to Blue Coast! Mmmm.... Blue Coast's pineapple salsa is delicious, oh and FREE!

The food at chipotle is nothing to write home about, very bland and they have few choices. They will charge $22 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. The burrito I got was very spicy, even though I got just sour cream and veggies, my mouth was on fire. They should at least give a disclaimer. Never going back!

I got the steak salad and could not eat any of the steak. It was too tough to chew. I removed it from my bowl and had only the vegetables. The veggies were fresh, but the steak was terrible. My son's chicken burrito, however, he said was good

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
