Love this place and its location. I am a student at U of M and get it regularly between classes. The owners are almost always there, thus making sure the store really stays on top of everything. I should probably venture out, but I always get the turkey sandwich. Probably because there sandwiches are so dang good and I just love sliced turkey. If you get it to go (which I normally do) expect no more than a 5 minute wait. Even during busy lunch hour. Their prices are also so reasonable. This place is great when you need a quick bite!

I am so addicted to the sourdough bread!!! I always get the turkey bacon cheese and revel in it's unhealthy buttery-ness. I want to try so many other things but it's just SO tasty. The location sucks for me and the dining area is pretty rough. But they have amazing deals thru their app and have given me one of the best corporate customer service responses of my life. Great company, needs a bigger restaurant. Love the Cinnabon in here as well!

I went to Schlotzsky's Deli for the first time today for a center of the roll Cinnabon. When I first walked inside, I was told by an irate customer that they prices on their menu in front of the register were incorrect and to double check. As I waited to order I noticed that they changed the prices on the menu as people were ordering. They also did not have the cinnamon rolls advertised in stock.

I like other delis and sandwich shops, but I love this place's Original (a take on the muffuletta). Their bread is the true champ, whether the sourdough or the rye normally use with the pastrami. It's nice adding pizzas and salads to the fare, but my deal is with the Original or deluxe Original for twice the meat. My alternate choices are the turkey or roast beef, but again, I can't emphasize how good the Original is to my taste buds.

3 Stars... I don't know which is worse: not offering wifi to your patrons or telling us that we get free wifi as customers but not knowing which it is and having it drop every other minute. As for food... Their sandwiches are good. Never complain about them. They are warm and yummy. Good flavor mixing. I love the chips. The cracked pepper flavour is great. The people that work the register are a little alt for my taste. But they seem nice

Disappointing at best. I was hoping for some decent deli food. Their window said hearty soups but that was not the case. I got a soup and sandwich combo. The chicken noodle soap tasted like it was from a can. The noodles were so thick they just tasted doughy and overwhelmed the soup. The New Yorker sandwich was ok. Nothing special, bread wasn't that great. My husband and son split a pizza. His response "Pizza Hut is better"...ouch. My son did enjoy eating a pickle, that was the highlight of the meal.

Being from Austin originally, I was so excited to find a Schlotzky's in Memphis. Be aware, Memphis hipsters, this is a chain, not a local place, so don't get miffed when you find out Elvis never ate here. Anyway, this is basically just good fast food sandwiches, pizzas, soups, and flatbreads with the added bonus of Cinnabons for dessert. Everything is good, especially the bread for the hot sandwiches. You can bank on that. My wife and I ate here for about $17. I ordered the Angus Beef and Cheese with a cup of Potato soup and she ordered the Chipotle Chicken Pesto Flatbread (well, she thinks she actually ended up with a different flatbread, but that's a different story). Both orders were delicious, although mine wasn't that warm when we got it; almost as if it had been sitting out waiting on hers to get done. On this particular restaurant here's what I can say: 1. It was clean. Even the bathrooms were spotless and neat. That always says a lot to me! 2. The location is a little hard to get in and out of, especially during high traffic times. Plan accordingly. 3. As already stated my food was a little too cool. 4. Everybody was really nice that worked there. Don't always get that at fast food joints. In all, it was just north if average, so I rated it 3 stars.

I love schlotzkys! It has been a favorite sandwich of mine for YEARS now... I always get the turkey original. It. Is. Heavenly. No really, it is. The bread IS different (sourdough) but it is so delicious and somewhat melts in your mouth. Get it.

Met my sister for lunch there today during the dreaded 12-1 hour on that portion of the Poplar corridor. It's a standard Schlotzsky's and was nice and clean. My sister is a fan of their bread and she really enjoyed it. I have avoided this place in the past b/c I thought it must be packed due to the number of cars in the parking lot, it was busy but not packed and we had no problems finding a table! I'll definitely add it to my list of places to lunch!

Yum yum! I've tried the kids cheese pizza, kids turkey, regular cheese pizza, and the salad with strawberries(can't remember what it's called) but it was good!! I randomly do get the kids meal a lot, it's comes with the pizza or sandwich, a cookie and a drink (and I personally like the way the kids pizza is made better) and it's all less than 5 dollars! If you like deli food, please try this place out! WAY better than Mcallister!!

The four stars is based on the fact that this is a sandwich shop, not fine dining. I had a friend who worked here when in high school ( a long time ago) and it's still here. They must be doing something correct. I can't say too much about a variety of sandwiches as I always get the deluxe original with jalapeno bread and put their name brand hot sauce an it. Great sammy. On my last stop I arrived right at 1030 and was greeted by two friendly employees setting up. The manager hadn't set up the cash register yet but they went ahead and made my order and ran the card later. This goes along with my prior experience of good service and nice people at this location.

I like how quick they are. It is almost always clean when I go. Try the new artisan flat bread. Not too shabby for the price.

A truly unique sandwich based on the muffaletta (imo) on sourdough bun. Always fresh and tasty the original or Turkey original are my faves. The pizzas are also very tasty. Skip the Cinnabons. They don't taste like the original ones. And the decor is fun. Good for adults and kids.

I enjoy this chain, but the staff at this location was on the edge of rude and the food was sloppily prepared. Disappointing.

If you love sourdough bread. This is the place. The original is the best sandwich, but I also love the pizza. The staff are always friendly and the service is fast. I usually come here with my daughter and her friends. They all love the pizza. It's a nice clean place to bring your family and/or friends to eat a great sandwich. And the location is in a good area of town.

I have had a long term relationship with Schlotzskys for quite some time. I am simply in love with The Original. I mean, it's the perfect sandwich: ham, two kinds of salami, melted cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses with black olives, red onion, lettuce, tomato, mustard and their signature dressing - all beautifully toasted on Sourdough bread. You know, I think it's the bread that makes it. Schlotzskys is a franchise, and there used to be a bunch of them in the area, but sadly (very sadly) many of them have gone under. Fortunately, this one has survived. And I wanted to be sure and give them two well deserved thumbs up. The service is great. The food awesome. Keep up the good work Schlotzskys, and I'll keep comin back.
