Sports and good spirits on one side family oriented setting on the other side. The food is good the waitress did her job but didn't come back to check on us. My overall experience was a good one.

Am I the only one who doesn't find the peanut shells on the floor charming? I saw a guy sucking on a peanut shell, then dropping it onto the floor. Bizarre. Other than that, it's a busy, boppin' chain restaurant. The food is pretty good -- it reminds me of a Chili's -- and you can get a good selection of fried appetizers, salads, burgers, including the miniature steak burgers, known as 'Roadies'. I ordered the Anything & Everything salad -- sans cheese and nuts and it was good. The chicken was nice and smoky. This place gets a star for their acknowledgment of gluten-free diets. Just ask your server for more info.

Came here with my mother and husband for hubby's birthday. We all regretted it. I got the Grilled Chicken and Shrimp with salad and vegetable skewers for my sides. My chicken was a tad overgrilled and dry and my veggies were cold. My salad was good and I liked the balsamic dressing (that I had come on the side). Mother ordered the Sirloin and Jumbo Grilled Shrimp Scampi with a sweet potato and and vegetable skewers. The shrimp was butterfly style. It creeped me out though I tried a little bit and it tasted a little better than my grilled ones. Hubby got Grilled Chicken and Sirloin with mashed potatoes and potato chips. His potato chips were undeniably a favorite thing for us all (he shared). He liked his sirloin and I liked the piece I tried (which is rare- I dislike most steak). His chicken was juicier so he swapped chicken with me. He said it was ok but flavorless and I had to concur. All in all, it was not up to the quality I would expect from a restaurant. We all loved the bread but that was about it. We all agreed we are not likely to be back as there are far better steak places in the area.

So I can't actually speak to the quality of the food what I can speak to is the gentleman who seated us that seemed a bit annoyed by the fact that he actually had to do his job. We were told there would be a10 min wait for a seat in the bar area. After looking in I realized why, even though half empty not a single table had been cleaned off. We were seated in the main dining area, looked around and saw that half a dozen tables in this area hasn't been cleaned either. It was at this point that we got up and left. Along with two other tables that were not impressed with the cleanliness or service they were getting. Won't be back

Host felt it was not really his job to seat us, difficult mist likely anyway as many of the tables required cleaning. The cleanliness was sub-par and we walked out with several other independent groups who felt the service was lacking...the other Logan on Poplar is great with amazing service.

Food was good. However, when we arrived, we had a 30 minute wait which I understood is normal. After we were seated it took about 20 minutes for our server to arrive and get our drink order. When he finally did get to our table we had already decided what we wanted. My husband got his salad but I didn't get mine. I had to ask them to bring it. We still didn't have silver ware and had to ask I assume who was the manager. When our food arrived they forgotten my daughter's order. The server said that they must not have heard him yell it out. We waited for hers to finally arrive. Won't be going back.

Don't bother. Food did not come out together. One dish came out 10 minutes later. It was not even the entree that was ordered. New York strip cooked medium tasted like propane...seriously. Good peanuts though!!

My horrible experience happened a long time ago, sometime last year, but it was so bad I wanted to save some innocent soul from experiencing what I experienced. We walked in to a mean and rude hostess who I suppose didn't understand the meaning of having a job and maybe doing things you didn't want to do, but at least attempting to do it with a somewhat decent disposition. Our waiter took his sweet time coming to our table. My beer was almost warm. My mom's drink wasn't good. I guess they had to go and hunt our food down, kill it, clean it, cut it and then cook it because it took some time to get it, and then after they did all of that, it wasn't even good. I've been a big fan of Logan's, but not this location. Don't do it. Just don't.

The cook staff was extremely slow, however the waiter was on point making sure we was OK. Other than the food coming slow we had an awesome time.

Absolutely awful! I'm leaving hungry... I ordered the anything and everything salad, and it did not have tomatoes, boiled eggs, or bacon as the menu stated. I could not get my waiter, or anyone for that matter so I had to take the salad up to the waitress that was doing the seating. I brought my menu in the salad and show the manager and ask them where were the eggs, bacon, and tomatoes. she could not do that, so then I ordered the same exact salad, and it came with onions. The salad on the menu does not have onions. I then canceled my order in its entirety. Service was pathetic! I'll never come back to the slogans, this Logans gives the entire chain a bad name! Whoever is the kitchen supervisor, needs to find a new job!

Not as nice as the Roadhouse by the Wolfchase Mall, but still a good experience. The waitress was very friendly. The rib-eye steak was slightly undercooked (I ordered medium well), but everything tasted good. The banana cream pie dessert was good except for the fact that it contained no bananas (as seen in their menu picture).

Just walk in and walk out ...no service waited 15 minutes for a person to come to the table then made the decision ...

I figured I would be safe with a hamburger, but it came to me not cooked all the way. I sent it back and the second one was the same! I couldn't tell whether it was just raw meat or that the meat was cooked and consistency was just nasty. Anyway, not going there again...

I once got chosen on a radio version of a dating game because I used the line "I'm like one of those restaurants where you throw peanut shells on the floor and drink your cokes out of a mason jar- silly and borderline tacky, yet you love it all the same." Well, Logan's is this place. Being a tad bit OCD when it comes to cleaning, I cannot fathom why restaurants encourage throwing peanut shells on their restaurant floor. Can you imagine having to sweep that crap? Hells to the no. Logan's has decent steaks and appetizers. It is a meat and potato kinda place. They have a very chainy vibe to them, and although they are clean (despite the peanut shells) there's something about this place that I dislike, that I just can't quite put my finger on. Perhaps it is the service- it is seriously lacking and I experienced much the same as the previous reviewers. Bottom line, Logan's ain't nothing to write home about, but it is decent food and a pretty fun atmosphere. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure.

We have been here before and were never really impressed. We still aren't: We had to wait for a table when you can clearly see that there are plenty of tables open. The problem is they don't have enough people to bus the tables so they can seat people quickly. It makes the place look messy and the management look stupid. Even with all the empty tables, they cleared a really crappy table and brought us to it. No thanks, how about that empty one over there. So we waited again while that one was cleared. The food was OK. The beer was served in a frozen glass which we all know is a bad thing. There was even ice in it. Service was slow, but at least there was enough peanuts to keep me occupied.

Decided to go out for a steak being an out of towner. Was sat at a dirty table. Waited 15 minutes for service. Never got any. Walked out and went to Red Lobster across the street.

It was a Monday and I didn't feel like cooking, so we ended up at Logan's Steakhouse. Even though I counted roughly 20 tables open we had to wait ten minutes to be seated. After we were seated my husband ordered his beer and I ordered an alcoholic lemonade (the name escapes me now). It took well over ten minutes for us to get our drinks and for us to order our dinners and the restaurant was no where near busy, but there was a family of five in the same section as ours that our waitress felt was far more important than us. Regardless, the fried cheese burger my husband got was amazing, and is the only reason this review is getting two stars. The beverage I got from bar had no alcohol in it and was straight pink lemonade. When I told the waitress that she refused to take it off the ticket or get the manager. We waited around for the manager to come, asked the hostess to get the manager but one never came. We got tired of waiting, paid our bill like respectable patrons do, and left. (We even tipped, although we should not have, since the waitress carried the water glasses from the top of the glass (yes where you drink from) and leaned the salad bowls against her chest while she was walking.) The next day I called Logans and asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Obviously the customer is not their number one priority.

We decided to try this location for an early Tuesday night dinner about a month ago. We have been to the Wolfchase one many times and for the most part had no major problems. Well this was a major major problem. When we arrived the host seemed confused and we could hardy understand what she was saying mumble mumble mumble. Our waiter tried to be good but failed bad later on. A long-ish wait for him to arrive, take drink orders, etc but the final straw was they served us rotten shrimp! let me repeat: ROTTEN SHRIMP! I mean stanky and old stuff. Our waiter was not the one who served our food, so we had to sit there and smell the stink while we waited for him to return. We told him it was spoiled and instead of responding or even looking at us he ran off. Literally ran. We were like huh? He returned with the manager (I guess) who said he would take the charge off the bill. I just wonder, did they continue to serve it? Probably. We don't like to cause a fuss and we are very easy to please but dang...it was that bad. It smelled like the inside of Lipsey's if it was located in hell. Anyway, our steaks were tough & fatty, almost impossible to cut. We lost our appetite anyway. The only edible part of the meal was the salad & bread. And ohhhh my stomach hurt so bad later that night. You have been warned. Horrble horrible horrible.
