Fantastic again! This is one of the best Lenny locations in Memphis. So yes once again it was fantastic 5 stars 5.5 stars 6 stars Great!

It's Lenny's! I love Lenny's! Yeah, it is a "chain"but it is a local chain...and have you tried that bread?! Mmmmmmmm Their sandwiches are huge and so fresh...much better than that Subway nonsense. Oh, and this location is on Main St so win win!

Nothing special here. $9.89 for the basic sub combo and 90% of the tables haven't been cleaned off despite it being slow. I should have listened to the last post and moved on, I will give Sammy's a try next time. And for the commenter who liked the ambiance here, really? I would only post that if the place had something unique about it. This place does not.

Love the ambiance of this place. It is in a perfect setting (At corner of Main and Peabody on the trolley line). The hardwood floors were beautiful. I ordered the chicken salad salad and it was superb! I love the fact they shred (as opposed to chop) their lettuce. Vegetables tasted like they were just plucked from the garden. I've had their sandwiches before and can attest to the fact they are some of the best in the area. I topped my meal off with one of their delicious chocolate chip cookies. The staff was super nice and efficient.

Upon moving here my husband and I asked locals for suggestions on places to eat. After trying all of them, I will say some were simply amazing, and others were mind boggling. Why would you tell me to come here?! You have 1 place you can suggest to me. One place! And THIS is your legacy? You better be sure that the restaurant you are suggesting is worthy of a good legacy. Seriously- you will be a part of a story forever. You just need to decide who you want to be. Do you want to be the guy who sent us somewhere amazing? Your story following a pattern like this "OH Man! This guy on the street, his name was Bob- he told us about this little place called *fill in the blank here* It was the most amazing *fill in the blank here* I've ever had!" You totally wanna be that guy. You never wanna be the guy whose story goes a little something like this, "We ran into this lame ass dude on the street, yeah he told us to go to *fill in the blank here* The food was seriously the worst I've ever eaten. What a loser!" See the importance? Yeah, anyway- Lenny's was totally one of those places that fell into category #2. A lot of people told us to go here actually. I am mind boggled. This is Memphians' idea of what a good sandwich is? Seriously Memphis, I need to take you on a sandwich road trip. Lenny's is decent. It is in no way shape or form bad- but I just don't get the hype man! The bread is kinda dry and the cold cuts are typical cold cuts. The Philly chicken sandwich that everyone raved about was dry and really lacked a lot of flavor. Lenny's is really quite expensive to boot. I much prefer Subway or Jimmy Johns to this establishment. I feel like both are easier on my wallet as well.
