This is one of my favorite spots for breakfast but I think I'm going to have to stop going there. It's seems that when the manager is not there, all hell broke loose. They don't acknowledge you & have to wait like ten minutes for a damn kolaches. The cook he's good, but the replacement she doesn't care and the sandwich is awful. Some workers love their cell phone more than their job. I'm sorry, but they lost a faithful customer.

Out of everything at 8:10??? No bagels, etc... 9 people waiting for ordered food. No straws for drink and a leaking drink cooler with water on floor... Service folks were nice...

One of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. The Store itself is clean and they have great service, friendly staff, and quality food. When i went recently they were busy as can be Staff running around doing their jobs, the drive through line was long but that's to be expected for one of the most popular places for the breakfast hours. The staff kept asking if there was anything they could offer to make the customers pleased while their food cooked. The manager was working right alongside his staff making sure the crew kept it together. My wait time was about 3 minutes for my sandwich, hash browns, and iced coffee. Overall 10/10 and will be back in the future. I've Recommended it to my friends and they love this place as well.

Went to the drive through. Was unsure what to get and felt rushed by the girl working the drive through. She did not read back my order. Was getting rushed by the car behind me and didn't have time to look at my receipt. She didn't even come close to giving me what I asked for, but the receipt and what was in the bag matched. Really wished she would have read my order back. Also my wife's exclaim had no filling. Terrible experience and not the only time I have been treated this way. Boo

I'll be honest, the best doughnuts in town are Gibson's. But sometimes I don't want to drive out that way, or it's simply not convenient for me to do so. Those times, this does the job well. The one tip I can give is to go early. Not like 6 am early, but while the sun's still out. If you go at nighttime then yes, the selection will be sucky and the doughnuts might be stale. But if you go before then, those problems aren't there. The staff is pretty friendly too, and bonus...their hot chocolate is way better than Starbucks. Not sure if it's just a seasonal thing or not but right now they have salted caramel hot chocolate...it's amazing. So yummy.

We get there at 8:30 and they aren't supposed to close until 10 but they don't have anything!!! We wanted to get the heart shaped doughnuts since it was Valentine's day but they didn't have the ones that have been being advertised. Just a blue frosted one with sprinkles. My mom asks if this is all they have and the girl says yeah. They didn't even have glazed!!!! My parents are pretty much done since that's what they wanted but I see that there's a croissant doughnut and I've wanted to try one. I tell the girl I'll take one of them and one of the blue frosted doughnuts. My mom and I had talked about trying an everything bagel so she decides to get one. Oh what a big mistake. It was so hard we could barely bite it and the onion was overpowering. Neither one of us finished our half. When I get home I look in my bag for the doughnuts and neither one had wrapping around it so the blue frosting has gotten all over the croissant doughnut. I manage to get it all off and as I lick the frosting off my finger I can taste the dye in the frosting. Gross. I try the croissant doughnut and it's dried out too. The taste is pretty good though. It's like a buttery croissant with doughnut glaze on it. I might try it again at another location. I ate about half and gave the rest to my dad. The heart shaped doughnut some how wasn't dried out. The frosting wasn't as bad tasting actually on the doughnut either. I can say for a fact we won't be coming back. The girl wasn't very nice and the food was all dry (or just not even available!) If you're wanting Dunkin while in Memphis go to the one downtown on Union Ave! It's much better.

if I could give negative stars I would, The bagels were OK just a year ago but slowly it has gotten worse, I stopped in today and was charged 3.90 for 3 bagels plain! These bagels are not fresh and are frozen the size of lenders, lenders bagels are 1.40 for six at Wal Mart. Commercial Bagels like Sara lee are better than these poor excuse for fresh baked goods. What a rip off. Very very upset

When DD's first opened in our neighborhood, we were happy, but cautious. Happy we didn't have to support the universal corporate coffee giant down the road, but cautious because we don't want to become more addicted to caffeine (me!) or sugar (Husband!) Now, that we have been yelled at by the manager, Connie,( because she rang up Husband's order wrong, and then he was told both the menu board and he were wrong when he corrected her) we ARE NOT going to return anytime soon. It's bad enough managers yell at customers but their employees should get some decent training to be capable to serve customers. Their turnover rate is awful. Until the entire staff gets a complete overall, we're staying away. America might "Run on Dunkin,' but Husband and I are running away.

Today the manager Connie called me a horrible person in front of five people in the lobby and her entire crew. She thought this was appropriate and kept her rant at me going for five minutes straight. This goes back to the first problem that happened with me 4 Months ago where her drive thru employee was in such a hurry he didn't put the lid back on my Dunkin mug. This spilled all over me and my car and my hand. Connie believed the fix for the $290 medical bill, $40 in car detailing and $20 in laundry was to give me a free doughnut and coffee with $3. She has never even apologized to me for me getting hurt. Since hen for these months since she treats me like dirt. But today to call me out as a horrible person in front of her staff and customers was unreal. By the way I am not horrible. I am a decorated war veteran, a decorated military officer and a loyal worker. I am working in a Ph.d. I am a very kind person. But I have a right to be upset that burns and costa they caused were never responded to.

This was the first DD that I tried in the Memphis area. The first time I went, shortly after it opened, the donuts were very stale so I had no interest in returning. A few months later, I thought maybe it was a fluke so I decided to give them another shot. AGAIN, they were stale. Once again, about 6 months later, I thought maybe they had gotten their act together so I stopped in one more time and YET AGAIN they were stale. I have not eaten at the one on Whitten in over a year, maybe longer, because I just assume I will get old stale donuts. But I eat at the other locations regularly, mainly the one in East Memphis because they actually seem to make fresh French crullers daily unlike the other locations in town. Maybe the Whitten location has finally stopped serving stale donuts by now, who knows. After three strikes, they are out for me and I will not be back.

On the way back from an errand this morning I picked up a selection of donuts and coffee from Dunkin Donuts. To me, unless the donut is some specialty made unique treat, a donut is a donut is a donut. And that's pretty much how I feel about Dunkin Donuts. They're good, but no better than Krispy Kreme or Daylight or Howard's or Gibson's or the myriad other donut shops in town. However, how Dunkin Donuts separates it's wheat from the collective chaff is by providing first-class customer service. The couple of times I've been to this location and the one time I've been to the Germantown location have been super pleasant experiences. Fast service, friendly, smiling and helpful counter staff, and even a manager that offered me a free cup of coffee for no reason other than we struck up a conversation. I'm a sucker for something free. And the coffee... Yum! is all I can say. I'm no coffee elitist - I get as much joy from a cup of the swill offered at the office as from a cup from Maxim's in Paris - but I do love my Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts coffee. Get your donuts anywhere, but if you're on the prowl for a good cup of coffee and a nice shopping experience, go to Dunkin Donuts.

What Dunkin Donuts? Wrong, these clowns are nothing but some worker bees with the corporate-provided aprons. Manager/owner yelled at me for asking him a question (wait, I thought customers are allowed to do that?) Practically, after that, I have NOT been back since and would not go back. Why should I be yelled at by some idiot who has clearly showed his lack of customer relation skills but thinks to make lots of money just because they bought into a inter-national franchise? Hello?
