The flavors are good, and fun, and weird, and tasty. Ben & Jerry's is one of my favorite scoop shops in Memphis. Although it is a chain, you feel like you're in a local place because the employees are so friendly and give great service. The ice cream is really rich, so if you order a milkshake be prepared for a super sweet one. My favorite thing is the Brownie Special. Fresh brownie, with ice cream of your choice (I like the fudge brownie ice cream with mine. It sounds redundant; it tastes delicious.), real whipped cream and whatever else you want on it. I've been stopping in for years and the experience is always great. The ice cream cakes are delicious. I've never had a better ice cream cake. You can choose any of their flavors to made into an ice cream cake. They have some ready to go if you're not choosy or waited until the last minute. Custom ice cream cakes have to be pre-ordered.

We ordered an ice cream cake from here for our daughter's birthday, and it was great! The icing was not too sweet, so the ice cream was able to shine! I ordered online, and it was very easy and fast. When I picked it up, the man behind the counter was extremely attentive and very pleasant. All around a great experience!

What can I say, I'm biased. I love the quirky flavors and the fact I can get any of them as a milk shake :) Ours also strategically located so that Im tempted to visit whenever I leave a movie or whole foods...which is so counter productive

Really fun place to go have some awesome ice cream-especially after driving all day from Texas! Hoola hoops, games, piano...and the owner is amazing! So glad we stopped in.

The only Ben and Jerry's I know in Memphis. I personally like the ice-creams here better than the one at Baskin's. They do have a good seating arrangement with games like Checkers at almost all the tables. Its one of the good places where in you can hang out with friends after dinner for a while and keep hogging these high calories desserts. In my opinion, we definitely need more Ben & Jerry's around midtown/downtown area.

Sweets......my weakness!!! I've always loved Ben & Jerry's ice cream. The flavors are endless, which I always have a hard time picking what I want. My go to flavor is strawberry cheesecake....MY FAVORITE! They even have some what of healthier choices such as frozen yogurt and sorbet. The banana peanut frozen yogurt is pretty good. A bit pricey for one small scoop....about $3 and some change. The decor is really cool. I like the big checkerboards that are on some of the tables. I usually sit on the patio and eat my mini expensive scoop of ice cream lol.

Who doesn't like Ben and Jerrys? Stopped in at this location (located in a strip mall/shopping center) to pick up an ice cream cake for a birthday party. It's a nice little shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The cake was ready to go as promised, looked great, and helped make a little girls party great. The service was friendly and the ice cream cake was tasty!

I came here on this visit for their free cone day that they do every year. The line was crazy long, but the employees were very efficient and the wait wasn't as long as I expected. My favorite flavor they have is Chocolate Therapy and I got a scoop of that and it was delicious. I love that they do this and raise money for le bonheur every year. The employees always seem happy and are very helpful every time I have visited in the past, and even though they were overwhelmed with customers this visit, they didn't act any different.

I've visited Memphis the last 4 years for a church youth work camp where we paint houses and we hit this Ben & Jerry's at least once each visit. It's a big enough space for a large group as there is an outdoor patio as well as lots of seating inside. Even though we come in with a large group and overwhelm the place, the service is great, the staff is never frazzled and they are very efficient. Plus, the ice cream is awesome! There are games at at each table that you can play. It's a great place. Get a cone, a cup, a shake or a sundae. They are all good!

I generally shy away from reviewing major chains unless the service was horrendous or stellar. In this case, the service was out of this world fantastic!! My mom and I went over after having checked out the recently re-opened Whole Foods across the parking lot. When we went in, the only staff member there was leading the 3-4 patrons in happy birthday to a customer sitting alone at a table, giving her free ice cream and treats, and giving all of us patrons free cookies. What I enjoyed most was that the man who was working was so cheerful and friendly. Too often these days, I run into staff in any business who are clearly burned out on working in general. But an ice cream shoppe needs a cheerful person, right?! And he nailed it. He was absolutely one of the most friendly people I've met in Memphis in a long time and he clearly enjoyed his job and making others just as happy as he. If you've got a sweet tooth and want to enjoy a company who gives women our break-up staples, make sure to swing by here. You won't be disappointed. I don't even need to talk about the ice cream....we've all had it ;) But the service was wonderful!
