Great food, excellent value. Big portions and friendly, family run staff. The strip mall location and simple storefront might cause you to pass this one up, but that would be a mistake. Go in and get the Gyro plate and meet Mike, the owner.

Had the chicken sandwich (pita) and traditional gyro. Both were excellent. Full of flavor and fresh ingredients. Two sandwiches less than $9.00! Pitas were overflowing stuffed and bulging. Messy to eat and tasty to the tongue. Place looks abandoned but don't let that scare you. Live a little and step inside.

I have been a big fan of this place for years. I was a customer and friend of the previous owner Mohammed. I must admit that I wasn't impressed the last few times I ate here after Mohammed left. However, I decided to give them one more chance today. I am glad I did as the food was fantastic! I ordered the combination plate with both chicken and gyro meat. Both were juicy and cooked to perfection. There are a couple of other Gyro places within a mile of this store. However, this one is definitely the best. If I have one complaint it's that they don't have traditional Kalamata Olives on the menu. They used to when Mohammed was there IIRC. I'm guessing some idiot bit into a pit and broke a tooth or something. Maybe it's a cost thing, but that's the only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars. I just want traditional Greek olives with my Greek food. Oh well... Another great menu option if you're in a hurry is the Gyro sandwich and fries. Their fries are very good and you can ask for season salt on them, which I recommend. I personally ask them to cook them extra-crispy but that's just me. I like crispy fries.

If you like Gyros, this is the place in Rivergate/Goodlettsville. Greek owned, has more decor than other Gyro shops. Many options you don't see other places such as stylized plates, grape stuffed leaves, stuffed cabbage, you know, Greek food! Takes a minute for the fries but that is because they are always fresh.

The gyros are slightly above average and its not dirty so good for lunch. but anyplace that serves canned stuffed grape leaves doesnt get 4 stars.

legit. ive been a 100 of these and can tell you for a fact that this place does NOT sell those gross gyros where the meat comes in rectangles that many food service places use. pitas were hot and fresh. wish i had teh fries but did not. straight forward and legit. i would go back if i lived there ORDER: counter JEANS: ok by far

Meh? First time there. Service was adequate. When i asked about an item on the menu that i am unfamiliar with, some of the staff seemed unfamiliar with it also. I ordered the gyro pocket combo. They let me substitute tabouli instead of fries (a plus) Both were ok. The topping selection was disappointing. Their menus board had large laminated photos of each item. I also got a side of humous ($3.99), it might of measured 1/2 cup. And it tasted no better than the canned variety. I will continue to look for a better gyro place.

Fantastic food. I got great service, but I don't think they're used to a busy environment. Can't wait to go back!
