RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! an employee named JOSEPH takes the wrong order and says he NEVER makes mistakes and his boss can back him up on it. He then says he ONLY receives complaints from our address and doesn't think about the mistake he had made. Doesn't think to apologize for the mistake he made and was even saying that we're not his only customers and doesn't care. He said to call back later when I asked to speak to his boss saying she isn't there but to call and ask for Cindy. He did not even know how to speak to his customers on the phone. He didn't even know how to say "no" right, he said "naw" or "yaw". Being young is one thing, but being ignorant just doesn't have any excuse for it.

Why oh why is Nashville incapable of having just one decent Chinese restaurant? China Wok mailed us a menu, and they deliver. I stuck it on the fridge in wait of a night where I just didn't want to cook or go out. That night came and went without much satisfaction. They said it would take 45-50 minutes. It took an hour and 35 minutes, I called to see if they were coming, got a quick apology but no discount, no nothing. It finally came, and surprise surprise, they got our order wrong. Chow mein was MIA, I think I was charged for it anyway though. The food itself was about the same as any other local fast food Chinese. Not much flavor, obviously frozen pre-packaged vegetables, meat not very tasty. Boo.

This place looks like a hole in the wall and that's a great thing! Food is great, cheap, the people are really nice and personable. It's usually pretty busy, so I guess that's a good thing. But on some nights, you can have hardly anybody there at all so you get your food quicker than normal. And even on it's busiest day, you still get your food quick. The only downside is there really isn't any parking space...but that's pretty normal in Nashville sadly :/ Go eat here now!!

I have been craving Chinese food, but live in East Nashville and didn't want to go out. No Chinese restaurant has particularly good reviews, but this one delivered to us. They were friendly on the phone and upon delivery. We ordered shrimp egg rolls, crab rangoons, General Tso's chicken, beef lo mein and shrimp fried rice. The delivery took less than an hour and the food was delicious. Definitely our new go-to Chinese delivery place.

Ordered lunch for me and my roommates...food took over an hour to get here and we ordered fried rice and got French fries instead. Why would I order French fries from a Chinese food place? When we called back, we were told that we ordered French fries and that we were not going to get our fried rice. What happened to the customer being right? Most defiantly not order from here again.

I LOVE China Wok! I recently moved to East Nashville and was SO excited to find out they deliver to my house. They always deliver on time and the drivers are very friendly. Their food quality is great - none of those grisly bites of chicken that other Chinese restaurants serve. I have tried 5-6 entrees and several appetizers so far and have liked them all. I could personally survive on white rice entirely, and theirs is perfectly sticky. :) With a $15 min. delivery, I always get a second entree to eat the next day for lunch. It heats up well on a low power and is just as good the next day!
