My boyfriend and I had very upset stomachs after eating here. The service was bad and we think the food had been sitting out for a while. Totally worth the money and time to go to Peking or a real Chinese restaurant. Fast food Chinese is nasty.

I usually love to pick up to-go here since it's a nice change from burgers and fries but I won't be returning after my last couple experiences. Twice now I've used the drive thru only to be asked to pull into a parking spot while they prepare my food. I've waited anywhere from 10-15 minutes for my small portion of overpriced food. I would not recommend this location at all.

Disgusting! And over priced. I spent $20 for two people (without drinks) and we ended up throwing it out! Don't waste your time.

Panda Express has good food but I have two complaints: one is their portions are small for the price. Usually Chinese food is inexpensive and you get more than enough food. It was enough for 2 middle aged adults but not enough for a teenage boy. Two, I have to complain about their customer service, especially with the manager. I had a dish that was too spicy to even eat. My husband, who likes hot food, could not even enjoy it. They did tell me it was a spicy dish when I ordered it. I came back to complain because I think they should have expressed how spicy. They argued with me for 10 minutes and finally agreed to give me a small spoonful of something else! I didn't necessarily feel they had to give me something else, but their attitude is what was wrong. I should have asked them to clarify how spicy but If they would have at least apologized, even said there was no refunds or exchanges but maybe just thanked me for the suggestion and maybe they would make sure they told others how hot it was, something to justify my complaint, that is good customer service. I didn't raise a fuss. I took my complaint to the manager and she had a bad attitude. Maybe tired from a busy grand opening but not good for a first impression.

This has become one of the favorite go to places to eat that my family all can generally agree on. Plenty of options and generally more healthy than most other fast food options. My daughter loves Chinese food and my son usually doesn't, but he always asks to go to Panda Express. The serving sizes could be a little larger, but overall it's not a bad meal for the price. Ingredients are usually all fresh and cooked well. The only complaint I have is that sometimes their fresh vegetables are too crispy for us. I believe it's a combination of them having to regularly keep things refilled and fresh, but I believe they should chop their items a little smaller as well so they'd cook a little faster. If you're interested in a discount, if you order online before picking up your order.

Horrible! Never got my food . After my husband finished his I asked for a refund, but they didn't want to give it...wanted me to wait even longer. Then they couldn't give me the change due because they didn't know how to use the change machine. No manager there. lWe will never go back,

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
