I wish I'd never joined the Lagniappe Club! I have been getting repeated emails for red beans and rice at Copelands and I couldn't wait to do so because the picture of the portions are so beautiful but we always ended up at Outback and I wish I had gone there tonight. i decided to pick up 2 orders with a side salad and an order of sausage. For $3.95 I got what amounted to 3 thin sliced of sausage (roughly 3 oz), 1/2 cup portion of red beans and rice (that really wasn't hot, only luke warm), the fish order tasted "fishy" and the chicken was also lukewarm. Luckily the small 1/2 chopped salad was eatable. Nothing looked like the pictures I've been receiving in the email. Of course, to be fair, I did order it to go but I barely had enough to eat (if I'd of eaten it.) Not any more, fair warning.
