Obviously the most "happenin' " Starbucks in Knoxville. Goodness. Not a lot of available seating because the flow of traffic was constant into this location. Most seating is in tall stools at thin work counters. This location is great for the independent worker with laptop but the "hangout and talk for hours" crowd is better off at another location. Apparently a freezer malfunction caused this location to be without any sandwiches this morning. A number of disappointed patrons. I ordered the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher - Grande. It was definitely refreshing and included four blackberries which was a nice addition. Staff seemed rather friendly. Chatty with some customers. Cordial with others. Bathrooms could use attention, which perplexes me in a location that has 7 people on the floor working. Coffee isn't my thing but it's clearly a thing for many Knoxvillians. And this is where they are hanging out!

These people are so nice. I've never been to a more friendly environment than this. I feel like it's more about environment than coffee here which makes it all the more comfortable to come.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Why do people like it so much? Sugar! I get my usual soy green tea latte or frap and I left satisfied. I like that they filled my cup to the top versus the one on Cumberland that gives me a cup 7/8th full. There was a time when it was only 6/8 full! We all know Starbucks is expensive, thus that extra 4 sips is a big deal. Staff: not the young crowd Average seating Lots of parking space

First day ever walking into this location and I request for a "for here" mug to save $ 0.10. The next day, I come back was about to utter my order and the staff member stole the words out of my mouth. How did she know? I call that great service. It is always a good feeling to have the staff member anticipate your order. The overall atmosphere is very upbeat. The staff love their work and service is with a smile. Always.

The best Starbucks in Knoxville. As a given, Starbucks has awesome coffee but what sets this Starbucks a part is the high wooden 20foot ceiling. I love the light in this place. There are windows all around plus windows up top. The best atmosphere and awesome workers who are really are personable.

I think this location and the Turkey Creek location both have the worst customer service out of all the Starbucks in the area. I have been through the drive through several times and haven't even been greeted or told thanks. Guess I'll stick to the Montvue and KP next to Salsaritas locations.

This is the best Starbucks in Knoxville. While I do love locally owned coffeehouses, I'll always love Starbucks. I've been going to Starbucks for years now and I'm never disappointed at this location. The staff is always friendly (sometimes at other locations I'll get the stink eye for staying too long) and sometimes they pass out free samples of the food. They never mess up my order and it's always good. I'll come here for a few hours and work. It's usually a quiet atmosphere (once someone brought their guitar in and started playing softly, but I actually really enjoyed it and so did everyone else) and I HIGHLY suggest it over the Starbucks located on Cumberland. That location is more rushed and this Starbucks has great places to work. While the Cumberland location is nice, every time I try to study there I feel crammed in the small space. If you are a student looking to spread out and study, I recommend this location.
