Oh my! Well I can't complain, except for the price. I think it's high. You can go to fine dining seafood cheaper. And the food is what it is. I think they are just riding along on their reputation as a fine dining redneck seafood house. I would go back kicking and screaming with someone who wanted to go, but I would never choose it on my own.

I've never had a bad meal at any Red Lobster. The service was quick and friendly. The food selection is big so decisions can be tough. The crab/lobster stuffed mushrooms were smothered in melted cheese and very oily but yummy. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was fresh and basic. In the mood for seafood but don't want to spend a fortune? I don't think you can go wrong here.

My parents used to bring me here once or twice a year when I was a kid and it was always so nice. I ate here for the first time after moving to Knoxville recentley and wow has it gone downhill bad. They are doing remodelling so I understand that but I could hardley eat my meal as the paint on the walls was wet and the smell overpowering. The service was extremley non existint. They all seemed to have better things to do than serve. The food was cold and chewy. I've had much better seafood from fast food joints for a way better price. I won't be dining at this location again .

I got the coconut shrimp with a pineapple sauce, it was very sweet so for those of you that prefer things on the salty side I would not recommend this to but I enjoyed it. I got a bahama mama fruity drink which was also sweet and a good drink for lunch seeing as it doesn't have a lot of alcohol in it. Lunch time is nice and slow.

We was in the area. Thought we would try this place one more time. First off, there is a wait with a beeper. Very busy place tonight... Ok, we have finally got out drinks and appetizer but, NO silverware or napkins. (See picture) Our waitress is mercedes...no where to be seen or found. Had to get another waitress to bring us some silverware/napkins. Ordered the shrimp tacos and hubby ordered the salmon new orleans. Very well cooked. Very good. Slow in here but, good. Getting better but, could use more improvements....

It had been years since I had been to Red Lobster and after last nights experience I don't thunk I'll be back. Thank God I had a gift card and didn't pay full price. Our wait to be seated on a Tuesday night was over 15 minutes. I'll give our server five stars as she was great. The restaurant was out of romaine lettuce, so if you wanted a Caesar salad you got Caesar dressing on a house salad. Along with one of my sons, I ordered fish and chips and when our food arrived I thought I had ordered a child's portion at Captain D's. One piece of dried out fish along with a handful of fries is all that was on my plate. My wife ordered the stuffed flounder and although her plate was nicely laid out, she was in the restroom twice within an hour of leaving the restaurant. So long Red Lobster.

This is our only seafood escape in the area. The Shrimp Dock Seafood market has better seafood and knows how to cook them but they are a market with few table counters not a restaurant. Back on this Red Lobster location - dont know if it represents the whole chain - but over long period of time i have observed they overcooked the fish to the point of dried and joice-less, what a shame for a nice fresh catch. Other seafood items notably the shrimps are cooked perfectly, succulent and have hints of smoky flavor. The head chef or the corporate chef has to take the blame, he/she may have instructed the cooks to leave the fish (thin silces as they are) on the grill too long. There is probably a different timing scale on the shrimp skewer. All matter of timing which I think canbe easily fixed. By the way, the mussells are overcooked too in fact all except the shrimp skewer are overcooked. What a dud. Doesn't the head chef tastes his own food ? What about the lobsters ? They are nice and clean but even when I order the feast meal what I got was on the small side. To get real sizable lobster you have to order from the tank at market price.

The place is in the middle of remodeling. Hopefully will be better once complete. It really needs a refresh. Food the same although the Walts shrimp is not as good as it use to be.

Good was timely and well prepared. Our server Dave was great. The manager took the time to chat with us. Very good dining experience. Will recommend to others even though I tend too grate away from chain restaurants.

Waited waaaaay too long for food that never came. Many better choices in town than this Red Lobster.

Came with a party of 6 and had called ahead 30 minutes prior to. Waited 10 minutes for a table, and was stuck in a corner in 1/2 a booth with chairs around. The server was personable when she greeted us 10 minutes after we were seated. She did not bring us the famous cheddar biscuits until the appetizers arrived, which were incomplete (missing a salad). When the meal arrived (missing an entrée), entrees were served without the baked potatoes for the whole table. They finally arrived after 8-9 minutes. The food was served hot and was quite tasty. No issues there at all. We had a coupon from Red Lobster corporate and was told by the server that the manager would need to come by and approve it. After waiting 10 minutes, the server came back and said she had been told just to take it. When the bill arrived, we had been up-charged for substitutions that we were not informed about when we ordered. We asked for a manager and waited 10 more minutes for him to arrive. He (Brian, the kitchen manager) was pleasant and acknowledged we should have been told, and adjusted the check with an apology.

My first warning should have been the manager arguing with the staff on the dining room floor, but after a long drive I was not interested in going elsewhere. The food was good, however within 8 hours I was throwing up with the onset of food poisoning. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

We have been here twice.....oh God what were we thinking by going back for more bad service, and mediocre food !!! Both visits got us the worst servers we've ever had on the planet....!! Not only were they both inattentive, they slopped ice all over the floor, seemed to have some sort of "chemical imbalance".....as they were flippant, off-hand, discourteous and making overly familiar remarks to us. And we were celebrating our anniversary, and really had hoped for a nice quiet memorable meal. On our second visit, I had the Walt's Favorite shrimp, which I usually order at other locations. Usually this is a good item, but this time the shrimp were hard, overcooked little nuggets. The Caesar salad was also not as good as I've had at other locations previously. My husband's shrimp fettucine had rubbery shrimp, but the fettucine was okay. Our drink glasses were allowed to get empty, as the waiter would "fly by" the table, and kept saying he hadn't forgotten what we had asked for.....We never got the bread we had asked for......while other tables nearby did. .We did notice that other tables had more attentive waiters. We won't EVER go back to this location, and will be quite reluctant to go to any Red Lobster, if this is an example of their food quality. This place needs to do conduct a review of their servers, and perhaps a drug screening or two.

Ick! The only thing that keeps this place going is the cheddar biscuits. I had a giftcard to here and I haven't been in years since I got food poisoning from the same exact spot. I got the Maine lobster with shrimp skewers.... They butchered and burned the lobster, and the broccoli was unbearably salty! The pilaf and shrimp was alright hence the 2 stars. Service was slow and inattentive, after waiting 10 min for lemon I had to ask twice for, I went to the bar and got it myself. The waiter was busy going on about the Kentucky ball game on tv instead of offering us bread, which we also asked for. Never coming back for sure.

Normally I don't leave a bad review unless the place is really bad. I usually love Red Lobster, but not this time. I ordered crabs legs as usual and they had no taste and possibly just bad fish, and the butter sauce made it worse. I told the waitress about it and she said she would tell the manager, not sure if she did or not. If I owned a restaurant, and there was a problem I would have at least had a conversation with the customer and maybe offer something different to eat or a percentage off or something.
