I hate gas stations as a rule, and American gas stations, in southern states, in heavily populated areas, are some of the worst in the universe. This Pilot station is on "the Strip" on the University of Tennessee campus, and it shares all the drawbacks one might expect: terrible parking, thoughtless and inconsiderate customers, and a careless staff. I only go here because it's the least objectionable gas station on campus and not the most cluster-fuct Pilot station in town.
