Whenever I come to this one the service is always really good and fast. They always have more than one person working whenever I'm there which is a bonus if your waiting for a bus. Very peaceful atmosphere and surprising cleaner than your typical restaurant unlike McDonald's or Burger King. I ordered the chipotle chicken Panini for $7.49 and was shocked. I didn't know if it was the fact that I haven't had a Panini in a while but it looked huge. Seriously, bigger than my hand. I also got a strawberry and creme scone for 99 cents instead of it being regular priced at $2.49 because if you get a sandwich you can add a bakery item for 99 cents. The place also has outdoor seating and does accept credit cards. It's big and wonderful!

This location is packed at lunch time. Though I think every Panera I've been to at lunch is always packed. Get a sandwich & soup, or grab a bagel for the next day's breakfast. I'm partial to the cinnamon ones.

Love Panera Bread but this location seems almost too busy. Good food but it seemed a little understaffed during lunch last Saturday...

Note to Panera Bread: if I order your soup and sandwich combo, why in the world do I want a bag of chips. I'm just saying. I get that's the option when you order a sandwich, but I just can't eat that much! I always just take it for a later snack, which is fine, but it's annoying. Know why it's annoying? It just comes across very corporate-America to me, in that, there's no personalization (not that you can't get a sandwich the way you like it, but it doesn't even phase these people the inordinate amounts of food their throwing at you) and if you'd like a robot to be serving you from behind a counter then we're your place to eat!!! On another note, this is a typical Panera Bread. It's a slightly upper scale sandwich, soup and goody shop. It's good stuff. It's pretty par for me, though. I find myself going here when I'm in suburbia-America, because it's usually the nicest place to grab some lunch in the strip mall. I prefer something a little artsier, off the beaten path (can't wait to try Knoxville TN's Tomato Head!) (oh, just wondering, is Tomato Head a chain?), but in a pinch Panera Bread does it for me. Oh, specifically, I thought this one was a little cleaner than most? Enjoy that sandwich, soup, oh yeah, AND a bag of chips!

I once fished a very alive, still wriggling spider out of my bowl of broccoli cheese soup at this Panera. The befuddled manager, somehow oblivious to my disgust, offered me another bowl of allegedly spiderless soup, but I wasn't having it. Thanks, but no thanks, guy. There's no way I'm running the chance of inadvertently chomping into a cockroach next time.

So this seems to be the go to place for bagels and causal food. I love their wide range of bagels but I can't say this is the best since I grew up in NYC. I also love their cream cheese flavors and their bulk deals. The staff were fast and efficient. Their bagel slicer was impressive and I wish I had enough time to toast all the bagels because who doesn't love a toasted bagel? But their bagels still taste good not toasted.

Always a great experience coming here. Service is fast and welcoming and friendly, and the menu is unique. Panera over Starbucks any day!

I am a fan of Panera's in general, but this location has more flaws than is average (or for that matter acceptable). Tables and seating are always dirty. Bathroom is always dirty and poorly stocked. The place is buzzing with flies, probably because the food prep area and the rest of the restaurant are not kept clean. Employees are often too busy having private conversations to properly prepare meals; they also snack on food while preparing meals for others, which is quite disgusting.

I like Panera Bread, but I don't like this specific restaurant. The service is extremely slow, no matter how empty the restaurant is. I took my dad for breakfast before, & we only ordered bagels, but we were waiting for over 15 minutes.
