So disappointing... our filet tasted like the cheapest cut of sirloin and it tasted as if the rub was put on last minute. Oh, and it wasn't prepared as we ordered. No sear at all. Wow... an all around waste of money and my Saturday night. First time in years that my experience was so bad... so terrible that I've taken the time to write this post. Ugj!!!

Great service from bartenders, Vonda, Sherri. Super fun time, everyone had a great time. Definitely order food, fun to eat at the bar. Very engaging bartenders and very good food and drinks. Great time for all!

Let's be honest; I come to Outback Steakhouse to get a good steak at a reasonable price. I also come for the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under. I am in town for work and decided to try this location. I arrived about 6:45 pm and did not not have to wait. The server was friendly and mostly prompt. I usually get the Outback Special sirloin with salad and baked potato. This time I went with the Porterhouse Pork-chop served with mashed potato's and steamed veggies. Food was served prompt, HOT and very tasty. I do lot live in the Knoxville area, so I cannot say that every person will experience the same. I enjoyed my meal and will stop by if I ever make it town again.

Classic steaks? I loved the Outback for years, then they got the idea to make steaks "wood fired". Taste like a two by four. So they said next time ask for classic steak as in old recipe. Went back and got "classic" it was so salty my heart pounded in my chest. I found out they now add 17 seasonings to their classic steaks. Then they said next Time as for no spices. Then the manager gave me a free desert. How can I stop them from "improving" my steaks. Good steak don't need 17 spices. It ain't chicken from KFC. I love the salads if I can get Them from screwing with my beef.

By far the worst steak I've ever had. Traveling for work and staying at the Hilton which is a 30 walk from Outback, I decided to grab a steak for convenience. Expectations were non-existent. Annnnd WOW. I ask for a medium rare ribeye which I find is WELL-done once I get back to my hotel room to cut into it. Way overcooked and tough to eat not to mention was absolutely covered in salt to the point I had to dab the top of my ribeye with a napkin. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Would have rather spend my $22 on a steak from the hotel.

Ordered a shock top and after waiting sometime was informed they were out. That was fine so we ordered another beer. Ordered a bloomin onion and then our drinks came and we ordered dinner. My Caesar salad arrived before the app. The Caesar came without croutons. When I asked for some I was told they were out. The onion came out in a clump and we had to cut it apart instead of it pulling apart as normal so we did not eat it. My filet was good but the string peas were not cleaned or stringed so I could not chew them without pulling the strings out. Never saw a manager. Second time in a row the food quality was poor. We were also seated near the Togo area and the team kept walking outside to smoke and could smell the smoke while eating in the back booth.

It has been slightly over a year since I have eaten at Outback, prior I would go weekly due to extensive business travel. Portions are smaller and prices are up. Service at this establishment was horrible! I noticed and overheard others make statements as well. Should have noticed something was wrong when the establishment next door their lot was packed and Outback was half full. I do not recommend this restaurant does not meet their standards.

Some of my relatives like this place so I wound up there. Prawns tasted a bit odd. Broccoli was very good. Service was good. Green beans tasted off.

Easily one of the worst steaks I have ever had. I got one of the $9.99 sirloin specials (the sirloin diablo). To say this steak was chewy and tough as beef jerky is an insult to beef jerky. I alerted my server to this and he was attentive as was the manager however this is my second bad experience at an Outback and rest assured there will not be a third. Oh and the pepper cream sauce on the steak, don't go there. Sorry Outback the best place for that steak was out back...in the dumpster.

Outback is always reliable. It's good, fairly cheap, and consistent. This location keeps up that tradition. Great steaks and our waitress kept the refills coming. I really love the bar area and seem to get better service when I sit here. I always enjoy my experience at this place.

By far, the best Outback I've visited. Our waiter was extremely nice and friendly. He had many tables while we there, but somehow we never had to wait for service. Our glasses stayed full, and he was in and out of our table, so he wasn't interrupting our conversation, if you will. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, which is hard because I like mine medium, and my husband prefers medium rare. The other foods we enjoyed (sweet potato fries, broccoli, and salads) were spot on. The prices were competitive. Our total purchase with a glass of beer was $26!! I certainly will be returning.

The quality, consistency and level of service and food has really gone downhill at this location. It used to be one of my favorite takeout places, but continued mistakes in my orders and a lessening quality of the menu items (tougher steaks, MUCH less cheese & bacon on the cheese fries, fewer croutons on the salads, etc) have really lessened the overall experience and taken this place from a 4 to a 2 in my book;(.

All I can say is Wow. I am sitting in the restaurant and all of a sudden the lights come on and the music goes off. True, it's 10:32 pm and the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm but wow. It was completely rude! The waiter stalked us the entire time watching us from a nearby booth...where we could see him. When we got into the parking lot all the lights were out. The Food Was Good but the service, the uncomfortable rushing and instant turn off after 10:30 make the trip not worth it. Too many other delicious places in the area.

We were traveling back home to Florida and stopped to eat! The staff was SUPER nice and very attentive, the place was packed and everything came out hot, fast.

Walked in and the place was not that busy...ordered a 10 oz. ribeye with baked potato and a salad. I ordered it medium well, just light pink in the middle... They nailed it. Just pink in the middle like I love it!! Great waitress...wonderful staff. Hats off to the chef..... Will return again...

I've eaten at this Outback several times and never been disappointed. The steaks are always excellent as is the service. Even when there has been a wait, and I know how busy they've been, our food has come out fast and very tasty. Overall the service has been great. Cudos to the managers and asst managers for staying on the ball and keeping what I'm certain is a chaotic time, appear to the customers as just any other day. For me, always a great experience.
