My mom and I stopped to eat here after shopping. We had a delightful experience! Our server was Chelsea, who was so very friendly, welcoming, and proficient! Our meals were excellent, and the manager was visible, stopping at tables and visiting with the restaurant patrons! It was my birthday and Chelsea brought me a free mini-dessert with a lit candle in it! We will definitely be returning here to eat!

What?? Only 2 stars for here?? Not sure what the previous reviewers didn't like, but I'd like to say this is always a great dinner when we go. This time, we had a funny and fantastic server, Michael. He was friendly and energetic, never missing a beat. He refilled our glasses regularly, engaged in conversation and made suggestions. Our meals at Olive garden are always delicious. We went last week when I was tired and hungry and I had a great time. The food was served quick and hot. No delay in anything from start to finish. As always, a great dinner!

Our visit started off on the wrong path with a new server but after management stepped in to offer a new table we had a positive experience. When you're in the service industry you have to take care of your customers, if you simply can't, maybe you shouldn't be a server. We ordered calamari for appetizer - they were very fresh! For our main dish we had chicken Alfredo pasta and shrimp Alfredo pasta. They were both really good. The plates where hot and the Alfredo source was yummy! If you have an issue with one of your servers just ask for a manager to move you to a new table. Our new server Elizabeth was great!

I typically dislike chain restaurants. Olive Garden, and in particular the bar area of this Olive Garden, has always proven to be an outstanding choice for a meal. I have spent many lunches sitting in this bar and have always had excellent customer service (especially from casey and that bartender that looks like the guy from Firefly), food, and value. the food is not the best italian in the world, but it is always tasty and an excellent price especially at lunch. I have never once looked at my bill and said "it wasnt worth it." the guy that manages is an all-star, the employees look happy, and the place is always hopping. keep up the good work...

We had a guest in from out of town she wanted to go eat here. I do not recommend this location. The waiter was horrible, we ordered 2 soups and 3 salads received 5 salad plates no soup. Came back two more times before he remembered the soup. Then he asked if we wanted another bowl to which I replied yes only to never receive the soup. Dinner came and it was mediocre at best. Our family has gone to the other location several times and always had excellent service and wonderful hot food. Also when he brought the bread it was rock hard and we informed him of this to which he replied I figured. Seriously?

Not a fan of the Olive Garden. I am never satisfied and leave hungry every time. I did recently go and it was better, so I raised my stars.

I try their Sicilian Scampi appetizer and was pleased with it. The new Capellini di Mare leaves something to desire, while the tour of Italy was o.k. For some reason the L.A. franchises taste better. The service was terrible! after we sat down, and waited and waited.... for the menu, after about 10 minutes we finally decided to ask for it. Our bread didn't make it our table until 20 plus minutes. All of this bad service took place before lunch time the restaurant was empty, I would certainly will consider if it was during a heavy rush time of lunch or diner.

Just came in for lunch. Soup and salad, good price, good food. The soup and salad lunch is a great deal and is very satisfying.

Service was excellent. I ordered the classic lasagna. Is it just me or is lasagna serving getting smaller?

Brought in a party of 22, was seated immediately. Excellent service by Cassie and her assistant. Clean location, fast service, delicious food. I'm really impressed that they allowed for 5 different checks and didn't charge us the typical 18% that most restaurants do. We still tipped well because the service was extraordinary.

Most horrible meal ever at this Olive Garden. I don't know what is going on with the management. Is it new cook or don't know how to cook. I would assume everything at a chain restaurant is well structured. The fact the server screw up the entrees. The appetizer was brought to us after our entrees. Bread was not server until entree and appetizer are on the table. This place needs some serious training for the front house and back house. Food: Alfredo sauce tasted like butter. Chicken texture was rubbery and taste like nugget. Veggie soup was old and mushy. Chicken gnocchi was super water down and the dumpling wasn't thoroughly cooked. Hopefully the turkey creek Olive Garden can do better.

Utk ordered lunch from here and my review might be biases because I don't like to waste my calorie consumption on food chains, especially fast food. Minestrone soup - has shell pasta, the broth is a tad salty but that's because I have a tongue that can easily detect salt. It's basically vegetable soup with pasta. Bread stick - I think Olive Garden is known for their long, thin, soft, bread sticks. I can't say it taste good cold though. Salad - light mixed greens The unlimited soup and salad is a pretty good deal. I can't say I'm a huge fan of their veggie options but meat eaters seem to love it. Overall, I can't say my review is that useful. I've been to Olive Garden a few times due to majority rules and I usually try to find something with the least amount of sodium. If you're concerned about sodium intake, don't get soup.

The server was very unknowledgeable about the menu choices and seemed like a new employee. Very slow. Although, the entrees' were prepared well...hot. The atmosphere was good. Clean. Would recommend. Needs better servers.

First time in a long time we had the best service and great food. Tyler, our waiter, was on point with all suggestions. Make sure to ask for him.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
