what a diamond in the rough! my 6yo son has been a few times and always says how great it is. he's spot on. i had some sort of spicy noodle dish that was terrific. it was clean and service was great. i can't wait to go back. prices were super fair and i like the portion options and calorie info. well done!

Great for a fast dinner or takeout. Variety of noodle based meals, from Pad Thai to penne rosa. Staff is polite, and the food is consistently good.

I frequent this place, & I am never disappointed with the taste. The portions are decent for the price. More often than not, I end up taking home half a regular bowl. The only beef I have with this place is that they often mess up orders with small things. For example, there could be bean sprouts in your Mac & cheese, elbow macaroni in your spaghetti, or meat in something you requested without. I've learned to just eat around it & pick it out of my food, but it's carelessness to me.

Interesting concept for a fast-casual place. the menu is a hodgepodge of oriental, Thai, Italian, and 'American' (mostly mac&cheese variants). Everything I've had (Japanese fat noodles and pad Thai), has been pretty good. Limited selection of beer and wine. Not up to the standards of what I would expect at a sit-down, single cuisine restaurant, but very good for fast casual. We'll definitely be back

All the pasta is so good! My favorite one is the whole wheat linguine dish. The prices are great too a regular size, which can feed two people in my opinion, is around $5.25. A small is around $4.25, that is just enough for one person. I haven't tried the sandwiches yet, but assume they are good, they look tasty. Hope y'all enjoy your noodles ha. OH, you can do take out also If you are in a rush.

I love going to get the Thai Curry soup, one of my personal favorites! Whenever I go it is pretty calm and not drastically busy (4-6pm my time). I'm always helped kindly and they have speedy service. I tried the pot stickers and loved them!

We have eaten here several times over the past year or so. Always fresh and delicious. We have never had a bad meal here. Service is friendly and fast. Food is always piping hot. Don't be afraid to ask and the staff will direct you to something new and again delicious.

Noodles and Co. can be hit or miss, but it's always yummy enough (or perhaps convenient enough) to make me return. Obviously they're known for pasta, but I'm currently involved in a love affair with the Med Salad. It's so unique, especially for a quick lunch. There are several interesting components to it, like tossing plain pasta in with the greens, and the yogurt dressing is so different (and tasty!). If you want pasta, I hear really good things about the Penne Rosa or the Japanese Udon. Solid bets, according to my boyfriend/faithful dining partner. There can be crowds around lunch time, but the line moves quickly and food comes out in a very timely manner. Parking can be difficult since this location is on the Strip, but if you're like me, you're only in this area if you're walking. All in all, this a nice break from the Strip's somewhat monotonous fast food offerings. It's at least worth a try!

Noodles! I'm usually avoid carbs but this was worth every calorie! I tend to find pasta taster the day after but this was very good fresh and still good when it loses the warmth. It's better than I thought. It might be due to hunger... But overall, the swirly pasta with mushroom, the penne with veggies and the tomato sauce spaghetti was very good. It didn't taste like it came from a can of sauce but I could be wrong. Utk tends to order this for catering so they must offer a good deal.

They were voted number 1 for speedy service. The food is amazing!! I love the Bangkok Curry and Caesar Salad. Friendly Quick Service. Even when parking can be a problem they have parking underneath the store and it's free.

Great service. I love the penne rosa with chicken parm; I get it almost every time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the mac and cheese. There was no seasoning or bread crumbs or anything. It was about the same as Kraft mac and cheese. But everything else I've had was amazing!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
