I ordered Chinese Mongolian with fried rice, Japanese Kasumi Tofu with steamed rice, which was to be served with salad and soup, and 2 spring rolls. I placed the order through GrubHub. The estimated delivery time was 62 to 72 minutes after the order was placed. When the food finally arrived 1 hour and 42 minutes after it was placed, I was surprised to see that it was delivered by Doorstep Delivery, an additional company in the process of which I had been unaware. When I opened the bag, I found that the salad consisted of a very few pieces of Iceburg lettuce swimming in dressing. There was no soup, and both dinners were accompanied by steamed rice. In addition, the shrimp sauce container was upside down and the (unordered) sauce had spilled inside the bag coating all of the containers. I complained to GrubHub who refunded me $5 on the order in addition to sending me $10 in coupons. According to the GrubHub representative who called me, both Doorstep Delivery and Kasumi insisted that the soup and fried rice were delivered and refused to deliver the missing food. The Japanese Kasumi Tofu was fairly good, but I can't comment on the Chinese Mongolian, since I ordered it for my son, and he never had a chance to taste it, because he had to leave for work before the order arrived.

The menu is large and varied, it was harder for us to decide what to try because we wanted to make sure we sampled some variety of the menu. It was ok, good for a stop but not something we crave.

Not sure if it was apple or yelp's fault, but the directions to this place brought us the opposite direction off of the exit. But we found it in the end and were very pleased. I got the Szechuan chicken which was served with an egg roll and fried rice. It wasn't amazing by any standards, but much better than your normal fast food. My dad got pad Thai which he said was fantastic. There are 3 parts to the menu, Chinese, Japanese and Thai, so they have lots of quick tasty options. We had our food and were out the door about 10-15 minutes after ordering. Both people we dealt with were patient and kid. Solid, fast choice on the road.

So I usually avoid strip mall restaurants--and don't get me wrong, you're not paying a lot for the ambience here. But the place is clean and the food and service are absolutely first class! Their Thai dishes are out of this world, but they make some remarkable Japanese dishes as well. All this great food is reasonably priced. For all those reasons, we keep coming back!

Very authentic Thai food. My chili basil dish is one of the best I've had.

We must have caught this place on an off-day. Seriously, our waiter was one of the rudest I have ever experienced. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years, as such I always try to be a good customer and this was just uncalled for. The food was equally unpalatable. The sauces were thin and tasteless...unless you count the overwhelming amount of salt. Not to mention the amount of vegetables and meat were mediocre. Like I said, maybe we just happened to be there on a "bad day", but we won't be back to find out.

Awesome Thai food and just off the interstate. I recommend the Drunken Noodle! Prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food.

This little gem of a restaurant has been around in one form or another for awhile, but recently, it knocked out a wall, took over the space next door and changed up its' menu to include Japanese, Thai and Chinese food. For the Japanese fare, they have an authentic Japanese sushi chef; for the Chinese food, they have an authentic Chinese chef; for the Thai, well let's just say it's pretty darn good no matter who's cooking. The menu and pricing varies based upon whether it's lunch or dinner. Either way, the prices are extremely reasonable, the food amounts generous and the taste is outstanding! On our most recent visit (May 2012) I had the General Tsao Chicken and my wife had the Kung pao chicken. We had not had either of these entrees at this restaurant, so we asked if we might have a small ramekin of each of the sauces before ordering. Our waitress was eager to please us and brought the sauces out, both of which were so delightful, they could be consumed as soup. Both entrees arrived and were presented nicely, steaming hot, and colorful. The chicken was succulent and the vegetables au dente. We chose fried rice which was tasty, but mildly disappointing because it was just rice -- no peas, corn, peppers or other colorful condiments mixed in with it. The inside atmosphere is inviting with lots of exposed hardwood and comfortable chairs or booths. They currently do not yet have their liquor license, so soft drinks, water and tea are all that can be imbibed. Nice place, nice people, wonderful food, fabulous prices!

Lady who took our order seem nice but after receiving our dishes, we were extremely disappointed. My wife ordered Phad Kee Mao and I ordered the Cashew Nut Chicken that was recommended by the server. Both dishes were so salty as if it was doused in soy sauce and fish sauce. My wife didn't even eat her dish...all they did was apologize. They didn't offer anything to make it better for our experience.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this strip-mall style restaurant. I ordered what I thought would be a safe dish - Pad Thai- as an entree and the veggie spring roll for an appetizer. While the outside of the spring roll was nice and crunchy, the inside of the spring roll was disgusting- there is no other word. It was soggy, mushy and flavorless. Truly gross. I have never eaten a veggie spring roll that. The Pad Thai entree was a disappointment as well. A strange metallic or chemical flavor ran throughout the dish - a sign something was rancid. I stopped eating after a few bites and called it a day. My husband couldn't finish his meal (Sesame Chicken) either. He said it was overcooked and tasted of fish. He said he could have gotten better food out of a vending machine. Ouch! Our friend continued to eat her salad and enjoyed it. We stayed and talked for a while, but I finished my water and was never once offered a refill. The waitress was nice when she brought the food, but never offering more water when there are few customers is poor service, IMO. I am surprised this place is still around, but it must be because of interstate traffic. Locals know where better Thai food is in Knoxville.
