Juice Bar Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.

Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

I ordered the green smoothie. It was flavorful and the service was great. The place looks clean, and rustic. Very inviting.

I got a Berry Good Smoothie and it was very good! I like that it was a real smoothie not a sugar ridden excuse for fruit. It was incredibly fresh tasting and delicious. Definitely the right treat for a hot day. The parking is a little bit tricky because they are so busy! No worries about lines though, they make your juice/smoothie so fast, I was shocked! The outdoor seating area is very shady and the perfect place for people watching. I can't wait to go back!

So far I had nothing but great service here. The location is a little odd and the parking lot is tiny. When entering you'll find that the place is super clean, and a cool atmosphere. This is not really a restaurant but a juice bar. So don't come really expecting more than that. Occasionally they have salads, and maybe a little more. Overall it's juice and smoothies. First things first the prices are a little steep for what you are getting. But take into consideration that these are fresh fruits, and ingredients. I pretty much had every drink here, and they are all great in their own respect. Some of course are better than others depending on your taste. So get what you like or what sounds good, and you should be ok. If you are looking for a 3-4 dollar drink, go get a bottled juice from Earthfaire. Here you find drinks from 5-10, some may even be higher. You are paying for the freshness. Also consider to make a full fresh drink it takes a lot of fresh ingredients, and I have found that in the end you get a quality juice. Just don't expect some cheap ingredients from a bag, well at least I hope not.

When I first saw this place turning into a juice bar I was overly excited! And I have not been disappointed... The service has always been friendly, knowledgable and patient while you pick apart their menu. I almost always get the Orange You Glad - it's really just a feel good drink that tastes delicious! I've tried many other things, including the power shots, and have never been disappointed. It is a clean environment and the door to the back is always open so you know they're not filling your drink with Cranberry Apple cocktail juice. Don't forget to register your phone number for your free drink and your discount texts! Love you bearden juice bar and I hope you're here forever.

The juices are served cold which is sooo much better than getting them room temp at EarthFare. It's more expensive but worth it. My favorite is ginger greens. Trying the one day juice cleanse program. Definitely check this spot out if you enjoy fresh juices and smoothies !

Super duper healthy smoothies! You can definitely taste thr difference from Smoothie King!!! Tastes really fresh and delicious! I tried the Very Berry Strawberry and the Mint to Be. The strawberry smoothie tastes very typical but still yummy. I recommend it for those of you who like sweet tasting drinks. The mint one has such an explosive burst of citrus flavors that captures your tastes buds every single sip~ try it out!

This place is near where G lives, so we went here. I had a coffee, which is made fresh per cup. The menu says they have two sizes, but they only have one and each one takes about 4 minutes. It must be a pour over coffee. The coffee was good. G had a juice entitled fresh greens. He liked it and said it tasted like what he used to juice fresh himself. I tasted it. It was ok, just not my preferred flavor. My coffee was priced similar to that of a coffee house. I'm not sure how the juice prices compare to other places. The smalls are around $5.50. The decor and atmosphere feel very modern. I do like the quality of the place. Everything is fresh and there are no additives like that of some chain smoothie places. I noticed on the menu that they have plans for detox and weight loss. It's not cheap, but the quality is there.

Ok. Can we just talk about how much I love this place? I'm not really sure where to start in singing it's praises from the mountaintops. Let's start with actually being greeted by the employees when we walked in the shop. They were all genuinely happy and helpful. (I hope this lasts after the excitement of the new job is gone.) We were given samples of 3 of their fresh made juices. (Fresh Greens, Orange You Glad, and We Got the Beet) All three were amazing and refreshing, which is saying something because I'd typically rather eat rocks than kale or beets. They were balanced and refreshing, without being too sweet. After being walked through the menu (Sorry employees for all 9,025 questions), we settled on a Mint to Be Smoothie and a Blue Chocolatta (without banana). My Mint to Be smoothie was maybe the best that I have ever had! Bits of fresh green mint sprinkled the yellow smoothie and it was tropical without being too sweet! The Blue Chocolatta was tasty, but not something that I would order regularly. It would be a great substitute for a meal with the almond butter in it. My boyfriend loved it and said it reminded him of chocolate ice cream. An employee suggested that next time he try it with added whey for added creaminess. We also ordered 2 shots of The Energizer. To be honest, this was completely out of curiosity. Their essential oil shots are shots of coconut water with drops of essential oils on top in various combinations, depending on desired effect. The Energizer has peppermint & wild orange oils. We both loved them. They were super smooth to go down and the only flavor that you are left with is the peppermint. It's like an energizing breath mint! People complain about it being pricy, but I think the prices are pretty on par. The 16oz smoothie that I had was less than $6, which would give Smoothie King a run for their money and the smoothie was a billion times better! The essential oil shots run about $3. I don't think it's unreasonable at all, for what you're getting. Eating healthy isn't cheap. That's what it boils down to! I can't wait to go back and try everything.....maybe not all at one time.

Nice to have a juice bar in Knoxville, and a great location across from Earth Fare. Staff was super friendly and willing to walk you through the process. Reminds me a bit of the juice bars in LA. Lots of variety on the food. I had a delicious vegan muffin for breakfast. And I'm not vegan, it was just good. I will be going back for sure. They have a rewards program as well. The service was surprisingly fast for a juice bar. I can't comment on the add-ins, and I didn't see fresh wheatgrass growing, but overall great addition to Knoxville's health scene.

I'm so glad to see that Knoxville has a juice bar! This place offers juices, smoothies, cleanses, shots, edible essential oils, gluten free/vegan treats, quinoa salad and other small bites, add-ons (probiotics, spirulina, etc), and of course - friendly service. Might I add, they also offer a customer loyalty program. Buy 7 and and the 8th one free When you are on the go and dont have much time to sit, eat, and enjoy. Come here and get juiced/smoothied. I came here and made my own concoction of cucumber( my base), kale, lemon, and ginger. Sounds gross, right? When you order kale, you know exactly what you're in for and I opt for the option to have it more than 2oz of kale in my juice. Go strong. If you're a newb and curious to this whole juice craze, order from the menu as there are more palatable options. Once you get that down, you can go for the build your own option. Do good for your body and the reward will be longevity. Phone free establishment to provide you the best customer service possible. Sorry no phone orders. Side note: I would love to see tumeric added on the menu please.

The doc smoothie is not worth it. There's a high change my drink didn't taste good because I chose to make some replacements but the drink tasted like mixed berries only. I didn't taste any mint or anything else. IT was pure berries. I was also upset with them for just adding juice to increase the total amount. They gave me a smaller portion than what I ordered and she just added juice...I did not pay a whole meals worth for a smoothie with majority juice.

The Juice Bar is a relatively new establishment in Bearden, and in my opinion, it is exactly what the area needed. They offer so much more than juice (salads, homemade protein bars, etc), and the staff is so helpful! You can also sign up for text promotions and discounts. I get a few a month offering 10-15% off my purchase. Super refreshing!

Thankful Knoxville finally has a juice bar. I remember a few times craving a freshly squeezed glass of juice and having to resort to store bought carton juice. This place has solved my dilemma. Located just across the street from Mayo, this place offers a wide variety of juices, smoothies and other healthy little snacks (read granola bars). You have the option of picking from their premade juice menu (usually stored in the refrigerator) or having them make you your concoction while you wait. I believe the premade juice stored in the fridge are made fresh every day. Service is friendly enough and the two juices I have tried have been very good. A little bit on the expensive side (a 24oz cup cost about 8.00 with tax) but still worth the price. I have plans to try their juice cleanse or juice for dinner someday. I hope Knoxville keeps them in business. Definitely a positive addition for us!

So this place is pretty nice. The juice is delicious! The salads are delicious. ! Vegan Spring Rolls delicious. What I do not like is that they make the juice ahead of time. It seems you can't submit special orders. Also, once I checked my emailed receipt I realized they charged me twice for an order of spring rolls. I tried to call them to ask them to correct it and take the extra one off my card, but they didn't answer and don't have a voicemail. Not the best first impression of a place.

Now his is a great place. I ordered my "Orange you glad" drink and by the time I had swiped and signed the square reader it was in my hand. Beautiful inside. Very friendly staff and very educated. Very patient while I tried to figure out my order. Do yourself a favor and dump tropical smoothie cafe.

So happy to see a juice bar in Knoxville! Typical juice bar fare, smoothies, and food, e.g. salads, yogurt parfaits. If you say you're there for the first time, they'll provide samples of their most popular juices - "sweet greens," "what's up, doc," and "we've got the beet." They also offer a frequency card; every 9th or 10th juice/item free.

I just stopped in for a shot of wheatgrass and I'm giving this place three stars for its potential, but it's a low 3*. There are enticing options on the menu, and I did get a sample of one of their smoothies, which was really tasty. My only gripe about the service was that the wheatgrass they used was taken from a bag, not cut from a tray of growing wheatgrass (like you might expect). This meant that it took a long time to get enough liquid for a 4 ounce shot of wheatgrass, and when I got it it didn't taste like fresh wheatgrass. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I'm really glad the Knoxville has a juice bar now. I'm not sure how long we're going to have a juice bar, though, because this place had at least six employees working when I went, and despite the premium pricing for their products, I'm not sure they can cover their overhead long enough to build a solid customer base. I hope I'm wrong, but you should go check this place out and form your own opinion.

Found this place while in Knoxville and I am so happy I did! Those days you need to just feel extra clean and energetic start your day off with one of their pre-made juices or smoothies or if you are comfortable with making your own go right ahead! I made my own getting a cucumber base and added kale and pineapple. They also had different additives like ginger, protein, spirulina, and wheatgrass! I absolutely love adding spirulina so I took them up on it. I asked the women if they had any raw vegan products and she showed me a little area where they had food like salads, yogurts, and bars. A women from Asheville makes their raw vegan bars and I bought two; pumpkin and peanut butter. The ingredients are right on the package and it has 25 grams of protein. I highly recommend stopping by this place if ever in or going through Knoxville!

This place is great! Very friendly staff members who are always willing to take the to explain the different products they offer. Prices are fair for what you receive. All of the items are fresh and are made right in front of you. Only thing missing from making this place a 5 star is outdoor seating.

Clean, aesthetically pleasing, tasty. The service was wonderful. It's not just juice! They have smoothies, salads, a soup of the day, and healthy shots. I got a carrot, Apple, kale, ginger juice and it was tasty. I will definitely go back!

i'm very excited about juice bar-Bearden finally being open! I'm a lover of their juices and smoothies as well as their great cleanse options that I have come to enjoy at their other locations. I know the people of Knoxville will enjoy them as well. Though I love the juice bars I have frequented in the past, I'm being generous and rating the juice bar- Bearden with two stars. Sadly due to service, not product. Here is why...Monday morning I went in at 7:30 AM to order a one-day, 4- juice cleanse and was un-welcomed by two rude employees. When I ordered the cleanse, the woman simply said "we request a two-hour notice for cleanse juices". Nothing else I advised I came early to beat the crowd and the only notation on the website was that if you place your order on Saturday to be picked up Monday you receive a 10% discount, not that it was requested for all Monday pickups. I was the only customer in the store and the refrigerator already had prepared juices in it. They advised I could place an order to pick up later or for tomorrow. With their store closing so early, that is not an option for my work schedule unfortunately. I decided not to place an order. I learned that the only way, though not mentioned on the website, to pickup on Monday mornings is to order Saturday (though they advise to consume within 3 days of pickup which would require ordering Monday for Tuesday also if cleansing more than 1-2 days). This gave me a negative impression due to my ordering 4 juices is no different that a family of 4 coming in and each ordering a juice. I think the owners should take note that directly across the street from them is Earthfare, who will happily make 4 juices for you anytime ordered (which I did on Sunday because juice bar is closed) and they are less expensive with much more flexible hours. Earthfare will also be nearby with the soon to open Turkey Creek location. Something to consider.....good customer service would have been to tell me they request two hour notices for juice preparation for future notice but make them since I was there and the only customer.
