This place was fantastic - friendly service, great selection and delicious food. I had the hibachi chicken and shrimp and my co-worker had a couple of sushi rolls. Edamame, salad and soup were fresh and tasty, too. All the little details were spot on here - in the end we were extremely satisfied and the price was right. Enjoy!

Absolutely excellent food for the price range. One of the cheaper sushi places in the area with a very knowledgeable owner and chef. Only reason it's not 5 stars to me is because of the lack of the more unique fish, which is understandable for the location and demand for such fish. All in all, excellent choice for sushi, hibachi, or Chinese style entrees.

My favorite spot!! The staff is very welcoming. The food is more than delicious. The LED wall is a fun feature. Their to-go service is the best I've seen, they never forget anything!

Excellent sushi! This place is great for hibachi, traditional Asian dishes like sesame chicken & sushi. We've been getting takeout once a week and the food is excellent!

This place is great! Love the LED lighting. Adds a nice feel to the restaurant. Restaurant staff are friendly, although they didn't give us the correct amount of silverware and we had to point it out. I like how the manager walks around and actually serves food! Shows that he's dedicated to making sure your restaurant experience is good. Tables here are very clean. Floor is pretty good as well, although the bathrooms leave something to be desired. The TVs are a bit too quiet. I couldn't hear it from about a table away, so I wish they'd turn on the captions. Shouldn't be an issue if you're here with friends. Sushi here is consistent. Doesn't take too long for it to come out; around 10-15 minutes for a plate. There's only one chef making the sushi out front. Fish tastes fresh, and their special rolls are designed very well. I recommend the eel avocado roll and the American Dream -- both taste excellent. Really great experience. Love their promotion for special rolls. Great lunch spot! They definitely have some of the best sushi in town.

This nice little restaurant is located in the Rocky Hill shopping center near Butler and Bailey market. Event though it is small and tucked away in a strip mall, the atmosphere is great, with cool touches of LED lighting here and there. Ichiban offers a huge variety of Japanese, Chinese and Thai. I had a chicken dish with a spicy coconut sauce and it was delicious, and the portion was large. The leftovers were a nice lunch the following day. I didn't try the sushi, but others were ordering it and it looked good. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. I'm happy that this place is so convenient to me, and will definitely be back.

Came here off a referral from a friend...couldn't be happier with food and the service. You would never know how nice this place is from the parking lot. Eric the manager couldn't be nicer. The sushi is super fresh. Restaurant is nicely decorated. Fantastic all the way around... Oh yeah it's not expensive either. Highly recommend!!!

Unbelievable!! This is what Knoxville needed! An unpretentious place to get wicked good sushi that's not price-gouged by some pretentious hipster. And in Rocky Hill?? Hell to the yeh!! Great food with amazing presentation. Each dish is a piece of art composed of fresh ingredients. Super chill environment with nice & chill background music (some other restaurants could learn a little sumthin sumthin bout this). AND, it's actually traditional Asian music!! What a concept!!! Oh yeh ... meditate whilst I masticate. Ohhhmmmmmmmmm Great staff. They are nice & know the fine art of serving. They are not overbearing. The sushi is only the tip of the iceberg. They have an extensive full menu. And if you like genuine spicy Asian fare, these cats know what they're doing! I told em I wanted my spicy & to put the hurtin on me. Oh man!!! Nirvana!!! My Tao Chi'd my Zen my littleYelp Minions. Beads of sweat on my brow & spice with flavor. Almost had visions! Oh yeh, talk spicy to me baby! You get the point. Nice, clean place with fantastic food minus the pretentiousness. What's not to like?? Did I overuse & abuse the word "pretentious"??? Look man, I'm so sick of these Knoxville hipster-riddled pirate ships. They wreck my Zen man! OK, there's an unwritten rule that if you have a handlebar mustache, you're not allowed to treat other people as if they are below you. Just sayin' "Skinny Jean Highwater". Peace Out Yo

Excellent food and excellent prices! We've been twice in the last month and look forward to more trips in the future. The location is right down the street in Rocky Hill which is convenient. I love the sushi and have tried a few apps. Our first trip the app we ordered was taking a while but we wouldn't have complained bc it was the sample which has several items. The mgr brought out complimentary crab rangoons. Service has been consistently good.

Second time in two days I have eaten here. Wonderful both times. Varied menu, so you can have many different dishes over any number days. The Panang Curry was delicious, with fresh, crisp veggies in a delicious orange sauce with a nice bite. Today I had the Chef's Special sushi - mango, avocado, tempura lobster, rice, roe in a crepe like shell - Fantastic! Great new find for me and certainly worth a trip.

I am very impressed by this restaurant. I have been there several times, both take out and dine in. It has always been exceptional. Very cool restaurant as well. Good Sushi, good everything, and very reasonably priced. Unlike Sushi restaurants in town. I highly recommend going for every reason. I was fearful that Rocky Hill would not support it, but I dined in on Sunday lunch, and they seem to be turning out. I am very glad because I want it to stay. I like to get an entree, and have Sushi for an appetizer.

Very chill vibe, with just enough goofy touches to keep it interesting (the massive stuffed swordfish behind the sushi bar, the ridiculously pop-eyed goldfish in the front tank). I had only sushi on my first visit, and it was the best I have had in Knoxville. I can't wait to go back and try their curries and Chinese dishes. The staff was pleasant and efficient and seemed genuinely happy to see us. It was also ridiculously inexpensive -- the owners could charge at least 20% more, but I hope they don't!

We ate there on Christmas Eve after church and were impressed. The service, food, menu and prices all exceeded our expectations. The 5 year old had chicken tenders and said they were great. We had sushi and hot and sour soup. All tasted great.
