Best subs in Knoxville in my opinion. I place them easily above Subway, Quiznos, Panera, Jason's, Nixon's, etc. It'd a combination of the thin slice on the meats, the freshness of the bread, the thoroughness of the heating, the tasty sauces, and especially the huge selection of gourmet hot sauces, ranked by heat level. They probably have 50 sauces and there are lots of unique flavors like mango, peach, passion fruit, and ginger, along with more standard hot sauces of all levels. My favorite is the club, but the Italian and meatball are also very good. The only thing that holds me back from a 4 star rating is that they are a little on the pricey side compared to the competition. Although worth the extra in my book.

They have good sandwiches and are usually busy around lunchtime. My favorite is the honey ham. They have a wide variety of hot sauces which is awesome! It is hard to get in and out of this parking lot though that is one of the only dilemma's I seem to face.

Steam subs rule. I had a turkey bacon ranch. It was one of the most amazing things i ever put in my mouth.

Excellent sandwiches! They include an unbelievable selection of hot sauces to pick from as well. If you're looking for a belly-buster though, grab the "large". Freshly sliced, good ingredients, and descent service.

You would think there would be no difference in the various Firehouse sub locations but you would be wrong. I do not know why but the quality of the sandwiches and the service at this location is superior to the other Knoxville locations. I always get a tasty lunch with fast and friendly service.
