Oh. I called it. Chipotle, you worked out your kinks. You guys didn't let me down. I came back this time and this time my cravings were settled. I was wondering if the restaurant had enough time to change...glad that it did. I got the same thing this time and it was definitely better. The Chipotle that I remembered and loved is now just around the corner. This time they did it the right way, and didn't skimp out on the goods. Maybe it was the busy time, and the new people were working? Who knows but I think I'm going to still stick to the dead times or times where they're not that busy. Other than that, I'm going to be definitely back.

The one star is the rating this location gets when compared to other Chipotles. First let me start by saying that the staff was friendly, however did not seem to know what they were doing. This is the first Chipotle that I have ever left still feeling hungry. While the employee was placing the ingredients in my bowl he kept taking portions off his spoon. I thought he was going to add more yet it never happened. As far as cleanliness goes it definitely was not the cleanest Chipotle I have been to (tables dirty and customers waiting to sit down). Save yourself the frustration and drive down the road to one of their other locations.

We like this Chipotle the best of the four in Knoxville. The staff here has really gotten their act together and this place runs like a well oiled machine. Food is always good, fresh, good portion size, the staff is professional and restaurant is clean. Even if the line is long you never have to wait more than 10 minutes to order your food. Best fast food chain in Knoxville. Very good value. Now the other Chipoltes I would not rate as high for different reasons like lack of parking (UT location), (mall location) gotta give you less its a mall, (turkey creek) food usually not cooked correctly.... 5 star review is for park side location off cedar bluff.

I have heard SO much about this place and went in with high expectations for the place to have good food. The way you order reminded me of how subway does it. Anyway, I ordered my food and the pricing isn't too bad for the amount of food you get. Atmosphere is nice and there is options to sit inside or outside so that's a plus. The only problem is I got food poising and so did my friend that I went with. Now I'm afraid of going back and frankly don't see myself eating there again. :/

Very we'll run, pleasant staff, quality food. Very different from the Chipotle 4 miles from this location on Cedar Bluff.

I just had a burrito bowl with barbacoa, white rice, black beans, medium salsa, and cheese plus chips and guac. Not bad, but I have had much better at other Chipotles. Too much rice, not enough beans or barbacoa. Guacamole is OK, chips are older, not as crisp as they should be. Overall, I would return.

Three or four stars. This was a tough choice for me but in the end, it landed 3 for a few reasons. First, I will say that it almost got 4 stars because of the food. It was good, no argument there. Ya, it tasted fresh and because of the volume of business their meat stock is continually refreshed. All of the add-ons were fresh also. The rice was fully cooked (good because who likes crunchy rice?) and the burrito was soft. They also had a good selection of take-to-your-table Tabasco sauces including original, verde, and the very tasty smoked chipotle. The portions were also good. That's pretty much where my compliments end though. First, and this is a personal preference, I'm not a huge rice fan and when I asked for a "little bit of rice" I got a full scoop and then she went back to put more on and I had to stop her. Next, while the add-ons were fresh, they were woefully sparse. Choices were limited to beans, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. That's it. The other two similar chains in the area offer a far greater selection. I think a la carte is fine in some places but you have to pay extra for chips (an added value afforded at the other places) and then again you have to pay extra for salsa on top of that (provided as a courtesy at another place). Drinks again are separate. Fine, but they should offer a combo meal that won't cost them much in profits but will attract the value-minded. Lastly, the atmosphere just wasn't, how should I say this... inviting. It's very industrial. Stainless topped tables, limited seating, exposed rafter ceilings, grey, grey, and more grey. I'm sure some will find this "trendy" but I'm not in that school. All in all, it has a lower value than its competitors but the food wasn't bad in any way, just limited. It doesn't offer anything unique like a welcome shouted at you when you walk in. If you have a craving and this is the only thing nearby then it will scratch your itch, but if you are in a place like Turkey Creek where you have a choice, I personally will be going to one of the others.

Second time in a row that I've been here and they've run out of hard taco shells. How can a Mexican restaurant run out of taco shells? It would also be nice if they had more of a selection of sauce other than Tabasco sauce.

I've never been to a chipotle that I didn't like, and this store is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and the area is very clean. As always the food is perfect

Our first visit must've been a fluke because the first time was awesome but the next 3 times were pure trash. Issues they have include: Food too cold Too much rice Not enough veggies, or protein in order Chicken is cold and needs a few more minutes on the grill (chicken is not steak, it isn't meant to be cooked partially or soft grilled) Do not waste time or money here.

Finally got a chance to visit this Chipotle. Got stuck behind two ladies who had never been to a Chipotle (how is that even possible?) and it was taking forever to have them decide what they wanted. Luckily another team member spotted my distress (I was running late for work) and whipped me up an amazing veggie bowl. The restaurant is nice and open and they have a functional patio up front. Another Chipotle win.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
